this research explore the integration and application of advanced deep learning models, specifically Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Vision Transformer (ViT) models, in the field of age and gender detection. the study begins by outlining the significance and challenges of accurate age and gender detection in various domains such as targeted advertising, security, and humancomputer interaction. It then delves into technical aspects of CNNs and ViTs, elucidating their architecture, working principles, and suitability for image-based task. the proposed techniques used in this study was able to differentiate between the following age groups: 0–15, 15–20, 20–25, 25–30, 30–35, and 40. the purpose is to offer a technique for creating and implementing accurate categorization and age estimation systems capable of operating and achieving high accuracy by integrating and applying a variety of feature extractors and algorithms. Pre-processing is evaluating preliminary data, configuring it, and transforming it to a standard format. the feature extraction component of the age and gender prediction technique is crucial. three different extraction methods (ResNet 50, ViT Small, and ViT Base) are used in this section. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Vision Transformer (ViT) classifiers were used. this optional component of pattern recognition system design focuses on system accuracy. To assess pattern recognition system performance, several approaches are employed, including Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Cumulative Score (CS), Leave-One-Out Cross-validation, and Confusion Matrix. In this study, however, gender and age prediction were tested using the Confusion Matrix and Mean Absolute Error (MAE). Python was the programming language utilized in this study. Python is a high-level, general-purpose programming language that is interpreted. Precision, recall, f1score and accuracy were the performance matrices used. the release of the ChatGPT by OpenAI in 2022 generated interest in academia and industry, with mixed reactions to its capabilities and ethical concerns. Numerous studies have explored its accuracy and adaptability in several industries, such as healthcare, education, finance, and atmospheric science. Still, its applicability in the insurance industry has yet to be comprehensively analyzed. the insurance industry protects financially against risks like property damage, accidents, and health issues. Insurance companies offer policies to individuals and businesses;policyholders pay premiums to cover potential losses. the industry relies on efficient communication, accurate information processing, and risk assessment to effectively underwrite policies and manage claims. In summary, the ChatGPT has the potential to become a game-changing tool in the Insurance industry, driving innovation in customer interactions, process automation, and risk management. Sentiment analysis is a critical aspect of natural language processing that can provide valuable insights into customer satisfaction and opinions. Understanding sentiment, particularly in the aviation industry, can help organizations enhance their services and improve customer experiences. To advance sentiment analysis in this field, our research analyzed Twitter data related to US airlines. We employed a data augmentation technique using a pre-trained RoBERTa model to address class imbalance and applied the fastText classifier from Facebook's AI Research (FAIR) lab to gain valuable insights. Our study aimed to comprehend and enhance customer satisfaction in the aviation industry by presenting a comprehensive approach to sentiment analysis. the results not only demonstrate the effectiveness of our methodology but also provide airlines with actionable insights to proactively improve services based on real-time customer sentiments expressed on social media. this work represents a significant stride in leveraging advanced natural language processing techniques to provide superior customer experiences. Our approach achieved an impressive F1 score of 92.05% for ternary classification and 96.23% for binary classification, surpassing state-of-the-art models. this high score highlights the robustness of our methodology, establishing it as a potent tool for extracting meaningful sentiment from social media data in the airline domain.

Current state-of-the-art image captioning models generate captions in a single language, requiring a combination of multiple language specific models to build a multilingual image captioning system. However, as the number of supported languages increases, it leads to the parameters of the multilingual image captioning system grow linearly. To tackle this issue, we propose a single Compact Interactive TransformEr (CITE) model, which can describe an image in multiple languages simultaneously, making the captioning system more compact. Specifically, based on the standard Transformer model, we share the encoder and decoder backbone parameters and replace the self-attention sub-layer in the decoder with the interactive attention sub-layer. In addition, we extend the traditional monolingual reinforcement learning mechanism to a multilingual version to promote better description generation. Due to the wide use of Chinese and English, we evaluate the performance of our CITE model by simultaneously generating English and Chinese captions. We expand the image captions of the whole MSCOCO dataset and release a COCO-EN-CN dataset. Extensive experiments on the COCO-EN-CN dataset show that our single CITE model with more parameter-efficient can maintain the competitive performance or even better than the monolingual captioning models. © 2023 ACM.

the effectiveness of Large language Models (LLMs) in tasks involving reasoning is significantly influenced by the structure and formulation of the prompts, contemporary research in prompt engineering aims to help LLMs better understand the paradigms of reasoning question (e.g., CoT). However, these efforts have either struggled to effectively incorporate external knowledge into single prompt or integrating entire corpus information, often fails to significantly enhance the reasoning capabilities of LLMs. this paper introduces a novel prompting method that incorporates implicit hints that represent logical combinatorial relationships between known conditions in reasoning problems, guiding LLMs to think correctly in the initial steps of reasoning for such problems. Extensive and comprehensive experiment results on four different reasoning problem datasets indicate that our proposed method improved accuracy while maintaining efficiency.

In the current digital era, there is a significant demand among consumers for enhanced travel websites, such as TripAdvisor and Agoda, which assist them in selecting their destinations. these platforms utilize modern technologies, including recommendation algorithms and natural language processing (NLP), to provide personalized recommendations based on user preferences. the evolution of travel websites is crucial for streamlining the planning process by offering personalized suggestions that align with users' needs and enhance their overall travel experience. this study aims to develop a user-friendly web-based application designed to improve the travel experience for tourists across Luzon, Philippines, utilizing a combination of NLP and recommendation algorithms. Additionally, the study will evaluate the effectiveness of content-based filtering and NLP in recommending destinations, offering insights for enhancing web-based applications and integrating AI technologies to tailor travel experiences. Feedback from fifty (50) participants, both from within and outside the Manila area, indicates that a personalized approach significantly improves traveler satisfaction and fosters deeper connections with the region, ultimately benefiting the local economy. the results demonstrate that the system can provide accurate information to assist tourists in finding their desired destinations, based on their mood and preferred activities.

With the rapid development of information technology, e-commerce has gradually entered thousands of households from high technology. E-commerce website (ECW) have become an important bridge for daily communication between enterprises and between enterprises and consumers. Image is one of the most important and commonly used information of human beings;Digital IPT is the process of converting image signal into digital format and processing it by computer. this paper studies and analyzes the application of graphics and IPT in the construction of ECW, discusses the graphics and IPT and the result design process of ECW, and tests the network name's views on the website construction proposed in this paper through online questionnaire experiment. the results show that 84% of Internet users using graphics and IPT in the construction of ECWs will make people more willing to browse websites, and 76% said that the visual effect of web pages is good, while websites without graphics and IPT have little effect on improving shopping desire, and only 61% of Internet users said they are willing to browse websites. It is verified that the application of graphics and IPT in the construction of ECW in this paper is conducive to improve the browsing volume of the website, and can also improve the visual aesthetic sense for Internet users, which is welcomed by the audience. © 2022 ACM.

In the era of digital content, detecting and classifying online information has become increasingly challenging due to the vast amount of data and the complex nature of content. Misinformation, spam, and other misleading content pose significant risks, making accurate content analysis a critical task. this study aims to develop a robust approach for text content detection and classification by integrating multiple data sources, including user behavior, temporal trends, and cross-platform metadata. the proposed model leverages BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers), a powerful deep learning model for natural language processing, to extract context-rich text embeddings. these embeddings are fused with additional features using a feature-level fusion technique, and a deep neural network is employed for classification into categories such as "spam," "misleading," and "neutral." Experimental results demonstrate that the model outperforms traditional methods in precision, recall, and F1-score, particularly in distinguishing subtle variations in content. the model's effectiveness is validated through precision-recall curves, classification metrics, confusion matrices, and feature importance analysis, proving its high accuracy and adaptability. this approach has practical significance for automated content moderation, offering a more efficient and scalable solution for identifying harmful or misleading online content across platforms.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and natural language processing, there are more and more social robots applied in the social networks such as Twitter, intended to lead public opinion or crawling private information illegally. the problem of detection social robots, which is automated social accounts governed by artificial intelligence software, pretend to be a human user. there are some technologies proposed to detect the social robots automatically applied to the real social network for verification. Hence, conventional social robot detecting technologies proposed before are applied to detect by the account's metadata or account posted tweet content respectively. With the help of pre-trained language model such as BERT, this paper propose a deep neural network model based on contextual long short-term memory (LSTM) architecture named DeepBot, which exploits tweet content and account's metadata features. the architecture of DeepBot contains three phases: (1) it uses the pretrained model such as BERT to extract the embedding vector from the tweet content of the specific account, and (2) it choose more discriminative account metadata to extract a metadata vector, and then (3) it combines the auxiliary embedding vector and metadata vector into decoder layer to train a detecting model. What's more, in this paper, we review the labelling social robots datasets proposed in public, and get a mixture datasets of labelling social datasets to verify and compare the experimental results of our proposed DeepBot and other conventional methods. We also present empirical results of DeepBot and our ongoing experimentation with it, as we have gained experience applying it to the mixture labeling social robot dataset, including over 10000 accounts. the experimental results show that DeepBot outperforms previous state-of-the-art methods, with leveraging a small and interpretable set of features. © 2023 ACM.

In web development, the security of front-end JavaScript code has always been a crucial issue. Traditional encryption methods are primarily performed on the server side, increasing server load and making it challenging to counter increasingly sophisticated cyber-attacks. this paper explores a novel front-end code protection method by implementing the RC4 algorithm in Go language and combining it with webAssembly technology. Firstly, the basic principles of the Go language and RC4 algorithm are introduced. Subsequently, the process of compiling Go code into webAssembly modules is detailed. Finally, the utilization of these technologies to protect front-end JavaScript code is discussed. Experimental results show that using webAssembly modules not only enhances the security of front-end code and reduces server load but also significantly improves the overall performance of web applications. this research demonstrates a feasible front-end code protection solution and provides a foundation for further study.
