this paper puts forward a new transaction identification algorithm (TIFRO) in web mining, which is based on forward reference object. Firstly, TIFRO uses the maximal forward reference algorithm (MFR) to get the forward reference path, and then join a final object of the forward reference path to transaction set. Secondly, TIFRO starts a new transaction by judging the reference length (RL) in case of RL is longer than the maximal reference length(T-MAX). So TYRO can find the object set but not the path set of MFR. thirdly, TIFRO uses SPADE algorithm to discovery frequency patterns. Finally, we compare TIFRO with MFR in performance.

Existing cases were used for reference, and a combination of tracking method and communication method was used to construct the forecast models. Question classification is the key element of question answering system(QA). It governs answer extraction range and method, and further affects entire system performance. Most question classification methods are based on pattern sets or knowledge databases. their disadvantages are that the set or database scale will become larger more and more, and need much human work. By comparing question classification with document classification, and analyzing Chinese question sentences' characters, this paper proposes a new question classification computation model, which is based on Bayes theory and takes the relations between question structures and question types into account. Experiments show that in this model, feature vector extension can reduce the negative influences of shorter question sentences and smaller corpora;and interrogative-based 2-gram can make use of question structure features to efficiently improve question classification precision.

One of the problems of automatic word spacers is that the spacer mis-corrects the correctly spaced user's input. In this paper we propose a new approach of estimating the confidence of user's input and incorporating the confidence value into the spacer for Korean word spacing. the confidence is defined as the probability that the input space is correct and is calculated by maximum likelihood estimation in the training data. the experimental results showed that the proposed method is more reliable than the previous method especially when the user's input is correct, and that the performance can be much improved when the confidence value is more precisely estimated.

To reduce signaling load in the mobile IP, mobile nodes do not register their locations withthe HA every time they move in same local domain. Instead, they register only when they cross a domain that consists Of a number Of routers. To register the location a mobile node sends regional registration request to the GFA through AR and receives back the reply from the GFA. After registration, the GFA and other FAs maintain entry for the mobile node in their visitor lists. Using the characteristics of the active network, by employing active nodes in the wireless regional mobility management environment we can optimize the mechanism of registration and path setup for the mobile data traffic. But, authentication problems exist in local domain. In this paper, we investigate the possibility of the weakly supervised learning for Semantic Role Labeling. First, we attempt to achieve feature splitting which is the base constraint of co-training, and examine if co-training works for the task of Semantic Role Labeling. We also examine the possibility of self-training which uses the identical features with co-training, and compare the performance of co-training and self-training. From the experiments, we found some interesting points about Semantic Role Labeling task and the weakly supervised learning. As far as we know, this is the first experiment to apply weakly supervised learning to Semantic Role Labeling and the experimental results show that Semantic Role Labeling can be successfully done by weakly supervised learning.

In Chinese information retrieval, documents are usually segmented into words and then indexed by these words. However, segmentation granularity problem (SDP) should be considered because small granularity may lead to low precision and efficiency while big granularity may cause low recall. To solve the problem, this paper proposes an intuitive and heuristic approach. Two-level index for the segmentation dictionary is built by which the original query word could be expanded with its weighted overlaid words. this method not only reserves the advantage of big granularity in precision, but also overcome its disadvantage in recall. the experimental results show that our approach slightly but consistently outperforms the baseline.

web Service Composition (WSC) has become a hotspot in recent research. Current solutions focus on ontology information representation and ontology based web service matching, which lacks flexibility. From simulation of human cognision, this paper proposed a hybrid Genetic Particle Swarm Algorithm (GPSA) to solve the problem of WSC, which is a Multi-Objective Problem (MOP). Genetic Algorithm (GA) is used to search throughout the problem space, and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is used to enhance local search ability. PSO can reduce the calculation cost by trimming useless braches. Feedback information is used to decide how to balance GA and PSO, which means how to balance global and local optimization. Experiments show that GPSA can solve WSC Problem (WSCP) and balance between global and local optimization.
