the relentless evolution of communication technologies has spurred sustained interest in 6G (6th Generation) full-duplex wireless communication systems, positioning these systems as integral components of future networks. the primary challenge lies in optimizing algorithms to enhance system performance and spectrum efficiency. this study focuses specifically on the application of the Scaled Conjugate Gradient (SCG) algorithm in the domain of digital self-interference cancellation, aiming to achieve performance optimization in full-duplex wireless systems. through an in-depth exploration of the principles and characteristics of the SCG algorithm, we apply it to critical aspects such as signal processing, interference cancellation, and more, with the goal of optimizing the overall system performance. through experiments, we evaluate the effectiveness of the SCG algorithm and conduct comparative analyses with other optimization algorithms. the experimental results demonstrate that the lower complexity of the SCG algorithm effectively addresses the issue of self-interference signal cancellation under high transmit power conditions, resolving nonlinear problems introduced by components such as power amplifiers. Importantly, the SCG algorithm outperforms other digital cancellation methods in this context.

In recent years, deep learning technology has shown significant potential in the field of robot path planning. this research mainly uses Q-Learning, a reinforcement learning algorithm, to carry out path planning for mobile robots. through the investigation of a variety of path planning algorithms, including viewable method, artificial potential field method and neural network algorithm, we choose Q-Learning algorithm for in-depth research and application. QT Creator 5.0.2 is used as the development environment, and the grid model is used to simulate the robot movement environment. We design and implement the algorithm framework of Q-Learning, and implement it through C++ programming. In the simulated environment, we conducted several rounds of training experiments on the robot, the training times were 200, 1000, 5000 times respectively, and different obstacle proportions were set. the simulation results show that although the convergence speed of the algorithm is slow in the high obstacle environment, its performance can be significantly improved by proper parameter tuning. In addition, this study also discusses the improvement direction of the algorithm, and puts forward the possible optimization strategy in the future. © 2024 IEEE.

this research work focuses on conceptualizing and modeling smart grid infrastructure. the project's main objective is to develop a smart grid infrastructure to improve energy management in industrial processes. Regenerate has deployed a system that uses renewable energy sources like solar photovoltaic (PV) arrays and wind turbines combined with batteries for energy storage. this research work describes a method that first creates synthetic data and then uses a polynomial function to precisely model the statistical fluctuations inherent in the output of renewable energy sources. the process is carried out using MATLAB. A simulation model created using Simulink is also applied to build a smart grid that includes dynamic load control, demand side management DSM, and various control system configurations. the simulation demonstrates that it is possible to produce electricity with minimal or no depreciation related to an increased dependency on renewable energy sources. It can also function at a higher ratio of energy output produced by traditional sources than previously credited within New Zealand while having substantially fewer overall expenses associated with carbon emissions. © 2025 IEEE.

In this paper, the causal relationship between verb nodes in knowledge graph is determined according to the verb nodes and the sentences in which they are located. For the operation of paying attention to the whole sentence, the verb is not studied specifically, which is disadvantageous to the judgment of causality. therefore, this paper proposes an advanced attention method based on attention mechanism to judge the causality of knowledge graph. It can not only focus on the extraction of verb related information, but also learn the whole sentence features. the experiment verifies the method, and the results show that the method in this paper has advantages. © 2023 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). With the development of science and technology and artificial intelligence algorithms, sports and sports-related teaching are not improving in a spiral shape. Among them, intelligent video extraction technology and intelligent speech recognition technology are the most widely used. In this paper, based on PCA, LDA and other data dimensionality reduction algorithms, the application of intelligent speech recognition technology in physical education is studied. After studying the feature extraction, the speech and semantic recognition technology improves the recognition of sports actions by 8%, and the results are significantly improved. © 2022 IEEE.
