Steganography is pivotal for covertly embedding sensitive data in digital media to evade unauthorized detection. Traditional methods like LSB substitution and DCT are increasingly susceptible to detection due to evolving analysis and detection technologies. In contrast, AI-driven approaches such as CNNs and GANs offer significant advancements in steganography by enhancing data concealment and detection resilience. this study comprehensively compares traditional techniques (LSB, DCT) with AI-based methods (CNNs, GANs) using metrics like PSNR, SSIM, and detection accuracy. Results indicate that while traditional methods are simple to implement, AI-based techniques excel in detection resistance and data hiding quality. Specifically, DCT achieves superior image fidelity with high PSNR (36.244 to 96.954) and nearly perfect SSIM, making it ideal for robust data concealment. GANs generate images closely resembling originals with moderate PSNR (8.341 to 14.740) and SSIM (0.199 to 0.812), offering strong detection evasion albeit demanding substantial computational resources. this research emphasizes the importance of method selection tailored to specific needs, balancing computational complexity, detection resilience, and image fidelity. Future work should focus on optimizing AI algorithms for efficiency and addressing ethical implications in deploying advanced steganographic techniques.

Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) depend on precisely identifying travel modes from GPS data, which is crucial for optimizing traffic management, enhancing road safety, and making informed urban planning decisions. the ubiquity of mobile devices has led to a rapid increase in GPS data collection, which challenges practical data analysis. this paper evaluates the performance of three sophisticated deep learning frameworks for classifying travel modes from GPS trajectories: the Convolutional Encoder-Recurrent Conditional Random Field (ConvEncoder-CRFR), the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) ensemble with discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), and the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM)-based Deep Neural Network (DNN). this analysis delves into each method's capabilities to distinguish between various travel modes, such as walking, biking, bus, car, and train. Moreover, it emphasizes the broader implications of these techniques in advancing ITS functionality and contributing to developing more intelligent and sustainable urban environments.

the problem of comparison of the convergence rate of the Fourier transform of rectangular linear matrix summation methods and triangular linear matrix summation methods has been investigated. For mathematical models used in aircraft construction an asymptotic equality has been obtained which determines the convergence rate of the Fourier transform of the summing function given by the triangular linear Abel-Poisson summation method for all functions of the Hölder class. the obtained results can be applied in real signal processing systems, which are based on the usage of Fourier transform. the results of the research allow us to conclude that the application of rectangular linear matrix summation methods will increase the convergence rate of the Fourier transform compared with triangular matrix methods of summation of Fourier series. this fact will increase the speed of all signal processing systems and the control system of the aircraft as a whole. © 2021 IEEE.

At present, there is a problem of too much prestress loss in the construction of multi-layer logistics warehouses in China. To meet the quality requirements of the project, this paper puts forward the research on the construction technology of pretension prestressed reinforced concrete structure of multi-layer logistics warehouse. the loss of prestress in the construction process can be effectively controlled by incorporating pre-tensioning technology into the construction process, placing prestressed tendons, and tensioning operations. Taking a logistics warehouse construction project as the construction object, using the construction technology designed in this paper to construct, the experiment proves that the construction technology of the pretension prestressed reinforced concrete structure of the multi-layer logistics warehouse proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the prestress loss caused by the instability of the construction structure, and can effectively improve the construction quality of the multi-layer logistics warehouse. this shows that the application and practice of pretension prestressing technology in the construction process of reinforced concrete structures has a positive reference significance, which can meet the needs of green engineering such as energy saving and emission reduction, and also provide a positive reference value for the construction technology of multi-layer logistics warehouse. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

the development of the Internet has brought great convenience to people's life, but it has also brought potential dangers, such as zero-day vulnerabilities and DoS attacks. Abnormal industrial control protocol identification is an important part of industrial control security. It detects whether the behavior violates the security policy by collecting some key point data in the computer network and system for analysis. Aiming at the increasingly stealthy network attacks, we explore a feature generation method and several classification algorithm are applied to identify. In the feature extraction stage, we used a technique called feature boosting and generated new feature set, and then we used a variety of classification models to identify the new feature set, including Naive Bayes, KNN, SVM, Knowledge Distillation. For new feature set, the above classification models are applied and perform well. Our work demonstrates that anomalous control protocol can be effectively identified even with commonly used classification models after employing feature boosting techniques, which provides a potential approach for industrial control Protocol recognition.

In real time environment a speech signal is often corrupted and losses its characteristics either by natural disturbances or anything. the key aim of our planned algorithm is toward increase the speech intelligibility and quality. In order to do that a filter has been developed using Recursive Least Squares (RLS) algorithms and Least Mean Square (LMS). Real-time adaptive filtering algorithms are one of the best methods used for the speech enhancement methods. In this research work we have proposed the recursive least square which is under adaptive filtering method for the enhancement of the speech signal. Initially we compare the performance of noise cancellation of the proposed Recursive least square which uses objective evaluations that is based on wavelet based speech enhancement like Signal to noise ratio Loss, Signal to Noise ratio and Mean Squared Error. Based on the Objective and Subjective evaluation, it was found that this algorithm clearly in increases the intelligibility and removes the corrupted noise in the waveforms. there are different types of filters like Kalman filter, Wiener filter, Spectral subtraction, and notch filter and wavelet methods. the performance of every filter depends upon the intelligibility also excellence of the speech signal. the reduction or augmentation in the SNR ratio is the main aim of the most methods. Adaptive filtering is a technique which uses certain predefined criterion like the estimated mean squared error or the correlation has to be considered for the analyses of the waveform. In this adaptive filter, we use coefficients with weights and an adaptive algorithm updates are made available.

Solid rocket motors are important for the propulsion of underwater vehicles, especially for rapid maneuvering. To study the characteristics of the gas jet flow field generated by the engine of the underwater vehicle, a numerical calculation model considering gravity and phase transition was established. the basic laws of formation and evolution of jet bubbles were studied, and the unsteady characteristics of the jet flow field considering phase transition and the influence of inflow velocity and attack angle on the jet were analyzed. the results show the gas bubbles successively take on "concave"and "convex"shapes, and there exist "rebound"and "nesting"phenomena after the gas is accelerated and injected into water by the nozzle;the engine considering the phase transition process can obtain larger momentum and the degree of pressure fluctuation becomes smaller, which contributes to improving the propulsion efficiency of solid rocket motors by adding the gas-liquid phase transition model;the inlet flow has an inhibitory effect on the pressure pulsations of the flow field, and the influence of the wake on the vehicle which adopts rocket assist decreases as the speed increases;the upward deflection of the gas bubbles intensifies and the rupture of gas bubbles become closer to the nozzle outlet as the attack angle increases. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Intellectual property rights and claiming ownership are two prime requirements of the digital video watermarking. the issues which researchers are interested in digital video watermarking applications lie in the creation of new algorithms to cater four requirements of making oblivious, robust, high-capacity, and secured watermarking. this work presents an improved video watermarking scheme based on the undecimated discrete wavelet transform (UDWT). the frames of cover video are divided into $$\text th \times \text th$$ blocks. Two AC coefficients are selected in each $$\text th \times \text th$$ block to insert the watermark bit. the process is applied on four bands of UDWT and the redundancy in this transform allowed to produce a video watermarking with large capacity. Due to the masking properties of human visual system of UDWT, the watermarking scheme is made oblivious. the experimental results prove that proposed video watermarking scheme is providing all the four requirements of watermarking that is security, oblivious, robustness, and capacity. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2021.

Quadratic Assignment Problem (QAP) is a problem of facility locations of individual resources. QAP is a proven NP-hard challenging optimization problem and has a large number of real-life applications in diverse fields such as hospital layout problems, machine scheduling, keyboard design, and backboard wiring problem. Artificial electric field optimization (AEFA) is a new metaheuristic optimization algorithm and has achieved great success in continuous optimization problems. this paper presents a discrete artificial electric field algorithm for QAP. Due to the combinatorial nature of QAP, the general operations of AEFA such as particle representations, velocity and position update rules, and subtraction operations are modified. the proposed algorithm is applied to solve the QAP instances taken from the QAP library. the results show the promising performance of the proposed algorithm. © 2021, the Editor(s) (if applicable) and the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
