Effective and efficient approaches are required in order to develop and maintain cultural heritage applications and services that meet user requirements and expectations. this is particularly relevant to cultural heritage mobile applications which support diverse usage scenarios among a variety of stakeholders and diverse contexts of use. In this context, a promising approach is to engage non-technical cultural heritage experts in using end user authoring tools for creating mobile applications for cultural heritage. To this end, a plethora of such end user authoring tools has been proposed. In this paper, we provide a survey of such tools by emphasizing on approaches which allow end users to assign geo-location tags to multimedia information of cultural heritage. the purpose of this review paper is to categorize some of these approaches and to conclude with promising directions for future research in this area.

the growth of ultrananocrystalline diamond (UNCD) by pulsed laser deposition necessitates hydrogen atmospheres during the deposition Optical emission spectroscopy was used to study the roles of the hydrogen atmosphere on the UNCD growth. Time-resolved images of a plume that expanded from a laser-irradiation spot toward a substrate were taken using a high-speed ICCD camera equipped with narrow-bandpass filters. While the plume disappeared at the longest within I pis in vacuum, the emission from C+ lasted above the substrate surface for approximately 7 microseconds at a hydrogen pressure of 53.3 Pa. Since emission lifetimes of species are approximately 10 nanoseconds, this implies that C+ ions collided actively for such a long time. the hydrogen atmosphere has a role of forming a high number density of C+ ions. In addition, we believe that atomic hydrogen that might be generated by the collisions with carbon species contributes to the UNCD crystallite formation by their terminating the dangling bonds of carbon clusters as theoretically predicted in previous reports

three dimensional finite element models were created utilizing APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language) for typical multi-chip BGAP (Ball Grid Array Packages) with different sizes to analyze the structure stress and strain when loading steady thermal loads upon them. Subsequently an improved modeling approach including equivalent beam and critical solder ball joint for simplification was studied and introduced. the Darveaux method based on plastic deformation energy accumulation for predicting fatigue life of solder ball joint under thermal cyclic loading was applied to the improved model for calculation, and effects of main design parameters upon fatigue life were studied accordingly. the numerical results reflected the stress distribution and varying traits of the package, compare of results between improved model and detailed model indicates that the simplified modeling method is quite effective and available for different types of analysis. Methods and results of this paper are of certain reference value for the design and optimization for similar kind of packages.

Case-Based Reasoning systems (CBR) are in constant evolution, as a result, this article proposes improving the retrieve and adaption stages through a different approach. A series of experiments were made, divided in three sections: a proper pre-processing technique, a cascade classification, and a probability estimation procedure. Every stage offers an improvement, a better data representation, a more efficient classification, and a more precise probability estimation provided by a Support Vector Machine (SVM) estimator regarding more common approaches. Concluding, more complex techniques for classification and probability estimation are possible, improving CBR systems performance due to lower classification error in general cases.
