In recent years, with the progress of distributed photovoltaic technology and the reduction of costs, the installed scale of distributed photovoltaic has grown rapidly. Due to the high average photovoltaic permeability, there is active power backfeed phenomenon in the distribution network at the peak of photovoltaic power generation, resulting in high voltage and distribution overload problems in the station area, especially the serious overvoltage of photovoltaic access points, which has seriously affected the reliable operation of the distribution network and the safe consumption of electricity by users. At present, there is little attention to the regulation of distributed PV access point overvoltage at home and abroad, and the related work has just started, and the relevant achievements are also few, so it is urgent to carry out the relevant research on the autonomous control strategy for the safe operation of distributed power station area. this paper proposes an autonomous control strategy for safe operation of distributed power stations. Firstly, the hardware architecture of 'distribution automation master station-intelligent fusion terminal-intelligent grid-connected switch/plug and play communication unit-photovoltaic inverter' is constructed. then, based on the above hardware architecture, a refined control strategy is proposed. Finally, based on RTDS, a semi-physical simulation platform of intelligent fusion terminal is built, and the effectiveness and practicability of the method described in this paper are verified by a practical example. © 2024 IEEE.

We outline Marvel DC, a fully decentralized blockchain-based distributed-computing protocol which guarantees that computers are strictly incentivized to correctly perform requested computations. Marvel DC utilizes a reputation management protocol to ensure that, for any minority of computers not performing calculations correctly, these computers are identified and selected for computations with diminishing probability. We then outline Privacy Marvel DC, a privacy-enhanced version of Marvel DC which decouples results from the computers which computed them, making the protocol suitable for computations such as Federated Learning, where results can reveal sensitive information about that computer that computed them. © 2024 IEEE.

To address the issue of low accuracy in network traffic prediction, the attention mechanism is utilized to allocate adaptive weights to time steps. this helps to emphasize crucial information at various time steps. At the same time, since network traffic changes over time, BiLSTM is employed to develop a predictive model for network traffic to utilize the information available at each time point in the process. In addition, the Weighted Optimization Algorithm (WOA) is adopted to select the hyperparameters of BiLSTM in order to reduce errors caused by human intervention. Finally, improvements have been made to the precision of forecasting network traffic, and the model's credibility has been validated through the findings of the experiments. © 2024 IEEE.

With the G-20 prioritising the development of a solution that will address the challenges of cross-border payment, a lot of focus and research has been exploring ways of using a decentralised ledger technology (DLT) solution to address this challenge. Some of the issues that have been identified with the DLT option are interoperability, scalability, security, and privacy. Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) implementing DLT have also been acknowledged by experts as having the potential to address some of these challenges. Given the focus on CBDCs as an alternative technology that could address the shortcomings of traditional cross-border payment systems, some of the design challenges that are impacting their widespread adoption have come to the fore. Considering that early CBDC projects were in reaction to emerging digital currencies and therefore were meant to address the domestic needs of each implementing jurisdiction, the lack of a common development framework for developing the technology contributed to the challenge of the interoperability of the various CBDCs across jurisdictions and has impacted it’s full-scale adoption as an alternative to existing cross-border payment systems. With specific focus on regulatory frameworks used by various jurisdictions and also an identified challenge of CBDCs, this paper explores Customer Due Diligence (CDD) regulation as a mechanism for combating anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CFT). As part of the efforts to adapt cross-border payment system into a world of distributed ledgers relying on smart contracts, it reviews the impact of divergent regulatory frameworks that limit the interoperability of CBDCs. It discusses some of the existing techniques in place for conducting CDD, such as Know Your Customer (KYC) and how they fit with the new technology. It concludes with a proposal on how the incongruence of legal frameworks and AML/CFT regulations, can be addressed and standardised using new te

the term 'cloud computing' refers to a concept for on-demand provisioning of computer resources (including hardware and software) through the internet. Cloud computing's primary benefits lie in the time and money savings it may provide to IT departments. While cloud computing offers many benefits It also raises many safety considerations. these include data privacy, data availability, data placement, data security credential, license, access management, network security, web data protection, virtual devices protection, etc. Recently, machine learning has shown to be an effective tool for safeguarding the cloud. In order to automate the process of identifying cloud assaults with better accuracy than any other technology, machine learning algorithms are trained on numerous legitimate datasets to develop models. To mitigate the effects of DDoS invasions, our research suggests implementing a detection method at the hypervisor layer. As a means of detecting and categorizing DDoS attacks in the communication between virtual computers, the suggested detection method combines the particle swarm optimization (PSO) with radial basis function (RBF). High classification accuracy against DDoS attacks is the focus of our investigation and recommended method.. © 2023 IEEE.

Blockchain is a disruptive technology that changed how financial operations and ownership exist over the internet. With the implementation of smart contracts in blockchains, facilitation of transactions without intermediaries is possible and fully automated. Smart contracts allow relatively safe transactions and transfer of ownership, but as with any piece of software, it proved to have vulnerabilities and challenges. Unfortunately, considering that smart contracts hold and facilitate valuable asset and funds transfer, the damage caused by exploitation of these contracts is devastating with billions of dollars’ worth of cryptocurrency and other assets lost or stolen up until now. One attack on Ethereum smart contracts is the Etherlock attack, which exploits bad logic in the code to stall the transaction indefinitely, effectively sealing user funds. In this paper, we propose a high-accuracy Support Vector Machine model for detection of Etherlock vulnerability in Solidity smart contracts. the model is developed into a standalone tool and achieves 98.44% accuracy accompanied with 87% recall using a generated dataset of Smart Contracts from the Ethereum blockchain. Our promising results still show the necessity of more sophisticated accurate detection models for protection of crypto assets on the blockchain. © 2024 IEEE.

this study proposes an IoT gadget information trade system that is haze based and utilizes a block chain approach.
