Water quality prediction is the basis and premise of environmental protection and water resource management. However, due to the complex nonlinear and dynamic nature of water quality data, accurate prediction faces many challenges. therefore, a hybrid model for short-term water quality parameter prediction based on multiplicative decomposition model and sample convolution exchange network (SCINet) is proposed in this paper. through experiments, MD-SCINet prediction model can effectively extract water quality characteristics and make time series prediction. the experimental results show that the prediction error of this model is significantly lower than that of TCN and CNN-LSTM, and the mean absolute error (MAE) is 35% and 44% lower than that of TCN and CNN-LSTM, respectively. the results show that this method is effective in short-term water quality parameter prediction and provides effective technical support for environmental protection and water resources management. © 2024 IEEE.

To evaluate the reliability of optoelectrical sensing devices in the optoelectronic sensors during the space mission, a reliability model based on the Wiener process, fused stress acceleration factor for space-borne optical and optoelectronic devices, and a reliability model of space-borne electronic devices based on the Wiener process, considering the individual differences between devices and fusing the randomness of unknown parameters are proposed. the model parameter estimation equations are derived. Combining the failure threshold and the sensitive stress accelerated degradation data, the reliability of the typical space-borne COTS electronic device AD580 is evaluated as an example. © 2023 IEEE.

Switching power supply with higher efficiency and reliability is more and more applied in the design of digital instrument control system of nuclear power station. the design scheme of using a single power supply will cause a high power density for a single power module to process, and the power module will also face a large electrical stress during operation. the technical scheme of expanding single power supply brings more difficulties to the selection of power components, the improvement of switching frequency and power density of power module. At the same time, if a single power supply fails, the entire system may crash. therefore, the research on the capacity expansion and redundancy technology using multiple small-capacity switching power supplies is becoming more and more extensive. this paper mainly focuses on the typical application of switching power supply distribution circuit in digital instrument control system engineering, and analyzes and describes the design of power supply expansion and reliability of power supply redundancy. At the same time, combined with the test analysis, the influence of the current distribution and current uneven problem of power module generated by this design on the reliability of distribution circuit is analyzed, and the subsequent improvement suggestions are put forward. the views presented in this paper are of guiding significance to the design of the switching power distribution system and the operation and maintenance of the switching power supply system of the subsequent control system of nuclear power plant, and can improve the stable operation of the control system of nuclear power plant in the long run. © 2024 IEEE.

the efficient operation of HVAC&R systems are based on keeping indoor temperature and air quality at an optimum level without disturbing comfort. Starting from this point, in this experimental research, the factors affecting the measurement accuracy during the room temperature detection of a wall mount fan coil thermostat were examined. Among the external effects, the effect of the device components on the measurement was focused and the solution of the measurement deviations occurred in this extent was investigated. Based on the experiments, the algorithm that must be applied to reach the optimum temperature measurement of a room thermostat developed for Fan Coil systems was proposed. © 2023 IEEE.

With the rising interest in the application of artificial intelligence methods in society, the focus on the use of deep reinforcement learning in railway transportation networks has grown significantly. this study aims to explore the optimization problem in train operation control and proposes a deep reinforcement learning approach based on the Soft Actor-Critic algorithm as a training framework. the objective is to achieve energy efficiency and on-time arrivals. By considering various factors such as train speed limits, energy consumption, and operational efficiency, a reward function is designed to guide the train in learning appropriate operating strategies. through the integration of a realistic train dynamics model and mechanical characteristics, simulation experiments validate the feasibility of this approach in achieving energy savings and punctual arrivals. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. the increasing demand for batteries in various industries has resulted in the problem of battery waste. An industry 4.0 will need to tackle this kind of environmental problem. With the need for a more sustainable solution, battery refurbishment technologies have emerged as a way to reduce the environmental impact of battery waste, conserve resources, and save costs. In this review, we will discuss the existing battery refurbishment technologies in the world, including their advantages and disadvantages. the authors also discussed about their current battery refurbishment project with the help of artificial intelligence. © 2024 IEEE.

Accurate source-load prediction results are important for new energy consumption and improving grid stability. the traditional BP algorithm has defects such as easy to fall into local optimum and premature maturity, and the genetic algorithm is to optimise the BP parameters to improve the prediction accuracy. the GA-BP is used to establish PV power generation prediction model and household load prediction model respectively. Comparative simulation analysis reveals that the proposed genetic algorithm optimised BP has a smaller prediction error than the traditional BP and PSO-BP, which verifies the reliability of the proposed method. © 2023 IEEE.

For the proportional-integral and derivative (PID) control parameter tuning problem of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM), a parameter tuning method is proposed, which combines the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Back-Propagation (BP) neural network. First, this paper establishes a PID control model of permanent magnet synchronous motors, including input and output parameters such as current, voltage, speed, and torque. the AHP algorithm is used to initially select the proportional, integral, and derivative coefficients of the PID controller. Second, the initially selected parameters are inputted into the BP neural network. the network can train the parameters of the PID controller to approximate the stable control performance. Finally, through Simulink simulation and algorithm comparison, the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method are verified. the results show that the proposed method can effectively select PID control parameters, thereby the PID control performance of PMSM is enhanced. the needs of modern industrial high-performance servo control are satisfied by the proposed method. © 2024 IEEE.

To recover the satellite operations in emergency conditions, a control design scheme for emergency mode that utilizes reaction wheels and magnetic torques is presented in this paper. Firstly, based on a highly reliable sensor suite comprising sun sensors and magnetometers, a suitable attitude control law is designed to complete the satellite attitude missions of rate damping and sun-pointing. then, considering that there are only two workable reaction wheels due to one reaction wheel failures, a control allocation law is designed to determine the control torque provided by two reaction wheels and the magnetic moment provided by magnetic torquers. Finally, the proposed method is compared with the purely magnetic control method by numerical simulations. the results indicate that the proposed method can achieve the attitude control missions after the satellite enters emergency mode, and performs better in terms of convergence and accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

Few-shot semantic segmentation (FSS) confronts the task of constructing class-agnostic models capable of effectively segmenting novel classes with minimal annotations. Our paper introduces a novel approach to FSS by integrating a text feature module, specifically leveraging the CLIP's text feature module (CFM). Our primary objective is to augment segmentation model performance on novel classes with handful annotated images through the strategic inclusion of textual information. Simultaneously, we propose a multi-scale prior correlation module (MPM) that thoroughly exploits support-query image features at different scales, effectively supplementing and enhancing the prototype features in the images. the experimental results on the PASCAL-5i and COCO-20i dataset demonstrate a substantial performance boost in FSS task. the findings showcase the efficacy of our method, highlighting the excellent performance of the CFM and the MPM. this underscores the robustness and adaptability of our approach, establishing it as a promising solution for addressing the challenges posed by FSS task. © 2023 IEEE.
