the existing normative and technical documentation of operating organizations does not allow for the reliable organization of the minimal possible inspection zone. the article presents research on the implementation of justified inspection zone for fault location on overhead transmission lines of 110 kV and above. the fault location research was carried out on an imitation model in the Simulink / MATLAB software package. Fault location formulae developed by the authors were used under consideration of multitude factors influencing the measurement using the Monte Carlo method. Only the methodological error of fault location was taken into account in the calculation for the implementation of the inspection zone. the most probable (justified) inspection zone was calculated based on the values of fault locations obtained using the calculation formulae. the generalized Gaussian distribution (GGD) and the functions of mathematical expectation and standard deviation were used to implement the justified inspection zone. © 2024 IEEE.

Marine Internet of things (Marine IoT) has garnered increasing interest in monitoring oceanic environments. But establishing a Marine IoT system for observing and processing marine environmental data presents various challenges. these include limited underwater communication bandwidth, and uneven distribution of tasks among data-sensing devices. this paper proposes an Edge computing-RESTful (ECR) architecture to efficiently integrate and process the substantial volume of data gathered through marine observations. 1) the ECR method is introduced for task collaborative migration, aiming to schedule and manage the tasks within the Marine IoT system. 2) through unified scheduling and management of tasks, the edge gateway can facilitate migration, scheduling, and interaction of task loads among various edge sensing devices. the proposed dynamic and adaptive approach matches computing tasks with edge sensing devices, minimizing energy consumption and migration delay within the Marine IoT system. Simulation results validate the superiority of the proposed method for Marine IoT, showcasing improved performance metrics such as reduced time delays and lower energy consumption during task collaborative migration. © 2024 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of terminal voltage fluctuation of three-phase voltage-controlled inverter based on droop control during grid-connected and off-grid switching, the linear active disturbance rejection control (LADRC) algorithm is used to replace the PI algorithm of voltage outer loop in traditional double closed-loop PI controller, and the current inner loop is still designed as P algorithm. the controller based on double-loop LADRC algorithm can better control the bus voltage stability, and the inverter output current waveform distortion rate is small. If only using the second-order LADRC voltage single loop algorithm without adding the current inner loop design, will lead to the inverter output current distortion rate increases, the system harmonic content increases. From the perspective of time domain and frequency domain, how to suppress voltage fluctuation is analyzed theoretically. Finally, a single inverter model is built on the MATLAB/Simulink platform, and the proposed control method based on double-loop LADRC is simulated and verified under different working conditions. © 2023 IEEE.

this research looks into electrical grids that will soon likely become more intelligent. In light of this, there is a growing need for intelligent, adaptable microgrids that can function both independently and in conjunction with the grid. Black start operation, frequency and voltage stability, active and reactive power flow regulation, active power filtering capabilities, and storage energy management are the features that these small grids are expected to have. Energy can be produced and stored in this way near its points of consumption, improving reliability and lowering losses from big power lines. the key ideas about intelligent microgrid configuration, control, and energy management are reviewed in this study. Attributes-wise, the microgrid can function by utilizing the following three primary hierarchical control levels, just like the main grid.: Primary control on the converter level, Secondary control to adjust the frequency and voltage of the AC grid, and third-level control over additional global duties determine whether energy is imported or exported for the microgrid. when connected to the main utilities. Advancing one of the above-mentioned control levels or redesigning the microgrid can enhance the stand-alone ac microgrid inertia. © 2024 IEEE.

Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) are widely used in various fields due to their high efficiency, high power factor and small volume. In this paper, a segmented permanent magnet interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) is proposed and optimized. First, the topology of the IPMSM is introduced. Second, multi-objective optimization is performed by non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II (NSGA-II) using rotor structure parameters as optimization variables, saliency ratio as constraint, electromagnetic torque and constant-power speed range as objective functions. then, the electromagnetic characteristics of the initial IPMSM and the optimized IPMSM are analyzed and compared. the results show that the torque and constant-power speed range of the optimized motor are improved, which verifies the validity of the optimization method. the proposed motor is suitable for electric vehicles, which require large torque at low speeds and wide constant-power speed range at high speeds. © 2023 IEEE.

Suspended monorail transit is a special urban rail transit system, which has the advantages of short construction period, low cost, green energy saving and so on. However, because its track and trackside equipment are exposed for a long time, it is easy to rust or even break. In order to ensure safety, it is necessary to conduct regular inspection. In this paper, a method of detecting suspended track by UAV is proposed, a global path model of UAV inspection problem is established, and the inspection path is optimized by brain storm optimization (BSO) algorithm. then, a backtracking rapidly-exploring random tree star (B-RRT∗) algorithm is proposed to solve the local obstacle avoidance path between detection points. the performance of B-RRT∗ algorithm and RRT∗ algorithm is compared. the comparison results show that B-RRT∗ algorithm can get better detection path in a shorter time. Finally, the actual inspection test is carried out, and the results show that compared with the traditional manual inspection method, the UAV inspection method proposed in this paper can complete the inspection task more safely and efficiently, and the effectiveness of the UAV inspection method is verified. © 2024 IEEE.

the vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is taken as the research object. the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor system adopts current hysteresis tracking PWM to speed regulation, which has some shortcomings in anti-interference ability and dynamic performance. In order to improve the anti-interference ability and dynamic performance of the motor, through the analysis of the principle of vector synthesis, a speed regulation system based on coordinate transformation and decoupling technology is designed, and voltage feedforward compensation and space vector pulse width technology (SVPWM) are adopted to improve the dynamic response of the system. Finally, Matlab/Simulink simulation platform is used to verify and analyze the anti-interference ability and tracking performance of the system. After experimental setting, the experimental results show that the designed motor control strategy can effectively adjust the expected speed of the motor system, and has good anti-interference ability and can effectively optimize the dynamic performance. © 2024, Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common cancer in humans with a rising incidence and a high mortality rate. Image segmentation of histopathological slices based on deep learning models can effectively accelerate the diagnostic process. In this paper, an overview of the datasets of the introduced models is provided and the performance of deep learning models is compared on common datasets. We classify the CRC pathological image segmentation models proposed in recent years into categories based on several basic models: Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), U-Net, Transformer and others. We list effective quantitative evaluation metrics in image segmentation and apply them to these models for comprehensive comparative analysis. Besides, improvement of different models on each module of the traditional model with respective advantages and disadvantages are sorted out. Finally, limitations and future directions are proposed from three aspects of computing power requirements, datasets and the model itself to provide inspiration for researchers who want to enter and go deeper into this field in the future. © 2024 IEEE.

In telecommunication, speech signals need to be coded to ensure good transmission quality of the signals to far receivers. the objective of the codec system is to compress the signals to as few bits as possible while keeping good quality of the output signals. Unfortunately, encoding speech signals decreases their quality, especially when there are limits on the sent bitrates, which cause uncomfortable experience of communication for both sides. In this paper, a speech enhancement filter is proposed, which reduces distortions of the decoded speech at low bitrates to make it more pleasant, reduce listening effort and improve the intelligibility of the signal. the filter is a complex convolutional neural network model with Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM) units, that enhances the speech signals decoded by Enhanced Voice Services (EVS) codec. Our model was trained using perceptual metric for speech quality evaluation (PMSQE) which is a more intelligent loss function. In result, the Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality (PESQ) score evaluation of speech signals, enhanced by the model, has a raise by 0.2 on average for different bitrates signals. © 2024 IEEE.

this paper analyzes the non-linear factors in the electronic throttle, and derives the FPGA digital control FPGA system of the electronic throttle. A simulation model of the system was established in Matlab/Simulink according to the mathematical model;in order to explore the control effects of linear control algorithms and non-linear control algorithms on the electronic throttle, incremental PID control algorithms and variable structure sliding mode control algorithms were used to pair the sections. the valve is controlled. Set up the throttle model and controller model in Matlab/Simulink, and determine the structure and parameters of the controller through simulation. © 2022 IEEE.
