Crowdsourcing is a very popular model on the Internet. It is a common task assignment method to assign multiple tasks according to workers' subjective preferences in crowdsourcing. However, workers may exchange for higher utility by providing false information. To this end, this paper proposes a truthful incentive mechanism for multi-Task assignment in crowdsourcing. By introducing an incentive mechanism and designing the allocation algorithm and payment algorithm separately, workers will adopt the behavior that the platform expects to see when participating in task assignment. Experiments show that the task assignment mechanism is truthful, and satisfies individual rationality and incentive compatibility. Traditional engine technology recognition methods require manual design and selection of features, but feature selection and design is a complex task that often requires domain expertise and experience. this article proposed a domain engine technology recognition method based on multisource data fusion, which can improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of entity event recognition. the article collected relevant data from different data sources, including text, images, and audio, and integrated these heterogeneous data using data fusion technology to form a comprehensive data representation. the experimental results showed that the accuracy of the proposed method ranged from 91% to 97%. the domain engine technology recognition method based on multisource data fusion can significantly improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of entity or event recognition. Compared with traditional single data source methods, this method can obtain more comprehensive information from multiple data sources and provide more accurate recognition results. © 2023 IEEE.

In sensorless control system, High-frequency (HF) voltage injection methods are widely used for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). However, subject to the response of rotor estimate position, either the speed loop or current loop bandwidth can not be set too large. But the current loop bandwidth is a key factor to accuracy control. With low bandwidth, it can only handle DC and low-frequency disturbance. Because the dead-time of voltage source inverters (VSIs) which cause the 6th harmonic in the d-q coordinate system, a revised repetitive controller (RRC) is proposed to reappear specific frequency harmonics. this paper described a new injection method, which combines the HF voltage and RRC output. In limited bandwidth, the 6th harmonic in current is sharply decreased. Finally, simulation results have proved the feasibility of the proposed scheme. © 2022 SPIE.

While academic productivity in automated processes, such as artificial intelligence (AI), has increased fast, we currently need a complete knowledge of the implications of using these techniques in human resource management (HRM) just at organizational (firms) and personal (employee) levels. Despite an increasing curiosity in academics, study on AI-based HRM systems is scarce and scattered. As a result, the purpose of this study is to organize the scholarly inputs on automated processes so far and to define what its strengths approach and problems for HRM and to provide a sophisticated view of what has been recognized, and what needs to be recognized, and future directions of study to shape a global HRM research program. More study on the function of AI-assisted apps in HRM activities and patterns of interaction in big multinational businesses disseminating such technologies is required. © 2024 IEEE.

Sri Lanka's tea business has existed since the 1800s and maintains a high standard worldwide. However, rivalry is increasing as more competitors enter the market, and tea exporters strive to make their operations more cost-effective. the discovery led to the development of a weekly tea price auction prediction model for a selected tea grade, Broken Orange Pekoe Fannings (BOPF), across different elevations. the existing research suggested using Box and Jenkins models over Machine Learning (ML) models such as Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and Convolution Neural Networks (CNN). the research also suggested using external factors to improve accuracy. Supply, Demand, and Rainfall were the primary factors. this analysis required data from multiple sources to be combined into one dataset for model building. the tea auction data was from another source, but the rest was in the public domain. For the fourth elevation, the research group employed the SARIMAX variation of Box and Jenkins models to analyze them separately. the results ranged from a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 0.26% to 6.03%, a manageable and acceptable level of risk. For structured Comma Separated (CSV) file inputs, a new function was created to easily extract predictions from the generated model, improving model usability. © 2024 IEEE.

When SiC MOSFETs work in parallel, there will be thermal stress imbalance among various devices, which greatly influences the life and reliability of the whole operating system. therefore, a junction temperature balance control method based on regulating gate driver voltage is proposed in this paper, which can effectively adjust the junction temperature imbalance between parallel SiC MOSFETs, promote the junction temperature balance, and improve the service life and operational reliability of the whole system. the simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed junction temperature balance control method. © 2023 IEEE.

An active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) method for accurate position tracking of shape memory alloy actuators (SMAAs) with uncertain dynamics and disturbances is presented in this paper. It is difficult to achieve precise positioning of SMAAs because of its strong nonlinear characteristics due to its solid phase transition mechanism. To solve the problem that the SMAAs mechanism modeling is difficult and the nonlinear characteristics have adverse effect on the precise position control, a second order transfer function model is established through step response system identification. Furthermore, nonlinear active disturbance rejection controller (NLADRC) are used for accurate position tracking of SMAAs. the overshoot of step signal tracking is effectively inhibited by using a tracking differentiator (TD), and the uncertain dynamics and disturbances are estimated by a designed third order extended state observer (ESO). position tracking accuracy and response speed of the SMAA servo systems are improved by nonlinear error feedback controller (NEFC). the experimental results demonstrate that the present NLADRC scheme for SMAA servo systems can improve the control performance in the accurate position tracking. © 2023 IEEE.

three-phase grid-connected converters are prone to poor grid adaptability and low grid side current quality issues. this article first proposes a unified voltage feedforward method based on phase advance correction based on the traditional dual loop control strategy, which effectively improves the grid adaptation ability under weak power grid conditions. By adding harmonic current control elements, the grid side current quality of the converter under weak power grid conditions is improved. In addition, for the application scenario of large capacity and small grid-connected inductors, L grid connection is changed to LC grid connection, and based on this, a control method based on reactive power compensation of parallel capacitors is proposed. Without changing the traditional dual loop control architecture, the reactive power of parallel capacitors is detected and compensated in real-time, effectively reducing the grid-connected current thD. A prototype of a 380V/50kW three-phase two-level grid-connected converter was built, and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm was verified through experiments. © 2024 IEEE.

Blockchain is a disruptive technology that changed how financial operations and ownership exist over the internet. With the implementation of smart contracts in blockchains, facilitation of transactions without intermediaries is possible and fully automated. Smart contracts allow relatively safe transactions and transfer of ownership, but as with any piece of software, it proved to have vulnerabilities and challenges. Unfortunately, considering that smart contracts hold and facilitate valuable asset and funds transfer, the damage caused by exploitation of these contracts is devastating with billions of dollars’ worth of cryptocurrency and other assets lost or stolen up until now. One attack on Ethereum smart contracts is the Etherlock attack, which exploits bad logic in the code to stall the transaction indefinitely, effectively sealing user funds. In this paper, we propose a high-accuracy Support Vector Machine model for detection of Etherlock vulnerability in Solidity smart contracts. the model is developed into a standalone tool and achieves 98.44% accuracy accompanied with 87% recall using a generated dataset of Smart Contracts from the Ethereum blockchain. Our promising results still show the necessity of more sophisticated accurate detection models for protection of crypto assets on the blockchain. © 2024 IEEE.

In order to quickly plan the shortest path for mobile robot in two-dimensional space, a two-stage obstacles avoidance path planning algorithm based on cellular automata was presented in this paper. For the first stage, the distance between each free cell to the ending cell was gradually generated by the evolution of cellular automata, and the algorithm’s cellular space, cellular states, Moore type neighbors and evolutionary rules were described, respectively. For the second stage, by using the idea of the negative gradient, a method of generating the shortest path based on the cells’ state values was proposed. Accordingly, the corresponding flow chart and Matlab programme of the algorithm were designed. the effectiveness of the algorithm was verified by the simulation and the physical experiment. the results showed that the shortest path in complex environment can be efficiently planned by using our cellular automata algorithm. © 2024 IEEE.
