In order to solve the problems of unstable DC bus voltage, degradation of power quality, and shortening of power source life caused by large fluctuations in demand power in the multi-energy system of ship based on hydrogen fuel cell, firstly, a hybrid power system model of fuel cell, Li-ion battery and supercapacitor is constructed, then an energy management strategy based on the fusion of real-time wavelet transform and fuzzy control is proposed. Simulation analysis is carried out in MATLAB/Simulink, and the simulation results show that the proposed real-time wavelet transform-fuzzy control strategy has a better control effect, compared with the logic rule control strategy, the peak value of DC bus voltage is smaller, and the power quality of the system has been significantly improved;the range of fluctuation is smaller, and the service life of the power source is extended. © 2024 IEEE.

Recently, many kinds of deep learning-based image classification are introduced in various fields, such as face recognition for security authentication and autonomous driving, in order to improve their accuracy. However, previous studies have pointed out the vulnerability of them against Adversarial Examples (AE) which are able to cause misclassification intentionally. the AE utilize micro-perturbations which cannot be detected by the naked eye for causing misclassification. For practical use of the deep learning-based image classification, countermeasure against AE is a mandatory requirement. therefore, this paper proposes countermeasures of the deep learning-based image classification against AE. the proposed method introduces luminance correction to eliminate the effect of perturbations on AE. After the proposed luminance correction, the deep learning-based image classification classifies images which are contained perturbations. Experiments prove the validity of the proposed method. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

How to improve the friendliness of new energy grid-connected through flexible control of power electronic devices, realize the multi-directional orderly flow of energy and secure and stable operation of the power grid, fully verify the rationality of the power grid structure and the performance of the stability control equipment through simulation to guide the actual engineering construction and control equipment access-in are the main technical problems to solve the flexible consumption of new energy and accelerate the construction of new power system. Based on the advantages of flexible DC transmission, flexible power flow control, easy to realize multi-terminal interconnection and form a HVDC transmission network, a 'router' type networking structure is proposed, which can realize the flexible access, plug and play of heterogeneous new energy power generation units, and realize rapid power adjustment and grid frequency/voltage stability control through joint control between converter stations. through standard modular modeling, a digital-analog hybrid simulation platform based on parallel computing of heterogeneous processors is constructed, hardware-in-the-loop tests of power grid operation control strategy are carried out, and engineering empirical research is carried out to verify the reliability and effectiveness operation capability of power router system. © 2024 IEEE.

Laser imaging detection and ranging (LiDAR) and Building Information Model (BIM) are widely used in building construction. But there are problems such as inconvenient interaction and inaccurate data registration due to different data coordinate systems. this paper proposes a method for component construction progress surveillance using LiDAR and BIM. Component-level interactions can be performed by splitting the model into components and converting them into point clouds. then, the problem of inaccurate registration between BIM and LiDAR can be solved by filtering and feature point calibration. Finally, the construction progress can be obtained by performing the k-neighborhood algorithm. To verify the validity and reliability of the proposed method, this paper uses the actual data of the factory under renovation to conduct experiments. the results show that the proposed method achieves a registration tolerance of less than 0.05m. the proposed method has good robustness on outlier points for evaluating the construction progress of components. © 2023 IEEE.

the control of microgrids is becoming complex day by day. therefore, it is necessary to develop a cheap and readily implementable controller hardware in loop framework to validate the control techniques. this paper proposes a simple and cost effective controller hardware in loop framework for validation of microgrid controllers in real time. the proposed controller hardware in loop framework uses a Raspberry Pi controller which implements the control and a computer which simulates the hardware parts of the microgrid. this overrides the need of commonly used real time digital simulators which are expensive and complex to use. the proposed controller hardware in loop framework is developed and tested. © 2023 IEEE.

With the rapid development of deep-sea offshore wind power, Voltage Source Converter-based High Voltage Direct Current (VSC-HVDC) systems using modular multilevel converters have been successfully applied in long-distance offshore wind energy transmission. However, the construction costs of offshore platforms are relatively high. In this regard, low-frequency power transmission systems based on modular multilevel matrix converters (M3C) have emerged as a recent research focus, eliminating the need for offshore commutation valves. In this paper, we propose the integration of hydrogen storage modules with M3C power modules using high-frequency isolation windings and current-doubler rectifier circuits, enabling the low-frequency power transmission system to have energy storage capabilities. We establish simplified circuits for electrolysis cells and hydrogen production modules and provide a detailed control structure for the hydrogen storage modules and M3C. A switching logic is proposed based on the frequency deviation of the AC system to switch between hydrogen storage mode and fuel cell discharge mode for the energy storage modules. this facilitates the adjustment of AC system frequency during transient processes and enhances power system stability. We construct a system simulation model based on the proposed control methods and simulate various operating conditions such as steady-state wind power grid connection, AC system faults, and AC frequency excursions to validate the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed converter structure and control strategy. © 2023 IEEE.

High voltage transmission line (HVTL), which adopts the gas insulated transmission line (GITL) technology, is an important link between the radio frequency ion source system and the power supply system for the negative-ion based neutral beam injectors (NNBI) system. Post insulators in the HVTL play the role of supporting high voltage conductors, and their performance and reliability directly determine the technical level and long-term operation reliability of the whole HVTL. In this paper, two kinds of metal inserts with different structures are proposed and their insulation properties are compared, and then the factors affecting the insulation performance of the post epoxy resin composite insulator are analyzed, including the column radius of the post insulator, the radius of the metal insert, the embedding depth of the metal insert, and the arc height of the metal insert. And draw the following conclusion by finite element analysis: from the point of view of the electric field, the comprehensive good insulation performance can be obtained by reducing the column radius of the post insulator, increasing the radius of the metal insert, reducing the embedding depth of the metal insert and increasing the arc height of the metal insert, appropriately. According to the design requirements of the insulation, the structural design parameters of the main post insulator and metal inserts in the HVTL are preliminarily determined, which lays a theoretical and engineering foundation for the follow-up engineering design of the insulation support of the HVTL. © 2023 IEEE.

As the basic construction of flexible mechanical systems, the flexible beam and its control problem have attracted widespread attention in recent years. this paper takes a flexible beam with pneumatic soft actuators (FBPSA) as the research object and studies its phenomenological modeling and end-point trajectory tracking control strategy. Firstly, we develop an experimental platform for the FBPSA and perform tests on it, gathering its input and output data. Using these collected data, we analyzed the motion characteristics of the FBPSA. Subsequently, a phenomenological model is established to describe the motion characteristics of the system, and the parameters of this model are identified through a large amount of the collected experimental data. then, a combined feedforward-feedback control strategy is proposed to achieve the end-point trajectory tracking control of the system. Finally, three sets of experiments are carried out to verify the accuracy of the established model and the effectiveness and superiority of the control strategy. © 2023 IEEE.

With rising popularity of social platforms like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc., there have been several incidents of cloud cyber-attacks that have been reported in the past few years. End-to-end security have become one of the biggest challenges in the field of cloud computing in recent days. Although there have been several claimed advantages that come from cloud computing models, what needs to be noticed is the loss of control in security over the cloud-based assets [9]. To improve the dynamic performance of dual-active-bridge (DAB) dc-dc converter, a novel disturbance compensation-based discrete single-phase-shift (DCB-DSPS) control strategy is proposed in this paper. By using two discrete compensated phase-shift ratios Δ dH and Δ dL to compensate the open-loop phase-shift ratio dol of the SPS controlled DAB dc-dc converter, the proposed DCB-DSPS control can achieve accurate and fast adjustment of the output voltage under both input voltage and load step change. the control principle, parameters design and control performances of the proposed DCB-DSPS control strategy are developed. Experimental results of a 96V-48V/210W-50kHz DAB dc-dc converter are presented to validate the proposed DCB-DSPS control method. © 2023 IEEE.
