In recent years, with the progress of distributed photovoltaic technology and the reduction of costs, the installed scale of distributed photovoltaic has grown rapidly. Due to the high average photovoltaic permeability, there is active power backfeed phenomenon in the distribution network at the peak of photovoltaic power generation, resulting in high voltage and distribution overload problems in the station area, especially the serious overvoltage of photovoltaic access points, which has seriously affected the reliable operation of the distribution network and the safe consumption of electricity by users. At present, there is little attention to the regulation of distributed PV access point overvoltage at home and abroad, and the related work has just started, and the relevant achievements are also few, so it is urgent to carry out the relevant research on the autonomous control strategy for the safe operation of distributed power station area. this paper proposes an autonomous control strategy for safe operation of distributed power stations. Firstly, the hardware architecture of 'distribution automation master station-intelligent fusion terminal-intelligent grid-connected switch/plug and play communication unit-photovoltaic inverter' is constructed. then, based on the above hardware architecture, a refined control strategy is proposed. Finally, based on RTDS, a semi-physical simulation platform of intelligent fusion terminal is built, and the effectiveness and practicability of the method described in this paper are verified by a practical example. © 2024 IEEE.

Efficient energy allocation and utilization are critical challenges in the evolving landscape of decentralized power systems integrated with renewable energy sources. Peer-toPeer (P2P) energy trading offers a novel framework for direct energy transactions among prosumers, enhancing system flexibility and market responsiveness. this paper addresses the complex decision-making processes inherent in P2P energy markets by proposing a Multi-Agent Twin Delayed Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (MATD3) algorithm. the proposed model leverages Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) to aggregate distributed energy resources, enabling autonomous and optimized energy trading within the P2P framework. VPPs act as intermediaries, enhancing market liquidity, optimizing energy distribution, and ensuring supply reliability. the MATD3-based approach effectively manages high-dimensional continuous action spaces and adapts to the dynamic nature of P2P energy trading. Simulation results indicate that the proposed MADRL model reduces overall energy costs and enhances the performance of VPPs in decentralized energy markets. this research contributes to the advancement of intelligent P2P energy trading mechanisms, emphasizing the pivotal role of reinforcement learning in developing sustainable and resilient energy infrastructures © 2024 IEEE.

Wheelset is one of the key components of train operation, the friction between the wheel and the rail will lead to the continuous wear of the wheelset, timely monitoring of the wear state of the wheelset is of great significance to the safety of train operation. this paper proposes an on-line inspection system of wheelset size based on multi-line structured light. the light intercept image of the wheelset surface hit by the multi-line structured light installed beside the rail is collected, and the relevant parameters of the wheelset are calculated through the steps of point cloud data acquisition, line structured light matching, and wheelset tread curve extraction to realize the detection of wheelset status. the experimental results show that the measurement accuracy meets the design requirements. © 2024, Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Image denoising is a technology to restore the image by changing the information before and after the image sequence. the restored image will become very clear, and it is used a lot now. Due to the imperfect equipment, when the image is transmitted, it will be affected by noise, thus losing the original details. In order to solve this problem and make the noise image clear and obvious, this paper proposes an image denoising method based on deep learning, and constructs the image denoising network structure based on convolutional neural network. At the same time, the directional propagation algorithm is optimized to speed up the training speed of the model and effectively improve the denoising effect. By comparing the experimental data of the classical algorithm experiment, it is concluded that this study has achieved a better denoising effect. Finally, the key issues of image denoising research are summarized, and the development trend of future research in this field is discussed. © 2023 IEEE.

To address the problem that the DV-Hop localization model for wireless sensor networks can no longer meet the current localization accuracy requirements, this paper proposes the concept of beacon node trustworthiness to provide ideas and basis for improving the optimization model. Based on the principle of least squares in the localization model, weighted least squares is introduced to present the trustworthiness for beacon nodes with different characteristics. To analyze the characteristics of the trustworthiness of beacon nodes, 18 functions are designed in terms of function instrumentality and decrement able, hierarchical faultiness, etc. Finally, the conclusions obtained from the credibility test are tested with weighted matrix and average hop distance weighting, and the localization error is reduced from 32.68% to 31.78%, with a role rate of 100%. the credibility characteristics of beacon nodes discussed in this paper provide ideas for subsequent optimization of the localization model. © 2023 IEEE.

the article presents the results of measurements of power quality parameters in the system supplying railroad automation equipment and railroad traffic control devices, in the 3 kV DC traction system. Measurements were made in the rectifier transformer of the traction substation (30 kV/3 kV) and the non-traction needs transformer (30 kV/ 6 kV). Parameters exceeding acceptable standards were determined and analyzed. the measured and analyzed parameters were in accordance with EN 50160. © 2024 Kaunas University of Technology. Image degradation due to fog and haze is a common problem in the field of life and image research. this article will be designed and implemented of image haze removal algorithm. the traditional methods have some problems such as low brightness, artifact, halo and distortion, but the existing methods based on deep learning have better effect. In this paper, we will propose a de-fogging network model, which is based on adversarial network. the generator in adversarial network is a convolutional neural network with residual network, which reduces the model training parameters and improves the parameter utilization. the discriminator uses the full convolutional network as the discriminator, which enhances the spatial sensitivity of the model to the image. In order to improve efficiency, the discriminator is simplified on the original structure. the loss function of the model is improved so that the model can get better training effect. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to improve the efficiency and voltage regulation performance of the power electronic transformers (PETs), a hybrid cascaded PET with tight voltage regulation is proposed in this paper. In this hybrid cascaded PET, multiple LLC resonant converters and a three-level half bridge converter are employed as the isolation stage, where the LLC converter works in the dc-dc transformer mode to maximize the efficiency and the three-level half bridge dc-dc converter is used to realize the tight voltage regulation. control strategies for the hybrid cascaded PET are proposed and a simulation model is built in MATLAB/Simulink. the simulation results verify the validations of the proposed structure and control strategies. © 2023 IEEE.

With the aim of overcoming the limitations in feature extraction capability, OOV (out-of-vacabulary) and polysemous word in Chinese text sentiment analysis, dual attention gated recurrent neural network (AW-Att-BiGRU) with word and character information fusion was proposed. Firstly, character and word level vector are taken as input to the model to obtain semantic representation to the maximum extent. then, characters and words with obvious emotional characteristics are given higher weights through the attention mechanism, to achieve a more comprehensive understanding of the emotional tendencies within the text and enhance the accuracy of sentiment analysis. Based on the experimental results using the Tan Songbo Hotel review dataset, the proposed model achieved an accuracy rate of 94.56%, and the accuracy rate on Weibo review dataset is 93.87%, which improves the performance compared with a single model and has certain application value. © 2023 IEEE.

this study investigates the impact of a blended learning strategy on programming education, combining online and face-to-face instruction. A station rotation model was implemented in a JavaScript course for secondary vocational school students, with an intervention group using blended learning and a control group using traditional face-to-face instruction. the course was designed using problem-based learning and Bloom's taxonomy to promote higher-order thinking skills. Educational Data Mining (EDM) was employed to analyze the effectiveness of the blended learning strategy. the results showed the superiority of applying blended learning model over the traditional teaching one in terms of student performance. Also, the adopted model improve the knowledge retention and engagement level of the students © 2024 IEEE.
