Visual perception technology is crucial for autonomous driving. It can detect dynamic and static objects around the vehicle, which is used for downstream tasks such as obstacle avoidance and navigation. LiDAR-based methods face challenges from costly sensors and extensive computational demands. In contrast, camera-based approaches are more cost-effective, but achieving a bird's-eye-view (BEV) requires perspective transformation, often leading to image distortions. To address this, we spotlight our novel contribution: the IPM-Transformer. this transformative framework integrates the mathematical geometry of Inverse-Perspective-Mapping (IPM) with data-driven deep learning, offering a robust solution to mitigate the image distortions and improve the effect of perspective transformations. We have also developed a novel framework that reconstructs a local map, showcasing both the road layout and vehicle occupancy, in the bird's-eye-view using only surround-view images. Our model achieves state-of-the-Art (SOTA) results in the vehicle occupancy category on public datasets and achieves SOTA results across all categories on our released HuanYu dataset. © 2023 IEEE.

In recent years, due to the increasingly prominent contradiction between cogeneration unit heating and grid peak regulation and wind power consumption in the heating season, the grid peak regulation situation is severe, and the traditional operation mode of 'fixing electricity by heat' needs to be transformed to the mode of 'cogeneration'. It is worth studying that the gas-steam combined cycle heating unit can continue to provide a certain heat load after participating in the power grid peak regulation. this paper mainly studies how to use electric boilers to assist the operation of gas-steam combined cycle units in heating period, in order to enhance the peak load capacity and heating capacity of gas-steam combined cycle unit. And it can heat the air entering the compression room by the circulating water from heat supply network produced by electric boiler, so as to improve the working efficiency of gas-steam combined cycle units. © 2023 IEEE.

Resonant DC/DC converter is extensively applied in the industry due to their superiorities such as zero voltage switching which enables it to operate under higher frequency. As the core component of resonant DC/DC converter, the high-frequency transformer (HFT) is critical to the performance of the converter in regard of power density, efficiency, and reliability. However, as the frequency and power rating increase, the power loss on the wire and core increase as well. It is desired to propose the optimal design process for integrated HFT which considers the tradeoff between volume and power. this paper comprehensively investigates the impact of air gap length, location and winding structure on the transformer. Based on the analytical model, the design flow of a magnetics integrated transformer which incorporates intrinsic magnetizing inductance and leakage inductance for the resonant tank is presented. Finally, the analytical model and the optimization design of HFT are validated with experimental results. © 2023 IEEE.

this article basically explores the perspective of public opinion in universities and colleges by taking into consideration, the campus security perspective. Big data and data mining tools have been utilized to explore the safety management construction outlooks in colleges and universities for ensuring the personal safety measures of teachers, students, and staff. this article also realized the long-term harmony and stability perspective of construction safety in the campus environment. this paper establishes the visualization of data mining applications to comprehensively improve the level of safety management in colleges, thus performing safety testing and analysis. the outcomes obtained reveal the graphical representation of system response time, which, compared with the actual response time, provides better performance, which is quite near to 0.061 s. the comparison of system performance is done in terms of response time as well as system accuracy. the overall system accuracy was observed to be 97.89%, revealing the goodness of the proposed approach. the system automation, refinement, and mobility management of campus security management were realized in this article and a significant improvement in campus security, information construction, and managerial execution of smart campus is observed. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

this paper explores the significant applications of drone aerial images in the field of target detection, with the aim of enhancing the autonomy and versatility of drone systems. We introduce an innovative target detection algorithm based on the Data Efficient Transformer (DETR) and apply it to drone aerial images to achieve efficient and precise target detection. DETR adopts an end-to-end training approach, integrating image and target detection tasks into a single model. Additionally, it introduces the Transformer architecture, enabling drones to efficiently handle multiple targets in target detection and model relationships among targets simultaneously. To optimize target prediction and position matching, the Hungarian loss is also used as the loss function in this model. the drone aerial image target detection method based on the DETR model performs exceptionally well on the Visdrone 2019 dataset. Its average mAP for 10 categories reaches 0.3133, ranking third among models such as Fast-RCNN, SSD, YOLOF, YOLOX, YOLO, and DETR, with only Faster-RCNN at 0.3883 and YOLOX at 0.3972 outperforming it. Furthermore, DETR excels in detecting large targets such as cars, vans, and trucks, particularly in the single category of cars, where its mAP significantly improves compared to other models, with increases of 0.1, 0.308, 0.195, 0. © 2023 IEEE.

the current load in a 10 kV power cable in the nuclear power plant is time-varying, especially multi-lines in the same cable tray. control cable is sensitive to the variation of power cable load, which is easily results in electromagnetic interference in its conductor. In the present study, a typical situation of cable installment was considered, two specific sudden cases were carried, and the interference current was calculated and analyzed. the results show that unbalance in the load current of the power cable brought a significant increase in interference current, up to five times when the unbalance rate is 10%. Similarly, a sudden power off in the power cable results in a 5 times interference when the current drop rate is 10. Finally, it is found that more attention should be paid to the interference current on the control cable when the unbalance of load in the power cable or sudden power off occurs. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, the manipulator control system is the research object, and a five-axis injection manipulator control system design based on the controller is proposed to meet the process requirements of the injection molding machine and the safe operation specifications of the manipulator. A detailed introduction to the teaching-type manipulator PLC control system: PLC Selection, design of electrical control schematic diagram, determination of input and output points, circuit connection and program design. the hardware structure and software realization method of the three-degree-of-freedom manipulator control system are discussed in detail, and the MCGS configuration environment interface is established to monitor the operation of the system. the test results show that the system is stable in operation, accurate in positioning, and has high application value. © 2022 IEEE.

this paper presents an optimal control method based on dynamic event-triggered control (ETC) for unknown nonlinear systems. Firstly, according to the system, we set up the Hamiltonian-Jacobian-Bellman (HJB) equation to derive the optimal problem. Secondly, by designing a dynamic event-triggered control (ETC) scheme which can ensure the stability of the system to achieve the goal of saving communication and computing resources. then, an Identifier neural network (NN) is used to approximate the dynamic equation of the system to solve the unknown dynamic problem. the given weight matrix is updated to ensure the convergence of the state error. Next, we design a critic NN to approximate the optimal performance index of the system, and the convergence of the system state and its weight matrix is proved by theoretical analysis. Clinical motor relearning theory emphasizes the active participation of patients, so the recognition of patient's motor imagery plays a key role in robot-assisted rehabilitation exercise training. We constructed an upper limb rehabilitation sEMG (Surface Electromyography) dataset by capturing 18 upper limb rehabilitation movements using a wireless sEMG acquisition system and proposed a deep learning model based on dynamic feature fusion with a multi-stream Temporal Convolutional Network (MS-TCN), which identified the patient's motor intention from the captured sEMG by end-to-end learning. On the one hand, the method can extract the temporal features of single-channel signals through the multi-stream TCN structure, and on the other hand, dynamic feature fusion can effectively utilize the primary-secondary relationship of multiple muscles in completing different motions, achieving high recognition accuracy and low response time. through simulation analysis and experimental testing, the results show that this method can achieve higher classification accuracy than mainstream motor intention recognition algorithms on different subjects, and the effective use of this method will promote the recovery of patient's limb function and significantly improve the efficiency of rehabilitation training. © 2024 IEEE.
