this topic aims at the intelligentization and efficiency of automobile body design, and studies the data integration and algorithm implementation in automobile body design. the body design decision-making platform integrates multi-source information to build a complete body design information fusion system, so as to effectively circulate design data. this project intends to use the method of multi-source data fusion to study the precise transmission and application of body modeling data from three aspects: data preprocessing, feature extraction and model optimization. this paper constructs an intelligent decision-making algorithm, and test the accuracy and stability of the algorithm through simulation experiments. At the same time, the optimal body structure design scheme is given. Experiments have proved that the system can make fast and efficient decisions in different design environments. Finally, the practicality of the proposed method and method is verified through a detailed analysis of the simulation data. this provides a reference for the development of future intelligent decision-making platforms. © 2024 IEEE.

this design is an intelligent fish tank aquaculture system based on a microcontroller, with STC89C52 microcontroller as the main control unit. the system includes timing module, water level detection module, temperature detection module, light detection module, button module, oxygen flushing module, feeding module, water change module, heating module, lighting module, display module, communication module, etc. When the system is working, the temperature sensor DS18B20 can be used to detect the temperature of the water body. We need to detect the illumination of the fish tank through the photoresistor GL5506 and transmit temperature and lighting information to the microcontroller for processing, while displaying the status of the fish tank on the LCD screen. the system control of this system can be divided into button control, automatic control, and remote control. And three operation modes are adopted to complete functions such as oxygen flushing, feeding, water exchange, heating, and lighting. the aquaculture communication module uses WiFi to connect to a mobile app, enabling remote observation and control of the fish tank status. It provides a favorable living environment for the growth of fish. the system has implemented functions such as timed feeding, oxygen flushing, water replacement, automatic heating based on sensor detection, automatic lighting control, button control, and remote control of the fish tank. the experimental results show that this design can effectively improve the efficiency of fish tank management and resource utilization, and has certain practicality.

Based on the development and application status of mobile manipulator hybrid robot, this paper takes the handling process requirements of intelligent factories in China as the research objective to design and develop a composite robot platform system. the hardware system mainly includes mobile platforms, manipulators, and sensors. the software system mainly consists of control systems, software architectures, algorithm libraries and corresponding communication protocols. this platform system has the key technologies of scene information perception, mobile path planning and self-collision detection of the manipulator during the grasping process, which are necessary in engineering project applications. the corresponding innovative algorithms are embedded in it, and scene tests and effect analysis are carried out in a memory module production factory. Test results show that, compared with mainstream products and application technologies in the field, this mobile manipulator hybrid robot can use multiple sensors to obtain scene information and conduct high-precision data fusion, simultaneously meet multiple measurement indicators of mobile path planning, and quickly achieve pre-collision warning without the application of sensors, verifying the effectiveness and advancement of the independently developed platform system. © 2024 IEEE.

this paper proposes a multi-source data fusion algorithm based on the Dempster-Shafer (D-S) evidence theory, which aims to realize the fusion and processing of uncertain data through the geographic information system (GIS) platform. this algorithm aims at the uncertainty problem of different data sources in the collection and processing process, and combines spatial analysis methods to improve the interpretation accuracy of geographic information. this paper uses this theory to design a fusion model specifically for solving the uncertainty problem between multi-source heterogeneous data. By combining and reasoning evidence of geographic data from different sources, the algorithm can analyze the relationship between data sources from multiple dimensions and perform more accurate spatial reasoning. this paper introduces a processing mechanism for uncertain data, so that the algorithm can adapt to various complex geographical environments and data conditions. the experimental results show that the algorithm significantly improves the accuracy of data fusion in practical applications, reduces the misjudgment rate by about 12%, and significantly improves the reliability of spatial analysis. © 2024 IEEE.

Traditional recommender systems are difficult to fully explore the complex correlation between multimodal data and cannot meet learners' personalized needs. To this end, this paper proposes an intelligent personalized learning resource recommendation system (MDRS) based on multimodal data, which achieves accurate recommendation of learning resources by integrating advanced technologies such as natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning, and at the same time, by introducing a multimodal data processing mechanism and personalized knowledge graph construction. First, we introduce a multimodal feature embedding module for the model, which utilizes deep neural networks for feature extraction and embedding of data in different modalities, such as text, image, audio, and video, in order to capture the multidimensional characteristics of resources. Subsequently, through the cross-modal fusion and attention mechanism module, the model performs weighted fusion of multimodal features to strengthen the expression of features related to user learning needs. By dynamically adjusting the weights of each modality, the system is able to automatically focus on the features that are most important for learning resource recommendation and eliminate redundant information. this mechanism ensures the system's adaptive fusion of different modalities, allowing multimodal information to be deeply related at the feature level. Next, we design a personalized knowledge graph module to associate users' learning behaviors with resource knowledge points to provide background knowledge support for the recommendation process, which updates the knowledge graph in real time by tracking learners' learning paths, preferences, and knowledge mastery and optimizes the recommended content based on learners' dynamic needs. Finally, through the recommendation optimization module, the recommendation strategy is dynamically adjusted in combination with user feedback to enhance the learning

Virtual reality intelligent voice assistants represent an emerging interaction paradigm that has garnered substantial interest in terms of technical implementation and performance optimization. this study explores innovative applications of speech recognition model optimization, acoustic model adaptation, 3D audio algorithms, and real-time speech synthesis technology in virtual reality environments. through comprehensive multi-dimensional performance evaluation, the system demonstrates significant advancements in key indicators including recognition accuracy, synthesis naturalness, and response time. the research introduces novel approaches to latency optimization and cross-platform compatibility design, further enhancing user experience. Experimental results reveal marked improvements in speech recognition word error rates, synthesis mean opinion scores, and end-to-end system latency. this work provides crucial technical support for natural language interaction in virtual reality, potentially accelerating development across various application domains such as gaming, education, and social interaction. © 2024 IEEE.

this paper designs a motion target control and automatic tracking system integrating both software and hardware, aimed at applications in communication engineering. the system consists of a main control module, a two-dimensional electric control gimbal, a vision recognition module, and a display module. the system adopts the STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller as the main control chip, utilizing the OpenMV vision module for image processing through color filtering and edge detection to obtain the coordinates of light spots and rectangles. A PID algorithm is employed to precisely adjust the servos, controlling the gimbal's rotation to achieve the motion of the laser pointer's light spot. the system successfully implements functions such as light spot motion, reset, and automatic tracking, accurately completing tasks within the specified time and demonstrating excellent robustness. Additionally, the system features a human-machine interaction interface, capable of displaying the light spot position information in real-time on an LCD screen. It exhibits superior performance and rapid response, making it suitable for various automatic tracking target applications within the field of communication engineering. © 2024 IEEE.

this paper focuses on the design and implementation of intelligent library navigation service combined with artificial intelligence technology, analyzes the development and popularization of artificial intelligence technology, and discusses the current situation and demand of library information service. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, intelligent library navigation service has become one of the important means to improve the efficiency of library information service and user experience. By making full use of artificial intelligence technology, the efficiency and user experience of library navigation service can be greatly improved. the experimental data show that the path recognition accuracy of intelligent library navigation service system is more than 97.27%, and the highest is 99.87%. In addition, the overall path planning time of the system is also within 6 seconds, and the delay time of the system is within 2.00 seconds, the recognition accuracy is within 3.45 meters, and the minimum is 1.45 meters. through these data, it is not difficult to find that these improvements have significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of library services, and provided feasible technical support for the better utilization of library information resources. © 2025 the Author(s).
