the diffusion model-based methods for brain tumor image (BTI) segmentation can provide more diverse segmentation outputs and richer information, thereby offering more stable segmentation results. To generate accurate brain tumor segmentation masks by learning from random sampling noise, obtaining high-quality features of BTI is often the key to the success of diffusion models. Considering the diversity of brain tumor morphology, an hybrid feature encoding module (HFEM) is designed by combining 3D convolution and deformable convolution, which can enhance the diffusion network's ability to represent spatial and morphological characteristics. In the feature encoding module, spatial characteristics are initially extracted through the deployment of 3D convolutions, which are then followed by a dimensional expansion. Subsequently, within the channel domain, shape features are adeptly captured by employing deformable convolutions. Experimental results show that our proposed method for BTI segmentation achieves significant improvements on both Dice coefficient and HD95 metrics, wich Dice increased by 0.83% and HD95 decreased by 9.23%, compared to the based methods. © 2024 IEEE.

Several development methodologies (and abstractions) are available to simplify development of real-time and autonomous software systems. A widely adopted approach is MAS engineering for which several abstractions were proposed over the years;one example is the BDI programming model for cognitive agents, well-recognized to manage the agents' behaviour and interaction. For these systems, unit testing is not enough to appreciate the emerging behaviour obtained from a configuration, therefore, simulation could represent a step forward to guarantee the correctness of the design. However, the literature shows two diverging directions: the first one focuses on the simulation, leaving agents abstractions simpler than the complete BDI notation, while the second mostly focuses on full-fledged BDI frameworks. What is currently missing is an integration between simulation, as a foundational development validation tool, and BDI systems, allowing engineers define a MAS and then, using the same configuration, simulate it, or vice versa. © 2024 IEEE.

Recent de velopments in wireless technologies and the internet have led consumers to conduct their business digitally. the digital transactions made through these systems can be monitored and carried out efficiently. this article focuses on the need for and construction of a digital web application system, which will help us establish a modern means to carry out the food business for homemakers. the main aim of our website 'Cooked with Care Using MERN Stack' is to provide a digital platform for homemakers and mess-owners to provide good and clean food to consumers such as students or employees. Cooked with care is a platform that will provide housewives and restaurant owners the means to sell their products and services online with customer feedback for the provided services. Homemakers and mess owners can use the ordering system to update menu presentations and set up the system in a wireless environment. this research work has utilised MERN as the tech stack, where M stands for 'MongoDB,' our database for holding customer and management data. "E is an abbreviation for 'ExpressJS,' which is utilised on our server. R is an abbreviation for 'React,' which is a front-end programming language. N is an abbreviation for 'NodeJS,' which refers to the complete programming environment. To save photos of menu items, the proposed work has leveraged AWS cloud storage. the resultant bills and invoices are generated by using the "react-to-print"library, and entries in an excel sheet using "react-csv."Some issues are considered together with storing and removing the images from the AWS database via the admin panel, but it has ultimately rectified the issue and were able to conduct CRUD operations on it. this paper discusses about the design and implementation of our website, which would make it possible to reduce food wastage without using any manual effort and manpower. © 2022 IEEE.

Targeted at the requirements of high reliability and extensibility of space station payload system, an On-orbit Reconfigurable Technology and implementation method based on SmartFusion2 is proposed. Adopting the theory of In Application programming (IAP), the technical principles and key techniques of reconfigurable Smart-Fusion2 space station payload system is studied profoundly while the framework of "boot+3 Apps" is employed to update the application by means of ground data injection and to realize code area switch through the cooperation of the application and boot. With comprehensive consideration of the needs of the space-ground communication link, on-orbit operation control and space experiment, the reliability design is conducted from the perspectives of redundancy, verification and enabling protection, forming a common upload function module that can be easily ported to other processor platforms. © 2022 Association for Computing Machinery.

this article proposes a deep reinforcement learning-based trajectory tracking control method for autonomous four-wheel independently driven vehicles. the method adopts a hierarchical structure. In the upper layer, a deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG) algorithm is applied to enhance the vehicle's lateral stability during trajectory tracking to determine the optimal front wheels' steering angle and external yaw moment. In the lower layer, the external yaw moment input is calculated by the quadratic programming (QP) algorithm to obtain each in-wheel motor's(IWMs) torque output. the simulation results show that the algorithm can simultaneously provide tracking performances and ensures the lateral stability of autonomous vehicles. © 2022 IEEE.

Technological advances are growing very rapidly and affect human life and also have an impact during the pandemic. During the pandemic, Google Classroom ranks first on the platform that is often used during distance learning. On the Google Play site, many reviews about the application. Due to the many reviews given by users, sentiment analysis is carried out so that public opinion on the application is known, thus users or application developers know the advantages and disadvantages of the application. Sentiment analysis was carried out using the SVM algorithm with the help of the python programming language on google colab. From the results of sentiment analysis, the sentiment of Google Classroom application users is 64% negative sentiment and 36% positive sentiment with an algorithm accuracy of 81%. In addition, data visualization is carried out, so that it can be seen what causes users to give positive reviews and negative reviews, from which priority improvements are obtained to improve Google Classroom performance. © 2022 IEEE.

Honeycomb active distribution network is a new intelligent distribution network that adapts to the development of distribution networks in the future. Base smart power/information exchange station (SPIES) in the topology is connected to adjacent microgrids through multi-port power electronic switches, which can realize the flexible control. Because of this characteristic, honeycomb distribution network has stronger fault isolation and self-healing ability than traditional distribution network. Aiming at the fault recovery problem of the honeycomb distribution network with distributed photovoltaic, innovatively considered both island division and network reconstruction, proposed a power recovery strategy with SPIES. the optimal model was established with maximum recovery load and minimum network loss as the objective function, and a hybrid optimization algorithm of binary particle swarm optimization and second-order cone programming was used to solve the fault self-healing scheme. the simulation results show that the proposed strategy can effectively restore the power supply in the lost area of the honeycomb distribution network. © 2023 IEEE.

Managing and arranging of voluminous junk of facts can be a great task for computer sciences' and data sciences' domain. the data consists majorly of two types-numeric data and binary floating type data. the arrangement of humongous numeric data is done currently by the researcher community using various sorting based algorithmic procedures like insertion's sort, bubble's sort, merge's sort, selection's sort. Till now, to the best of our knowledge, there is no work available in literature which deals with the efficient management and arrangement of binary floating data. In this research paper, a novel Fbit_sort algorithm is proposed which can efficiently manage and sort the binary floating data. Binary data (two-digit number system) is used in digital encoding process on which computer language and programming is based on. In addition to this, the application of binary numbers in Boolean Algebra, a branch of mathematics has been determined. © 2022 IEEE.

'What are we learning this for?' is a common refrain heard in education. Showing how engineering practices are relevant to everyday needs like building science models in K-12 classes may lead to greater motivation for students in STEM learning. this paper investigates how horizontal integration of different streams of learning may enable students to see why and how each element of knowledge is relevant to the whole. By combining microcontroller-based electronics, programming, and 3D design and fabrication to build science models, students may develop a stronger appreciation of how the component technologies interrelate (internal contextualization) and how these integrated computational models contribute to the enterprise of science (external contextualization). Furthermore, students in science classrooms see how computation can make physical models dynamic to represent changes and relationships more effectively. the implicit representational science models and the incorporation of technology and computation into a regular science curriculum make the knowledge transferable beyond an individual lesson. Students learn the component technologies cumulatively through a sustained process of engagement across multiple science modeling projects. the major challenges of this approach are how the science modeling projects may be designed and what factors have to be considered in the designs to realize this learning progression. To answer these questions, this paper describes a rigorous design process for the Physical Computational Models (PCMs) that incorporates science model correctness, progression of learning across all streams, pedagogical efficacy, classroom dynamics and manufacturability. In addition, we implemented a year-long project using our Horizontal Learning (HL) approach at two local public schools. this paper reports in detail two PCMs we developed for authentic 5th and 6th grade classrooms to illustrate the integration of the learning streams in science, compu
