HSI fusion approaches aims to recover high spatial resolution hyperspectral image (HSI) with the preservation of original spectral information. the existed fusion framework are designed to establish a spatial feature mapping relationship between low/high resolution HSIs, which is always an under-determined problem affected by artifacts and distortions. In this paper, a multi-layer residual learning fusion approach is proposed for HSI resolution enhancement. It is believed that there are residuals between recovered result and ideal ground truth HSI. Our method focuses on reducing the residuals to gradually modify the recovered HSI and iteratively make it approximate to the ground truth. Firstly, the back propagation neural network (BPNN) is employed to acquire an intermediate recovered result. then, a series of online residual dictionaries are trained from residuals to update modified recovered HSIs in successive iterations. therefore, the accurate recovered high resolution HSI less errors and spectral *** be achieved. Experimental results on two different HSI datasets show that the proposed method can acquire better or comparable evaluation metric and visual fusion result with the current state-of-the-art methods. © 2023 ACM.

Carbon reduction and neutrality receive more and more attention due to concerns about global warming and the energy crisis. the access of renewable energy brings greater volatility and uncertainty to the integrated energy system (IES). Analyzing the relationship between complementarity and economy is the key to maintaining the long-term benefits of IES. To illustrate the multi-energy coordination and complementary effect in IES, a two-stage planning optimization method considering economy and complementarity is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the complementarity quantification index is established by analyzing the correlation of different energy net loads. Meanwhile, the comprehensive economic index is formed considering the system construction, operation, and maintenance. then, the energy system is modeled, and the device configuration simulation is carried out. Finally, the Pareto solution set of the programming scheme is obtained by the NSGA-II algorithm. Measured by proposed indicators, the annual total costs increase by 15.8% when the system complementarity is enhanced by 41.3%. © 2022 IEEE.

Data security is considered as one of the prime concern for every communication systems. Cryptography has come up as a resolution which plays a dynamic role in data security against various data attacks. the cryptography is most significant feature of communications security and becoming an vital building block for network security. this security mechanism uses some algorithms to convert readable data into unreadable data text which can be only accessed by intended receiver. In this paper the implementation of some algorithms is done such as Triple Data Encryption Standard (TDES), international Data Encryption Algorithm (IDEA), Data Encryption Standard (DES) and Blowfish algorithm block ciphers for encryption as well as decryption process using Xilinx 14.5 tool in Verilog as programming language and comparison of algorithms is carried out with performance parameters such as area utilization, power consumption, encryption and decryption time using Spartan6 FPGA device. © 2022 IEEE

Millions of consumers are still at risk due to an absence of knowledge about website activities and characteristics that could lead to an attack, even when businesses and companies utilize well-known network surveillance technologies. In reality, the majority of attacks happen not since attackers employ sophisticated programming and evasive strategies, yet rather since victims lack the fundamental skills needed to recognize and prevent the *** of these difficulties, machine learning (ML) is demonstrated to fundamentally alter our awareness of the context of cyberattacks. For this research, ML techniques were applied to data from phishing websites to improve cybersecurity by contrasting five techniques and offering knowledge that the broad accessible may employ to prevent common phishing traps. the research outcomes imply that the neural network (NN) technique is the most effective one. Since NNs are built on multi-layer perceptrons, the foundation of intelligence, phishing identification will eventually be automated and transformed into an artificial intelligence endeavor. © 2023 IEEE.

the problem of two-state reliability redundancy allocation (RAP) is studied. the subsystem is k-out-of-n: G system. Each subsystem is not allowed to mix components (that is, each subsystem chooses one type of component from several kinds of heterogeneous components and only one type of component). Each component in each class has a fixed weight and price, and the k value of each subsystem is fixed. the problem is to determine the type and quantity of the selected components (redundancy) so that the reliability of the system can be maximized under the constraints of the total price and weight given by the system. A new encoding method of solution is constructed, and symmetrical bit transformation technology is used to generate a new solution. On this basis, a new discrete particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is constructed, which uses fixed compression coefficient, dynamic inertia weight and composite iteration technology (i.e. for particles that do not meet the constraints of the system, the second iteration formula is used to generate new velocity and position values). the new algorithm is used to solve the FYFFE problem and the generalized FYFFE problem (33), and the optimal solutions are obtained, which are consistent with the results obtained by the dynamic programming method and substitution constraint method respectively. the new PSO algorithm is easy to understand in theory, easy to implement in programming, and can effectively solve the RAP problem studied. © 2022, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In general, agriculture plays a very important role in contributing to human life on earth. Agriculture acts as the major source of providing food and economic growth of a region and as known plants are affected by several kinds of diseases either by excessive use of chemicals or by bacteria, viruses and fungus. It is important to diagnose plant diseases rightly, since use of wrong chemicals to treat the disease may increase the resistance of the pathogens which affects the plants. Manual diagnosis of diseases that affects the leaves of a plant will delay the process of diagnosis and treatment. Deep Learning frameworks can be used in detection and classification of the diseases. Convolution Neural Network based (CNN) based models are used in detection of apple leaf diseases. VGG16 framework is a CNN based architecture widely used in many deep learning classifications and it is easy to implement. VGG16 is used here for diagnosis and classifying apple leaf diseases. For implementing the framework tools and modules like Kaggle Notebook, Tensorflow, and Keras used. the VGG16 model is applied to the apple leaf disease dataset collected from the Kaggle repository. the proposed model aims in reducing complexity in classifying apple leaf disease using deep learning. the proposed system shows the best validation accuracy of 93.3% on the apple leaf disease dataset. this method outperforms some existing state-of-the-art. the processing time for each image is at an average of 14s. Hence the system proposed can be used by farmers to simplify the apple leaf disease classification process and help in early diagnosis and treatment of the disease. © 2022 IEEE.

With the rapid growth of renewable energy, system operators are placing increasing emphasis on operational flexibility and robustness. In this paper, we propose a robust operation of integrated electricity and heating system (IEHS) with variable mass flow, where heat operation with variable mass flow increases flexibility and robust operation increases safety. To reduce the conservativeness of robust optimization and capture the long-term temporal correlation of renewable energy generation, we use the multivariate uncertainty set derived from the GARCH model. Based on the duality theory, we transform the robust operation problem with the multivariate uncertainty set into a tractable deterministic convex programming by using mathematical tricks and equivalent transformation. Case studies show that: (1) the proposed robust operation has less conservativeness since the multivariate uncertainty set captures the long-term temporal correlation of renewable energy forecast errors;(2) the corresponding solution technique is effective and has greatly reduced the computational burden. © 2022 IEEE.

In this paper, a distributed coordinated control method of dual-arm reconfigurable manipulators based on adaptive dynamic programming is proposed. through kinematic analysis, the dynamic models of the reconfigurable manipulators and the grasped object are established, respectively. According to the load distribution method, the motion induction force is effectively distributed on each arm. then, the dynamic model of a single reconfigurable manipulator is obtained. the performance index function is defined to reflect the joint position tracking error and internal force tracking error. the neural network is utilized to approximate the performance index function to obtain the optimal control strategy through the Policy Iteration (PI) algorithm. thus, a distributed optimal coordinated controller is acquired. the tracking error of the manipulator system is proved be ultimately uniformly bounded (UUB) through Lyapunov's stability. Finally, the effectiveness of the developed control method is verified by simulations.

Wireless communication has connected millions of people across the world to internet to enable them to reap benefits of digital economy in present scenario. Almost all the sectors of economy including healthcare, agriculture and transportation nowadays rely largely upon wireless communications. In the present context, the sudden outbreak of Covid-19 has caused governments to impose restrictions on various activities and employees have been directed to work from their homes to ensure safety. In such a situation, wireless communication has made it possible to connect with each other via the internet. Apart from this, Smart healthcare-system has been developed through utilisation of wireless communication systems. During this pandemic situation, delivery of healthcare services in remote areas has gained huge momentum and wireless communication plays a vital role in this regard. Aim of current critical assessment is to provide an in-depth analysis of the role played by wireless communication in establishment of a well-structured digital economy in present scenario. In literature-review, different applications of wireless technology via ICT in various sectors and aspects of life have been discussed through a conceptual and a theoretical framework. the Method section of current study has provided an in-depth insight into the ways required information have been collected in this study. As found in the results and discussion section, a positive relation exists between wireless-communication and establishment of digital economy in current situation. this study has concluded that there are certain challenges associated with wireless communication;however, it has significant influence in making processes smarter and faster as compared to earlier. © 2022 IEEE.

the users in the sixth-generation (6G) cellular network suffer massive interferences. A simple design of MOSAIC communications combined with non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) downlink transmission is presented to solve the interference problem in this paper. To improve the power of signals received by receiving stations (RSs), we apply the principle of signal coherent enhancement. In addition, we intend to maximize the sum rate of RSs, which is subjected to the transmitted power by optimizing precoding matrixes at transmitting stations (TSs). Since the optimization problem is non-convex, we convert it into a convex one by the second-order-cone (SOC) programming firstly, then the problem can be solved by iterative algorithm. Simulation results prove that the sum rate of RSs can be increased through the optimization algorithm. © 2022 IEEE.
