this paper presents a novel trajectory optimization method for the 6-degrees-of-freedom powered landing problem in aerospace guidance and control. the method combines machine learning and convex optimization to achieve real-time performance. Specifically, we formulate the powered landing problem as an optimal control problem and transform it into a convex optimization problem. To enhance the state-of-the-art sequential convex programming (SCP) algorithm, we use a deep neural network as an initial trajectory generator to provide a satisfactory initial guess for the SCP algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed method achieves precise guidance of the vehicle to the landing site. Monte Carlo tests demonstrate that it can save an average of 40.8% of the computation time compared to the SCP method. therefore, the proposed scheme is suitable for real-time applications in the aerospace industry.

the recommendation system (RS) plays an important role in aiding e-commerce customers in overcoming information overload. In the last decades, the recommendation system has made significant advances. In specific, user-dynamic behavioural context concerning the item. Modelling user-behavioural context is complex and has been employed by state-of-the-art methods. However, this model fails to address the several problems occurring in future real-time online shopping portal environment. this paper aimed at addressing the issues of online recommendation considering continuous data (i.e. streaming environment) in an e-commerce environment. Customers and products may rely on a certain unexpected scenario and can arise variously at varied rates. this paper presents an efficient RS by continuously identifying (i.e. using session-specific information) and adapts to changing scenarios in customer items views, customer favourites (i.e. preferences) and product portrayals. Further shows the significance of proposed time-centric prediction/recommendation (TCP) when compared with the existing recommendation model. © 2022, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

the democratic practise of voting is one of the most important. the most reliable method for guaranteeing that everyone's right to vote is protected, in the opinion of many experts, is to use paper ballots. Meanwhile, this tactic is open to misuse and blunders. To address the problems with paper ballots, many countries now use digital voting procedures. Digital voting machines are prone to mistakes that could result in widespread vote rigging. Voting procedures for elections must be authorised, precise, secure, and practical. Acceptance may be constrained, though, by problems with digital voting procedures. Blockchain technology was created to solve these issues due to its end-to-end verification capabilities. To ensure We have employed blockchain technology. We implemented our protocol on the blockchain-based Ethereum 2.0 platform, which uses the Solidity programming language To test it, it is necessary to create smart contracts. Smart contract technology offers a safe way to validate voters, ensure the validity of the results, make the voting process public, and thwart fraud. Based on security and gas costs, we examined how well the system performed. It becomes more secure and costs less to maintain the required infrastructure.

Reasonable allocation of flood control capacity is associated with flood control safety, which is very important. A model for the optimal operation of multiple reservoir system considering the reserve demand of flood control capacity is proposed in this paper. the model takes into account the complex equality and inequality constraints during optimal operation process. the dynamic programming-progressive optimality algorithm (DP-POA) is adopted to solve the proposed optimal operation model. the multiple hydropower reservoirs in the lower reaches of Jinsha River in the upper Yangtze River in China is selected as a case study. the results show that DP-POA can fully take advantage of the flood control capacity such that the reserve demand of flood control storage is met in certain periods. In addition, the multiple hydropower reservoirs cooperates with each other to maximize the hydropower generation under the condition of reserve flood control capacity. the calculated total reserve flood control storage exceeds the preset values 35 × 108 m3, and the maximum hydropower generation of multiple reservoir system is 507.27 × 108 kWh. thus, this paper provides a novel optimization strategy for the optimal allocation of multiple hydropower reservoirs. © 2022, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Understanding multi-lingual texts in any digital image calls for identifying the corresponding languages of the localized texts. India houses a multi-lingual ambience which necessitates the pursuit of an efficient model that is robust against various complexities and successfully identifies the language of Indic texts. this paper presents a deep learning based Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model having an hour-glass like structure, for classifying texts in popular Indic languages like Bangla, English and Hindi. A new dataset, called Indic Texts in Digital Images (ITDI), is also presented which is a collection of text images, both scene and born-digital, written in Bangla, English and Hindi. the performance of the hour-glass CNN is evaluated upon standard Indic dataset like AUTNT giving an accuracy of 90.93% which is higher than most state-of-the-art models. the proposed model is also used to benchmark the performance on ITDI dataset with a reasonable accuracy of 85.18%. Scene text detection and recognition are vital challenging tasks in computer vision, which are to detect and recognize sequences of texts in natural scenes. Recently, researchers have investigated a lot of state-of-the-art methods to improve the accuracy and efficiency of text detection and recognition. However, there has been little research on text detection and recognition in natural scenes in Vietnam. In this paper, a deep learning-based empirical investigation of Vietnamese scene text detection and recognition is presented. Firstly, four detection models including differentiable binarization network (DBN), pyramid mask text detector (PMTD), pixel aggregation network (PAN), and Fourier contour embedding network (FCEN), are employed to detect text regions from the images. then, four text recognition models including convolutional recurrent neural network (CRNN), self-Attention text recognition network (SATRN), no-recurrence sequence-To-sequence text recognizer (NRTR), and RobustScanner (RS) are also investigated to recognize the texts. Moreover, data augmentation methods are also applied to enrich data for improving the accuracy and enhancing the performance of scene text detection and recognition. To validate the effectiveness of scene text detection and recognition models, the VinText dataset is employed for evaluation. Empirical results show that PMTD and SATRN achieve the highest scores among the others for text detection and recognition, respectively. For knowledge-sharing, our implementation is publicly available at. © 2022 IEEE.

Membership function (MF) in process of fuzzy logic is very meaningful. It depicts the core of model. It can be adopted from the expert judgment and also coming from the configuration of data behavior. the study is an experimental research by analyzing time-series data behavior in developing the MF by using the programming language Python. the MF academically produced called as floating MF (FMF). Such a FMF operated to realize the fuzzy logic conception in an evaluation model. the constructed model is a model in simply measuring the student's performance. By using the ten series-data of student's grade point average (GPA) and absence per annual (APS) values, the model can simulate the moving students' performance per semester. When compared to the conventional FL based model, the proposed model has a similarity average 85%.

Intervertebral disc herniation, spinal stenosis, and degenerative disc are spinal diseases with a high incidence. Accurate segmentation of spinal images is crucial for the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases. this paper proposes a multi-scale information aggregation U-shaped network (MIAU-Net) for spinal magnetic resonance images. MIAU-Net is a novel semantic segmentation model which improved on the U-Net. this model gets better segmentation performance by redesigning the encoder-decoder and the skip connection module. Specifically, the proposed multi-scale information aggregation module is used to capture features of different scales through different receptive fields. While the redesigned skip connection module can speed up the training process and alleviate the problem of gradient disappearance. the model is evaluated using the publicly available SpineSagT2Wdataset3 spine image dataset. Evaluation metrics include the Dice similarity coefficient (DSC), intersection over union, true positive rate, positive predictive value, and F1 score. the DSC score can reach 90.41%. Comparing with other state-of-the-art networks can verify that this method realizes more accurate semantic segmentation of the spine. © 2022 Association for Computing Machinery.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, most countries rely on E-Learning to apply social distance policy which affects the exams evaluation process. this project aimed to assist instructors in grading the short answer questions for CCSIT courses. By implanting a website application that the instructors could use to upload the students' answers and the ĝiGrade"software model will grade it. Moreover, the system will reduce the workload on the facilities members by saving time and effort as well as guarantee an objective grading for students. the model used in this project is a state-of-the-art BERT Neural Network model along with layers of BiLSTM that was trained using a dataset that has been collected from previous midterm and final exams of the CIS 211 course. the dataset consists of three categories which are (0, 0.5, 1) with around 1,128 instances. the "iGrade"test obtained an accuracy score of 85,4%, demonstrating BERT's superiority and independence from features during short answer grading as a default method in NLP. Phishing attacks have become a widespread and intricate threat, targeting individuals and organizations through deceptive URLs to steal sensitive information such as login credentials and financial data. these attacks exploit human vulnerabilities and frequently employ advanced techniques like URL obfuscation and social engineering to evade traditional security measures. Despite ongoing advancements in cybersecurity, phishing remains a persistent issue due to its adaptability and the continual evolution of attack strategies. this paper introduces a comprehensive phishing detection system that implements both rule-based analysis with machine learning models to address these challenges effectively. the system utilizes YARA rules to detect known phishing patterns and integrates real-time threat intelligence feeds for up-to-date phishing data. Additionally, it employs machine learning algorithms to enhance detection accuracy and adapt to emerging threats. the system is further strengthened by its integration with a password manager, providing real-time URL validation and alerts to users during their online activities. this multi-faceted approach aims to improve the accuracy of phishing detection and offer robust protection against the increasingly advanced methods employed by attackers.
