Shared energy storage is an innovative solution for managing electrical resources. It releases stored electricity during peak demand to balance supply and demand and charges during off-peak hours to improve efficiency. A well-structured pricing mechanism motivates active participation in demand response, leading to efficient energy use and significant cost savings. this study developed a detailed operational model for an integrated energy system with shared energy storage, considering the characteristics of transferable loads, cuttable loads and shiftable loads. An optimization function was formulated to reduce daily operating expenses using a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) method for scheduling strategies. the optimization challenge was addressed with the Yalmip toolbox and Gurobi solver, employing the branch-and-bound technique for case analysis. the conclusion showed that shared energy storage greatly improved system economics, effectively performed peak shaving and valley filling, and reduced total operational costs, confirming the effectiveness of the proposed model and methodology.

Federated learning (FL) can associate with edge computing system to perform distributed and privacy-preserving learning for intelligent IoT applications. With individually collecting the data in each FL node, the training data may exhibit non-independent and identically distributed (non-IID) property, which may seriously impair the FL performance. To mitigate the impact of non-IID training data, we propose a virtual non-IID transformation approach by combing local datasets among FL nodes to form an IID dataset group for tuning each local training model. First, each local dataset is examined and the data label distribution is uploaded. then, a perfect data label distribution is made as the best IID benchmark. For each communication round of FL, the local training model is verified to find lacking data label distributions. In next several rounds, the locally trained model will be sent to assistant FL nodes for compensating its uneven data label distribution based on the perfect IID benchmark. thereafter all FL participating clients join the parameter aggregation at the end of each round same as the traditional FL approaches. the selection of assistant nodes will be transformed into the minimum-cost maximum-matches (MCMM) problem, and then we use integer linear programming (ILP) to obtain the optimal solution. Finally, we perform extensive simulation experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Verification of properties expressed as co-regular languages such as LTL can benefit hugely from stutter insensitivity, using a diverse set of reduction strategies. However properties that are not stutter invariant, for instance due to the use of the neXt operator of LTL or to some form of counting in the logic, are not covered by these techniques in general. We propose in this paper to study a weaker property than stutter insensitivity. In a stutter insensitive language both adding and removing stutter to a word does not change its acceptance, any stuttering can be abstracted away;by decomposing this equivalence relation into two implications we obtain weaker conditions. We define a shortening insensitive language where any word that stutters less than a word in the language must also belong to the language. A lengthening insensitive language has the dual property. A semi-decision procedure is then introduced to reliably prove shortening insensitive properties or deny lengthening insensitive properties while working with a reduction of a system. A reduction has the property that it can only shorten runs. Lipton's transaction reductions or Petri net agglomerations are examples of eligible structural reduction strategies. An implementation and experimental evidence is provided showing most non-random properties sensitive to stutter are actually shortening or lengthening insensitive. Performance of experiments on a large (random) benchmark from the model-checking competition indicate that despite being a semi-decision procedure, the approach can still improve state of the art verification tools.

Background: Personalisation is a critical element in the learning environment of students. this is one area that our educational system falls short. Students study at varying rates and in varying contexts, and this should be considered, which most institutions do not. We need a structure that enables students of diverse background to research and learn in their own unique manner, at their own speed, in order to grasp concepts and solve problems. Today, there is something that is gaining a lot of popularity. the future is artificial intelligence, and we agree that science holds the secret to resolving the majority of the world's problems. Result: this article provides a novel model of a system that utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to assist students in learning to program and creates a customized system for them. the model classifies students into beginner, intermediate, and proficient ranks using Bayesian networks. Students are helped to understand ideas by the use of tools such as flowcharts. Each level of students is provided with unique instruments and materials, and the goal is to raise the comprehension level of beginner and intermediate students to a point that they can compete with proficient students, who are provided with practice questions to further their learning. Additionally, skilled students have the ability to work in industry through the model's industry-academia partnership module. Conclusion: this paper proposes a technique that helps students in customized learning as well as in improving their critical thinking capacities using a multi-agent-based flowchart development tool. It serves as an absolute and a complete tutoring aid for students learning programming. © 2021 IEEE.

Under the same workspace, the different structural parameters of parallel mechanism will lead to different mechanism performances. therefore, obtaining the optimal structural parameters of parallel mechanism is an important guarantee for mechanism performance. To address this problem, a new 3-DOF 2-RRU&RSR parallel robot is selected as the research object. Firstly, the parameter modeling is carried out and imported into ADAMS. Secondly, several important parameters of the parallel robot are selected as design variables for design and research. the trajectories and loads of the moving platform end of the parallel robot are limited, and the effects of various parameters on the quality, transfer efficiency, total kinetic energy consumption and input angular amplitude of the parallel robot are obtained. Finally, multiple objectives are synthesized into a total objective function by the weighting factor method. Based on the design research, the four important parameters are used as design variables to optimize the design, and an optimal solution that weighs multiple objectives is obtained, so that the parallel robot obtains Lightweight design and performance improvement.

A blockchain-based electronic health record (EHR) system has been proposed to manage patient data and maintain computerized records across different healthcare institutions. the main objective of this system is to provide immediate access to patient health information while addressing concerns about privacy and security. It is developed on the Ethereum network using programming languages, tools, and technologies such as Ganache, Solidity, and ***. the system uses smart contracts to provide security and privacy, and transactions are verified and propagated to the entire decentralized network. the system includes a cryptocurrency wallet (MetaMask) with a centralized privacy system that allows authorized parties to access and secure records quickly. the proposed system aims to achieve several objectives such as allowing users to receive the same data simultaneously, increasing efficiency, building trust, and reducing barriers. It secures data storage by restricting user access and enables the secure transfer of patient medical records. the solution allows for better transparency and ownership of sensitive data, which can be recorded and safeguarded via blockchain technology, therefore assisting the healthcare sector. this paper describes a medical record system and a new protocol that can be used quickly and safely, paving the way for more secure and efficient healthcare systems. Overall, the proposed system offers potential solutions to the challenges associated with traditional EHR systems and has the potential to revolutionize the healthcare industry.

IOT based medical devices will bring a revolutionary change in healthcare sector which will manage the health issues so efficiently which will save time and money both. IOT based devices will be connected with biosensors which will collect required data of human body and will send it to cloud computing for further diagnosis. these sensors will be embedded with various physiological and normal reading of human body, which will be interconnected with internet technology. Using IoT based medical devices which will save waiting time and cost reduction. Main motive of this report paper is to facilitate and introduce the benefit of IOT based medical devices in the healthcare sectors to diagnose and save life of patients.

Several software businesses Over the past twenty years, one of the most contentious themes among researchers has been agile software development approaches. they are known as light weight development approaches due to their flexible, informal, and adaptable methodology. the foundation of these models is an assortment of optimal methodologies that facilitate the resolution of issues pertaining to evolving specifications, client contentment, and merchandise excellence. there are several agile models available to suit the requirements of various projects. Nonetheless, the two most well-known and frequently applied models are Extreme programming and Scrum. this study contributes much by thoroughly examining these models. this study compares Extreme programming with Scrum in-depth in order to identify their shared and unique characteristics as well as their complementary aspects. the practice of estimating software effort is a crucial and indispensable aspect of any software project. Project success or failure is largely determined, among other things, by how accurately effort and schedule are estimated. Agile approaches’ introduction into the software development industry has brought both possibilities and difficulties for scholars and practitioners. An important problem in agile software development is estimating work. Agile software projects use traditional methods for estimating effort, however these methods typically produce estimates that are not accurate. the creation of an effort estimation model for agile software projects is the main goal of this study. A detailed explanation of the model's construction and use is provided.
