With the increasing complexity of software composition, code defects have become a long-term problem in software security. Traditional static analysis techniques cannot exhaustively enumerate all unsafe modes, and problems such as low path coverage rate brought by dynamic detection techniques make software security vulnerability detection inefficient. Methods based on Natural Language Processing have promoted the research of code defect detection tasks; however, there are problems of insufficient code semantic learning and limited data processing by pre-trained models. To solve these problems, from the perspective of enriching model input semantics and improving the model’s ability to process data, based on the Transformer model, we propose a hierarchical compression encoder model CPGBERT to detect whether the target function has defects. By using the regularity of the program context and structure, the program code is sliced for the input-output variables related to the objective function and dependencies on the codes’ propagation paths. Extract multiple code property graph information on rich semantics from the sliced program code for graph fusion, and embed the fused code property graph into the model by grouping. During the learning process, the independent hidden layer features are compressed and aggregated to make the model focus on the deep semantic learning of the objective function. the experiment uses the CodeXGLUE benchmark dataset and compares 6 kinds of code defect detection models having better performance to perform defect detection and effect evaluation on actual engineering code. the results show that the accuracy of the CPGBERT detection model is 67.97%, which is 5.89% higher than the CodeBERT model proposed by Microsoft and 1.35% higher than the state-of-the-art model CoTexT.

this study considers the two-echelon vehicle routing problem using drones in the postdisaster situation. the problem takes into account using a collaboration between a drone with a ground vehicle to conduct an information gathering so-called mapping operation. Each ground vehicle is associated with a drone. the first echelon depicts the routes travelled from depot to stopover point and from a stopover point to another stopover point. the first echelon is travelled by a ground vehicle to extend the limitation of drone's range coverage to gather information. the second echelon is the assignment of the drone to the target point. A target point is an area being mapped or in this case that is affected by the disaster. the problem is modelled as an integer linear programming problem denoted as 2EVRP-MOD. It is assumed that drone can only be released from a stopover point. the mapping operation is associated with the amount of area being covered at each target area. the objective is to minimize the total mapping operation time. the entire mapping operation time is limited by the drone flying capacity limit. the model is tested on a real-case dataset in Bekasi, Indonesia. the computational results show that the model can effectively provide a solution for the 2EVRP-MOD. © 2020 IEEE.

Distribution is a key factor for a company's profit as it directly impacts the overall supply chain cost. Location Routing Problem (LRP) is a well-known concept to reduce facility location and vehicle costs. Currently, the time aspect has been considered a lot in LRP to bring better service levels for a company as it shows how responsive a supply chain is. In completing service level objective, time windows have been used to measure whether the delivery is successful in the planned time or not. Moreover, LRP research has been advised to take on a multiple-objective approach, which are not available much. therefore developing and testing a model with multiple objectives such as cost and service level is at most important. the model for this specific problem is designed and tested using exact goal programming method for small-case instance, i.e. 4 distribution centers and 8 retailers. this research has brought modeling of multi-objective location routing problem with time windows to minimize the total cost and maximize the service level (MOLRPTW-SL). It gives a set of solutions for deciding the right distribution center, vehicles, and routes depending on the scenario considered. the trade-off between cost and service level is also provided. © 2020 IEEE.

On account of the unsatisfactory control effects of traditional PID control theory on dealing with complicated or nonlinear control system, the paper focused on multiple intelligent control theories, including fuzzy self-adaptation modulation PID control, BP neural network modulation PID control and RBF neural network modulation PID control. By setting double-Tank model as an example, and adopting MATLAB software programming, the research is aimed to realize tank level control via four PID control algorithms. By comparing the simulation curves of the four control algorithms, the superiority of the REF neural network in arbitrarily accurate approximating any continuous function is proved. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

A Linear programming problem with random constraint matrix is studied in this paper leading to a statistical exploration of the values of the objective function. the elements of the constraint matrix are randomly generated with either a uniform distribution or a symmetric triangular distribution, always in 0–1. We offer a web page where the user can choose both the distribution and the values of various problem parameters and options, namely, a pure Python solver or the CPLEX solver. A brief analysis of the behavior of the optimum, Z, is done, with focus on the effects of the problem size and the distribution chosen. the results show a behavior akin to a Gaussian distribution at first sight, but with substantial differences, evidenced by the values of the essential statistical moments and by a finite, fixed lower bound. Suitable computer languages and solvers (PHP, Python, Fortran, CPLEX, ‘gnuplot’) are brought together. the proposal and use of a web page for this problem exemplifies, for the academia, for industry, and for their much praised connections, the potential of the Web for scientific computing, the user needing no software installation or especial machine power. this mode of computing, which we generally recommend, incurs no appreciable difficulty, as, on the Web or not, the executables are the same. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

Background: Personalisation is a critical element in the learning environment of students. this is one area that our educational system falls short. Students study at varying rates and in varying contexts, and this should be considered, which most institutions do not. We need a structure that enables students of diverse background to research and learn in their own unique manner, at their own speed, in order to grasp concepts and solve problems. Today, there is something that is gaining a lot of popularity. the future is artificial intelligence, and we agree that science holds the secret to resolving the majority of the world's problems. Result: this article provides a novel model of a system that utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to assist students in learning to program and creates a customized system for them. the model classifies students into beginner, intermediate, and proficient ranks using Bayesian networks. Students are helped to understand ideas by the use of tools such as flowcharts. Each level of students is provided with unique instruments and materials, and the goal is to raise the comprehension level of beginner and intermediate students to a point that they can compete with proficient students, who are provided with practice questions to further their learning. Additionally, skilled students have the ability to work in industry through the model's industry-academia partnership module. Conclusion: this paper proposes a technique that helps students in customized learning as well as in improving their critical thinking capacities using a multi-agent-based flowchart development tool. It serves as an absolute and a complete tutoring aid for students learning programming.

CANDECOMP/PARAFAC Decomposition (CPD), as a significant method for processing high-dimensional data, can perform dimension reduction and feature extraction while preserving the potential structural relationships effectively. However, the performance of CPD is limited by Matricized-Tensor times Khatri-Rao product (MTTKRP). In this paper, we improve the computational efficiency of MTTKRP based on the GPU parallel technology. First, we use a tensor compressed format that eliminates redundant computational steps and enhances parallelism for the computing characteristics in MTTKRP. Second, we implement an algorithm of MTTKRP on sparse tensors. third, we propose threads division strategies to maximize the computational efficiency of GPU. the inter-warp load imbalance is avoided by combining the warp execution method and shared memory. Compared to the state-of-the-art library PartI, our optimized approach achieves up to 3. 58 \times speedup on artist tensor in mode-1 and 1. 59 \times average speedup on five tensors. © 2020 IEEE.

In this paper, we propose a cloud-edge model for power communication systems to allocate resources in network slices. As a result, diverse requirements for different 5G applications in power networks can be satisfied. Firstly, we adopt MIMO and OFDM in the edge computing network to support the power line communication (PLC) for terminal users. Second, to achieve maximal energy efficiency for the network slice in the PLC network, we formulate the optimal power allocation problem to maximize the energy efficiency. We adopt the nonlinear fractional programming to transform the original nonconvex problem to a convex one. Later on, we design a heuristic algorithm to solve the optimal problem to achieve the optimal solution. Simulation results show that the optimization algorithm for network slices in PLC networks can significantly improve the energy efficiency. © 2020 IEEE.

At present, how to safely share data among different participants has become a huge challenge. the reliable traceability of SKA data is a powerful technical tool for controlling its security and sharing. In order to solve the problem of high management cost and low data credibility of traditional centralized big data management system, SKA data management and credible traceability model design based on Hyperledger Fabric were studied. In this paper, the overall framework and architecture of SKA data management are studied and designed, and the key technologies such as big data storage scheme, big data transmission, big data processing, blockchain metadata storage, alliance chain member allocation, traceability query, contribution mechanism and data sharing are discussed. Distributed architecture, Hyperledger Fabric alliance chain technology, database technology, Golang network programming, Rust asynchronous programming, Java Web and *** are comprehensively adopted. the functions of SKA data transmission, processing, storage, traceability query and data sharing are designed. the functions of transmission, processing, storage, management, sharing and credible traceability of SKA data management system are realized, which provides a reference for the design and implementation of SKA data management system based on blockchain. © 2020 IEEE.

Knowledge is the foremost asset to succeed in the area of green sustainable software engineering. Effective knowledge sharing is a crucial objective of companies. However, individuals are not motivated to share knowledge. this study explores knowledge sharing in the context of Modern Code Review (MCR) where engineers assess source code composed by other developers to improve the product quality through knowledge exchange among developers (Author and reviewer). the procedure is profoundly subject to individual associations among developers regarding contribute to the outcomes of MCR such as identifying alternative solutions, code improvement, and knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing is supposed as an important outcome of MCR;however, developers involved in MCR activities are confronted with a lack of knowledge sharing challenge due to a dearth of knowledge sharing motivation. there are different individual factors that might encourage or hinder developers to engage in knowledge sharing. Studies have been performed dependent on information investigation gathered from surveys, interviews and review tools concerning elements affecting MCR, still the literature lacks research regarding factors impacting knowledge sharing aspect in MCR. Hence, this examination performs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) that distinguish individual factors impacting knowledge sharing in MCR. the examination discoveries 34 individual factors such as biasness, cognitive load, time pressure, expertise, etc. the factors are grouped into 7 broad categories utilizing grounded theory. Study discoveries have suggestions for programming specialists involved in MCR activities and researchers interested to perform research in this area to broaden the examination and perform MCR exercises adequately by considering and beating the negative effect of recognized variables. © 2019 IEEE.
