We focus our attention on complex lithographic pattern generation on a huge substrate with no manipulation of the light source shape for Digital Micromirror Device (DMD) based maskless lithography. To overcome the limitations of existing pattern generation methods developed upon the assessment of lithographic paths of the reflected beam spots rather than the recognition of patterns, we place our primary concern on the pattern. We consider pattern generation for maskless lithography using the DMD as a graphic recognition field problem. the pattern generation process is conceptualized as dual patternrecognition in two contrary views, which are the substrate's view and the DMD's view. For patternrecognition in the DMD's view, a unique criterion, the area ratio, is devised for approval of the on/off reflection of the DMD mirror. the Region-basedpattern Generation (RPG) scheme based upon the area ratio is proposed. For verification, a prototype RPG system is implemented, and lithography using the system is performed to fabricate an actual Flat Panel Display (FPD) glass. the results verify that the RPG scheme is robust enough to generate lithographic patterns in any possible lithographic configuration and the RPG system is precise enough to attain the lithographic quality required by the FPD manufacturer.

Emotion category is usually divided into different ones by human beings, but it is indeed difficult to clearly distinguish and define the boundaries between different emotion categories. the existing studies working on emotion detection usually focus on how to improve the performance of model prediction, in which emotions are represented with one-hot vectors. However, emotion relations are ignored in one-hot representations. In this article, we first propose a general framework to learn the distributed representations for emotion categories in emotion space from a given emotion classification dataset. Furthermore, based on the soft labels predicted by the pre-trained neural network model, we derive a simple and effective algorithm. Experiments have validated that the proposed representations in emotion space can express emotion relations much better than word vectors in semantic space.

A method withthermal Image Processing and Neural Network is presented for recognition official expression. the method Is based on 2-dimensional detection of temperature distribution of face, using Infrared Rays. the front-view face in input image is normalized in terms of the size and the location, followed by measuring the local temperature-difference between the averaged neutral and the unknown expression faces. For measuring the local temperature-difference, several blocks on face are decided, based on the studies in the fields of psychology, especially FACS-AU, and computer vision with visible ray, while the blocks including cheekbone region are decided experimentally for improving the recognition accuracy. the local temperature-difference caused by the rearrangement of face muscle and the inner temperature change is used as input data for Neural Network. By using Back Propagation method, neutral, happy, surprise and sad expressions were recognized with 90% accuracy.
