Wind farm operation is characterized by large scale, fast and disorderly, the construction of grid structure is not complete, the fast adjustment of power supply in the power grid does not match to others, the objective laws of electric power system and uncontrollable and intermittent of wind power, and adjustable power supply capacity constraints in power grid, all of them cause the consumptive ability of wind power grid, which leads to more and more abandoned wind. this paper studies the tower neural network method, according to different height wind speed and wind direction data of historical wind tower measuring, combining with the fan power of historical observation data of wind farm, and building the neural network model, then the sample data will be input to the neural network model which has built to get theoretical power fan and abandoned wind power. By comparing the wind tower method, neural network method, model machine method with area integral method calculate abandoned wind power data, evaluate the effect that based on abandoned wind power tower evaluation model of neural network method in low wind speed has a good reference value, relatively close to the measured wind speed.

there are multiple ways to control a robotic system. Most of them require the users to have prior knowledge about robots. Natural language based control is a very promising method due to its versatility, ease of use, and without the need for extensive training for novice users. Since natural language instructions from users cannot be understood by the robots directly, the linguistic input has to be processed into a formal representation which captures the task specification and removes the ambiguity inherent in natural language. For most of existing natural language controlled robotic system, they assume the given language instructions are already in correct orders. However, it is very likely for untrained users to give commands in a mixed order based on their direct observation and intuitive thinking. Simply following the order of the commands can lead to failures of tasks. To provide a remedy for the problem, we propose a framework named Dependency Relation Matrix (DRM) to model and organize the linguistic input, in order to figure out a feasible subtask sequence for later execution. Besides, the proposed approach projects both linguistic input and sensory information into the same space, and use the difference between the goal specification and temporal sensory feedback to drive the system moving forward. It also helps to monitor the progress of task execution by comparing the temporal sensory feedback and the goal configuration. In this paper, we describe the DRM framework in detail, and illustrate the utility of this approach with experiment results.

Autonomous vehicles are more and more likely to eliminate steering wheels, gas/brake pedals and driving shifts. However, direct controls of such vehicle by human drivers are still necessary, especially when the vehicles fail to drive as well as expected. To this end. we propose an intuitive maneuvering approach for autonomous vehicles by using a wearable device which incorporates Klectromyography (EMG) and inertial measurement unit (IMU) signals. Based on goal instructions and motion planning algorithms in this approach, humans can intuitively control the accelerator/brake, steering and driving shift of a vehicle using their hand motions and gestures. this approach was implemented by a series of driving experiments in practical cases on a lab-based research vehicle. Experimental results demonstrated that by taking advantages of intuitive operations in this approach, the human can successfully and effectively control the vehicle to accomplish driving tasks in the human-vehicle intuitive maneuver system.

the load model and its parameters have great effect on the accuracy of power system simulation. this paper proposed a method of real-timely collecting load data based on intelligent measuring equipment, charring out the bottom-up accurate modeling of power load under cyber physical system (CPS) environment. Using intelligent measuring equipment as online measurement and identification device, identified load model on different voltage levels based on online load data, and established the aggregated load model using the weighting-mean method based on the capacity. Finally, considering the distribution system parameter, established the integrated load model of 220/110kV bus by gradually converting. Proposed method can realize real-time dynamical update of power load model, and improve the accuracy of power system simulation. Simulation indicated that the load model obtained by proposed method can better reflect the load dynamic characteristics compared to the traditional overall identification method.

Along with the construction of ultra-high voltage power grid, low frequency oscillation problems become more and more serious. thus, it is very significant to improve inter-area mode damping for the purpose of preventive control. Ultra-high voltage power grid is interconnection of multiple large regional power grids and there may be multiple weak damping inter-area oscillation modes. therefore, it needs to consider the effects of multiple inter-area modes for power oscillation preventive control of ultra-high voltage power grid. At first, according to damping ratio sensitivity in weak damping mode, the rescheduling control units are selected. then, the objective function of improving the system damping only considering a single weak damping mode is established and the genetic algorithm is adopted to optimize the unit active power for obtaining optimal control measures. Finally, aiming at multiple weak damping modes of the ultra-high voltage power grid, a multi-objective model to improve the damping of multiple weak damping oscillation modes based on mean square error is put forward. the multi-objective model improves damping of multiple inter-area oscillation modes by adjusting active power of units as preventive control of low frequency oscillation in ultra-high voltage power grid. the multi-objective optimization method is applied to New England 10-machine 39-bus system for comparative analysis, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of it.

With the rapid development of regional economy in Shandong Province,the demand of electric power increases ***,the development of the substation construction and its status information detection system has led to the massive power equipment status information data,which needs to be sorted out and standardized *** this paper,the MapReduce technology is used for the degradation processing of monitor information according to the station control layer,bay layer and process layer;meanwhile,the voltage level of substation is used as the breakthrough point,and the similar or same monitoring information is combined and *** with the traditional method of processing power equipment monitoring information on cluster computer platform,the MapReduce technique can be verified to achieve monitoring data simplification,recursive and transplantation in substation monitoring and control information cloud *** could improve work efficiency in the three aspects of utility value,completion time and load balance.

this paper presents the remote data acquisition system based on embedded system. Many previous studies have shown that different assembly instruction, source program structure, software algorithm and the software of high level architecture (software architecture) causes of the hardware of the different ways of working, thus the power consumption of the system with different shades. the nature of the distributed systems is called "single-system mapping," which is the fundamental difference between distributed and networked systems. From the point of view of basic application,distributed computing technology can be divided into the general parallel computing system with high performance calculation and distributed system with shared resources. the system is validated through the implementation of the framework. the performance will be verified in the later research.

Space remote sensing has played a key role in numerous fields, such as resource exploration, disaster prevention, and environmental protection. Many countries have been attracted to research the Earth observation microsatellite because of its short development period, low cost, and high return. With the increasing number of in-orbit satellites, however, traditional ground management way (TT&C) has caused a heavy workload, and is error-prone and timeconsuming. that makes increasingly urgent demand for the onboard autonomous management ability of satellites. As the onboard resources of microsatellites are extremely limited, the implementation of onboard autonomous management is especially difficult. this paper addresses an onboard autonomous management system for Earth observation microsatellites with double processors. A concurrent CAN bus architecture is designed to avoid affecting original onboard systems. As a node on the CAN bus, the autonomous management system (AMS) runs independently on a single FPGA with extra SRAMs. By transmitting, receiving, and listening, the AMS can communicate with original housekeeping system and other subsystems. For Earth observation microsatellites, the AMS mainly focuses on the autonomous generation of command sequences of observation and data transmission tasks. To satisfy multiple complex constraints and low computational cost, a new dynamic value based heuristic planning (DVHP) method is proposed for the multi-area-target observation of microsatellites. Additionally, an efficient rotational-path decomposition based recursive planning (RDRP) method is adopted for the attitude reorientation under bounded and pointing constraints. the AMS has been successfully applied in two SPARK microsatellites launched on 22 December, 2016, which were developed by the Shanghai engineering Center for Microsatellites.
