A networked integrated manufacturing system oriented product lifecycle based on multi-agent is presented, in order to meet the informatics of enterprises, solve the problem of ldquoinformation isletrdquo in manufacturing, improve design level and manufacturing quality, shorten development and production period and reduce production and service costs. the functional modules and system architecture are studied, key technologies including architecture of the networked integrated manufacturing agents, system integration, data sharing and transformation, task assignment and request information ranking of technical services are researched and a three-layer network configuration is structured based on multi-agent. Based on these, a prototype system of networked integrated manufacturing system oriented product lifecycle based on multi-agent is established. Running result of the system proves that the theories and technologies are effective.

Preknowledge is the foundation of a discipline. First, the definition and construction of preknowledge are given. Mathematics and physics belong to foundation knowledge;the knowledge of computer science and technology, systems science and control science and engineering belongs to the relevant disciplines knowledge;special applications knowledge is the knowledge of application field. the correlative and independent relationship between SST discipline and its preknowledge is mainly discussed and analyzed in this paper.

Concerning the active vibration control problem of micro-vibration Isolation platform, the physical model of the six-DOF platform was built, Fuzzy control of the modal decoupled subsystem with one degree of freedom was emulated with deviation of displacements velocity and acceleration and the rate of change as the two-dimensional feedback variables respectively, and the displacement and acceleration response or the system was analyzed. the emulation results Indicate that active fuzzy control can attenuate dramatically the displacement and acceleration response, especially at the resonant frequency of the platform. Comparing the three kinds of feedback variables, fuzzy control with feedback of displacement deviation and its rate of change exhibits the best isolation performance, and the acceleration response is attenuated about two orders of magnitude In contrast with passive Isolation system. the Isolation performance with feedback of acceleration and Its rate of change is the worst relatively. Even the acceleration response Is taken as the object variable, the best feedback variables for fuzzy control should be displacement error and its rate of change.

this paper concentrates on the dynamic behavior of pulse-width-modulator (PWM) and the time-delay introduced in the modulation process is highlighted. In order to describe this effect, we derive a time-delay model, based on which the closed-loop stability of current-mode control is studied and a novel interpretation of the subbarmonic oscillation is presented. Compared to its existing counterpart, the proposed model exhibits the following superiorities: (a) possesses a simpler mathematical expression;(b) gives more physical insight into the sample and hold effect of current loop;(c) provides a better prediction of the critical condition of the current loop stability without slope compensation in engineering practice. this novel time-delay model is validated by simulation results.

Full scope simulator was adopted to teach simulation practice of power plant operation in North China Electric Power University. It solves the contradiction between the safety of power plant operation and teaching practice. College students can startup, shut down the devices, adjust running parameters and treat malfunction an simulator. Compared with practice in real power plant, the teaching effect Is improved. Further more, simulator operating instruction system Is developed to solve the problem between study independence and team cooperation when large numbers of college students operate on simulator. All operation steps demonstrated by teacher were converted into flash or video and integrated in the instruction system, it's convenient for students to study operation rules again and again, or teach themselves after class because the instruction system Is Independent of simulator. this teaching method, offline demonstration and online operation, makes best use of simulation time, the students' space and time is enlarged. the simulation operation connects academic teaching and actual power plant operation, enhanced the students' cooperation, guides the students to handle a problem with the viewpoint of overall situation, It lays the foundation of students' future work.

In order to reuse mechanism model of thermodynamic equipment in power plant simulator and decrease the dependence on person's experience during the modeling and parameter optimization, a novel integrated and intelligent model structure was put forward based on the feedback theory in automatic control principle. the mathematics modeling process was compared with closed loop control system, their same characters were analyzed. Mathematics modeling was regard as a broad control process. the feedback theory and artificial intelligence(GA)were taken into the modeling and simulation, an integrated and intelligent model structure for thermodynamic equipment (IIMS) was presented. IIMS was validated and verified with dynamic model of tubular exchanger as an example. Simulation result showed that, the IIMS partly realized the automatic model modification according to simulation result, decreased the workload in modeling and parameter optimization, and improved the model reuse. this method is general frame and easy to use for mechanism model. © 2008 ieee.

Furthermore the dynamism of Grid environments and applications requires that these services be able to continually manage and optimize their operation based on system state and application requirements. this paper presents a design and implementation of such a self-managing data-streaming service based on online control strategies. A Grid-based fusion workflow scenario is used to evaluate the service and demonstrate its feasibility and performance. © 2006 ieee.
