In electric motor drives, speed regulation plays an essential part in describing the overall performance of the system drive. To control the motor speed of an Induction motor (IM), an indirect vector control method is implemented in this paper. Scalar control is a simple and effective technique, but it responds slowly to transients and is unsatisfactory for regulating motors with dynamic behavior. the currents are controlled via the field-oriented control (FOC) approach, allowing for quick reactions. this approach meets the demands of dynamic drives, wherein quick response is required. the flux location is calculated indirectly in indirect control methods by rotor speed and slip calculation. the indirect control technique has grown in popularity due to the lack of rotor flux position sensors and the capacity to work at low speeds. A PI controlleris utilized in the speed controller to control the motor torque by producing quadrature-axis current reference iq*. the motor's flux is controlled by direct axis current reference id*. the IM is operated by a current-controlled PWM inverter. the designed model is simulated using MATLAB and the results show an accurate speed response of the IM motor. © 2023 ieee.

the optimal use of electrical resources is crucial in an era characterized by rising energy needs and a pressing need for sustainability. Power quality and the integration of renewable energy sources are increasingly top priorities in modern grid systems. the integration of renewable energy sources, particularly Wind energy conversion systems (WECS), into the present power grid is transforming the energy landscape since we are consuming less traditional fossil fuel. Notwithstanding, there are certain obstacles associated with this shift, namely with regards to the grid's dependability and quality of power. the goal of this project is to maximize electricity generation and distribution from renewable sources by proposing a complete system of renewable energy integration. To enhance grid stability and energy efficiency, this system makes use of wind energy technologies. the outputs from various renewable energy sources converge and are coupled to the alternating current (AC) grid system at a coupling point. In order to maximize wind energy source performance and achieve grid synchronization, grid side inverter control techniques are applied through the use of ANN controllers, which provide smooth interaction with the grid. At this stage, grid integration and high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission are made easier with the introduction of a Modular Multilevel Converter (MMC). this increases the resilience and flexibility of the grid by enabling the system to function as both an HVDC system and a smart grid management system. this initiative opens the door for the wider adoption of clean and sustainable energy solutions while also advancing technology related to renewable energy. ANN controller has a thD Value of 1.42% when the controllers are compared and overall efficiency of the paper is 92%. © 2024 ieee.

the rapid growth of cloud computing has brought numerous benefits and opportunities, but it has raised concerns about data security. To protect sensitive data stored in the cloud is crucial and to ensure data privacy, confidentiality, and integrity for cloud users. the cloud as a platform enables real-time patient monitoring via the use of sensors, which has the potential to revolutionize the healthcare industry. Users transmit sensitive and classified medical information to cloud service providers for centralized storage and processing. this presents cybercriminals with the opportunity to acquire data, interfere with ongoing data processes, and restrict healthcare professionals and patients from accessing confidential information. For a healthcare organization to feel comfortable with and use the cloud computing platform, privacy and security are the two most pressing concerns. Fine-grained access control (FGAC) is used as a tool for controlling who may see what data in a cloud-based healthcare setting. Protects private medical information by limiting who may see it, change it, or even access it at all. Over the last several years, advances in machine learning have made cloud data security one of the most promising areas in the field. In the proposed system the Weight-Improved Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm (WI-PSO) and machine learning classifiers are implemented to enhance data security in the cloud. © 2023 ieee.

Traffic congestion is becoming a critical issue with the increasing usage of vehicles. the rapid increase in vehicles has naturally led to traffic congestion all over the world. the traffic congestion forcing people to sit idle in their vehicles, consuming more fuel, and increase of air pollution. Traffic light control policies are not optimized, leading vehicles to wait pointlessly for non- existent traffic to pass on the crossing road. the current traffic signal systems follow fixed timing patterns that are not adjusted depending up on the volume of vehicles present on the traffic junction. Traffic light control policies can be greatly improved by implementing Deep learning (DL) and Reinforcement Learning (RL) concepts. Reinforcement Learning has become a popular method for controlling traffic signals in recent times as it can learn the best control policies through practical experience. By using RL, this research work aims to enhance traffic control efficiency and minimize issues such as delays, traffic congestion, fuel consumption, and pollution. the goal of this proposed work is to reduce the cumulative waiting time of vehicles at the junctions. Waiting time, Reward, Queue Length are considered as performance metrics. Moreover, the proposed approach is designed to be cost-effective and can be implemented in real-time systems. © 2024 ieee.

the city's development significantly depends on the public transportation infrastructure. It significantly affects every aspect of society, including the economy. Despite designing specific routes for them, many public transit systems nevertheless confront a significant traffic issue. these routes are used by a lot of private vehicles, which causes traffic issues. As a result, there are delays, which eventually render the BRT (Bus Rapid Transport) system inefficient. there have been multiple attempts by city cooperations in order to make boom barriers to stop the entry of unwanted vehicles in the BRT route. Yet they are ineffective, making room for critics. this research work intends to provide a bus detection and vehicle detection system that aids to identify, detect, for public transportation buses and ambulances. Image classification plays a very important role in this application as several of the feature detection and image pre-processing techniques like BRISK and SIFT, ORB and Histogram Equalization were used to improve the efficiency of the application. the proposed system shows an accuracy of 86% for detecting the bus and ambulances and accordingly operating the barrier in the BRTS corridor. © 2023 ieee.

this project aims to develop a warehouse security system using an ESP32CAM, keypad, and Arduino UNO, LCD. the ESP32CAM is a powerful microcontroller that integrates Wi-Fi and a camera module, making it an ideal choice for surveillance. the keypad serves as an input device for entering the password to unlock the door, which is connected to the Arduino UNO. the system is designed to be easy to install and use, with a user-friendly interface for setting and changing the password. the keypad is connected to a solenoid lock, which is used to control the lock mechanism of the door. the system employs a secure password storage mechanism, ensuring that the password is kept safe from unauthorized access. Additionally, the ESP32CAM serves as a surveillance camera, allowing users to monitor the warehouse remotely. this project offers a cost-effective and innovative solution for securing warehouses or offices. the system provides a simple and effective way to control access to a room, and the use of the ESP32CAM and keypad enhances the convenience of the system. Users can easily unlock the door by entering a password, eliminating the need for physical keys. Overall, this project showcases the potential of using modern technologies to improve the security and functionality of traditional door lock systems. © 2023 ieee.

Flocking of mobile agents has been well studied in the literature. However, since most practical mobile agents, e.g., robots, UAVs, are typically powered by onboard batteries, it is of practical significance to consider the battery consumption in the control design, and explore how to optimize the distribution of energy consumption. In this paper, we consider the flocking of battery-powered mobile agents using the potential field approach. We first analyze the limitations of the classical potential field method. Next, we propose a new potential function by considering the battery consumption, and design the flocking control law related to the gradient of the proposed potential functions correspondingly. We verified the effectiveness of the proposed method with both simulations and a group of UAVs. the results of experiment verify that the proposed method can optimize the energy consumption of the flocking system when compared with the existing methods, which is benefit to the endurance of the system. © 2021 ieee.

Any procedure that involves quality assurance must include it, and the construction of roads and highways is no different. the demand for high-quality roads has significantly grown due to the recent significant increase in traffic intensity. Significant benefits, such as lower maintenance costs and favorable public opinion, can result from improving the condition of roadways and highways. this is because well-maintained roads with good signage and smooth surfaces allow vehicles to operate more efficiently, resulting lower maintenance costs and better fuel efficiency. the benefits of maintaining quality outweigh the additional expense by a factor of 2-3% of the overall construction costs. Additionally, quality control could generate direct and indirect economic returns of 10 to 15 percent of the total building cost. Effective quality control is mainly supported by estimates and specifications for road building. the proposed model includes embedded and Image processing system, which can be implemented on roads to check quality. the robotic chase is used as a prototype for vehicles which is controlled by Bluetooth. Ultrasonic sensor is fixed on the chase to find the road level. If any deviation occurs, then the alert will be sent to contractor using the GSM module. GPS is fixed to extract the location. the data will also be updated in the PLX-DAQ sheet. © 2023 ieee.

Single data source, isolated data islands and low information utilization in intelligent transportation lead to the poor inversion of the cyber space to the physical space including Incomplete data integration, high interdependency of systems and poor anti-control ability. In this paper the data-driven method is adopted to optimize the W parameter in Webster method to reduce the waiting time of vehicles to realize the traffic congestion. In particular, a multi-source heterogeneous data processing method and a unified modeling of the multi-dimensional and multi-layer networks have been introduced. By data-driven engine, we have implemented both massive storage and fast processing system. We have also build a service system which can rapidly realize data integration and services delivery as well as be directly called by researchers from the database through network requests to reduce the data reprocessing. this paper also produces the data interaction process of the data engine framework in traffic management and control, and proposes a solution for the use of massive city data. © 2021 ieee.

In the age of modern world all the nations are developing and in consistence with that more and more bridges are constructing in order to develop the transport system, communication, international relationship & economy of the country. Most of the country, specifically in Asian countries uses manual toll collection system. But this is a very lengthy process and because of that it creates a huge traffic jam. For a development country like Bangladesh traffic jam is a barrier for economic growth. So, this manual toll collection system is neither efficient nor cost effective. Considering the above situation, this paper proposed a tentative solution which is 'Smart Prepaid Toll Management system Using RFID'. this system is an automatic toll collection process where users don't need to pay the money manually. Contactless RFID card will be detected by the RFID reader to cut a specific amount of toll charge from the user account. In case of emergency situation, where user don't have sufficient amount in his/her account, can access to the emergency loan or in-booth recharge system to pass through the toll point. To implement the propose system, Arduino Mega will be used to control the servo motor, LCD display, RFID reader, Ultrasonic sensor and many more tools is going to be required. thus, the article proves that, using the proposed electronic toll collection system will help to reduce the problems due to the traditional toll collection process thereby saving the valuable time due to long traffic jam. © 2023 ieee.
