With the rapid development of Information Communication Technology (ICT), research on urban functional areas has been one of the hot research issue in urban study domain. CiteSpace as the bibliometric tools was widely used to detect the studies tendency toward several dimensions like country/institution, authors, cited references and keywords. therefore, the aim at this work is set to understand the research progress of urban functional areas in recent 30 years. this article explored the research hot-spots and development trended, and visualized the literature measurements of domestic and foreign literature. Finally, we tried to propose the challenge and research direction for future work based on the literature quantity and quality analysis. © 2021 ieee.

One of the defining factors in human progress is the fact how humans have adopted technology into their everyday lives. One of these technologies that has seen a tremendous increase in usage is the mobile phone. the potential overuse of a smartphone device is very easily done, with many possible bad psychological side effects. Digital addiction is a form of addiction that has become more prevalent with people due to the ever-growing technological advances that our devices have achieved. this work focuses on what could be done to assist people via a software application who either have the addiction or help prevent people from becoming addicted. this paper presents design and implementation of a mobile application to monitor and control the phone usage so that it can help combat digital addiction. the prototype implementation lets user see how much time they use on their phone as well as set some preferences. the study has been evaluated by user testing and having user feedback. © 2020 ieee.

Financial Technology (Fin Tech) has become a pivotal subject in both academic and industry discourse over the past decade, with over 115,000 scholarly articles in the Web of Science (WoS) database and millions of news articles on platforms like Yahoo Finance. However, the majority of literature has examined only one aspect of these discussions, which hinders the progress and market entry of new Fin Tech innovations, thereby restricting the potential for technological advancement and industry transformation. this paper innovatively proposes a combined literature analysis from both academic and market perspectives. A bibliometric analysis of 3,255 academic articles on Fin Tech from the WoS database, covering the period from 2015 to 2024, was conducted. Additionally, Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including keyword extraction and sentiment analysis, were utilized to explore the characteristics of 1,208 news articles on FinTech, sourced from Yahoo Finance from 2020 to 2024. A comprehensive model was developed to explore the characteristics of keywords and their involvement in both academic and market contexts. this approach has uncovered some key themes related to FinTech and provides a comprehensive overview of the connections between academia and the market. © 2024 ieee.

Safety of the intended functionality is an indispensable safe condition that must be considered for autonomous driving on the road. the key to study SOTIF is to construct as many hazardous scenarios as possible and accurately assess SOTIF. It is difficult to test many automated driving vehicles in the current research and discover all the unknown triggering events in the intended functionality. As a new simulation method, vehicle digital twins can simulate as many driving scenarios as possible efficiently and at a low cost in a short time. therefore, this paper proposes an algorithm to assess SOTIF with unknown hazards based on the vehicle digital twins based on a Bayesian hazard graph with attributes and Noisy-OR structures. this paper uses CARLA to build the vehicle digital twins and testing this algorithm based on these digital twins. After testing, the SOTIF quantitative assessment algorithm proposed in this paper is effective and has good performance. © 2021 ieee.

Millions of people are affected by mental illness which remains unnoticed due to lack of awareness, use of appropriate, timely mental health services, associated stigma, and limited resources. Ignorance leads to serious consequences resulted in maladjustment in life functioning. Since adulthood is a period prone to heightened emotionality. therefore, this study aims at providing an affordable web portal 'IKIGAI' for the university student to assess anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, and mood disorder. the current study addresses the development, validation, and verification of a web-based portal using a mixed-method research design. Data was gathered using simple random sampling from undergraduate computer science university students. Data were analyzed using ATLAST ti and SPSS. Results revealed that mental disorders are prevalent as over half of students suffered from at least one mental health problem at baseline or follow-up. Moreover, 60% had at least one mental health problem two years later. Less than half of those students who were diagnosed with a mental health problem received treatment between those time points. the majority of students with probable disorders were aware of the need for treatment. Hence, the importance of a web portal 'IKIGAI' can be effective to detect students' depression, anxiety, and stress. © 2020 ieee.

Peer assessment is a type of assessment that allows students in taking their initiative to manage their study under the supervision of their peers to achieve the learning outcome. Students constantly need to reflect on themselves to understand the progress they made and what learning aspects they are currently lacking. As learning is a step-by-step process, therefore to achieve better consistency and learning experience, educational institutions are slowly transitioning summative learning to the combination of both formative and summative learning. Assessment is used to evaluate the progress of learning. However, existing peer assessment tool has limitation. It is unable to fit into all the use cases for different subjects. Moreover, the biasness of the instructor or peers has caused some of the students facing discrimination when doing the peer assessments. Integration of both formative and summative assessment into the peer assessment system could help instructors better understanding their students through feedback provided hence could improve learning strategies. In this paper, the authors proposed a web application, G-PAT, a peer assessment tool that enhances the flexibility of the template of the existing systems to cater different use cases. the SPA and SAPA factors from SPARKLUS are used in the calculation of performance and feedback of the students. the implementation results of G-PAT have shown that more than 90% of the students agree that the tool helps them to evaluate their performance and they are willing to continue to reuse it as their learning companion. © 2021 ieee.

this paper presents an overview of a smart city 4.0 framework in accelerating digital transformation, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, using Jakarta as a case study. the findings of this study provide new insights how to translate a vision into a reality in the form of smart city 4.0 framework that offers a significant opportunity to advance the understanding of building a smart city ecosystem with technologies, innovations and collaborations. this paper applies four principles of the framework, namely mobile-first, system-and-data driven, digital experience, and smart collaboration in building a smart city 4.0 ecosystem platform. Part of the aim of this paper is to examine Jakarta's super-app called JAKI that is compatible with such principles as a use case in the time of the pandemic. It provides a better understanding of common elements in building a new concept of a smart city. the results will inspire and give a contribution to other cities to consider the framework in building a smart city 4.0 ecosystem platform to foster quality of life, economic growth and sustainability. © 2020 ieee.

COVID-19 has been affecting human mobility to avoid the risk of infection. Movement restriction was one of the government policies to reduce the rate of infection. However, the mobility was still occurred to be recorded during the policy. this action has led to the problem of the number of beds on hospital have to be prepared for the peak of infection. this study developed a model using Multilayer perceptron as a useful theorem in regression analysis to see the fitness approximation over this problem. Five layers neural networks combination have been used to see the performance of the model to reach the best fit of the model. the process of the study includes data acquisition of the influence of community mobility over the positive number of COVID-19, managed hyperparameters, and calculate the results of prediction in the form of the length of time the patient would be infected with COVID-19 from 2020 to 2021. this study found that the infection was happening mostly after 12 days of human mobility activity in public area such as ATM, market, park, and any public area recorded by Google mobility data. It was also showed the number of infections after 12 days in order to prepare the number of beds on hospital. Furthermore, this study found the best model with smallest loss value on 0.01452617616472448 with the gap number of infection from public area as much as 77 persons. © 2022 ieee.
