With the exponential growth of Internet of things (IoT) devices, vast amounts of diverse data require real-time processing. However, traditional cloud computing approaches often struggle to meet these demands due to issues related to latency and bandwidth constraints. As an emerging computing paradigm, edge computing significantly reduces data transmission latency and improves processing efficiency. In this paper, a real-time data processing system combining edge computing is proposed to realize efficient processing and intelligent analysis of distributed data. Firstly, this paper systematically analyzes the potential advantages and challenges of edge computing and artificial intelligence in real-time data processing, and designs a system architecture that integrates them. the architecture consists of four main modules: data acquisition, edge processing, intelligent analysis and feedback control, aiming to realize real-time data processing with low latency and high performance. Specifically, edge devices perform preliminary data screening and pre-processing by deploying lightweight artificial intelligence algorithms;then, the optimized deep learning model performs complex data analysis and prediction on the edge nodes;Finally, the processing results are fed back to the data source in time to achieve closed-loop control. Compared with the traditional cloud computing model, the system combining edge computing and artificial intelligence shows significant advantages in terms of latency, bandwidth utilization and processing throughput.

Due to the existence of a large number of different brands and models of equipment and systems in the power system, the CPU control system in the power system is prone to system integration and compatibility problems. In order to ensure the smooth application of CPU control system in electric power system, the research on the application of CPU control system in electric power system based on ARM processor is proposed. the CPU control system architecture of ARM processor is established, and the irregular characteristics and task attributes of computational tasks such as sparse matrix operations in power system topology analysis are analyzed. Subsequently, a general optimization criterion for GPU parallel algorithm design is proposed. Experimental results show that the above CPU control system for topology analysis algorithms in power systems achieves a 6-fold acceleration ratio relative to the 8-threaded CPU algorithm on a 30,000-node system, and more than a 4-fold acceleration in the full process of topology analysis. © 2024 SPIE.

In light of the burgeoning integration of artificial intelligence(AI) into the field of graphic design, we present an innovative framework tailored for artistic font generation, specifically aimed at enhancing the creative process of typography design. By Combining Chinese character stroke extraction with controllable image diffusion models, our framework facilitates the generation and manipulation of artistic fonts at both character and stroke levels. through qualitative and quantitative analyses, our method showcases precise control over the generation of specified character strokes, as well as exceptional fidelity to textual descriptions. Notably, it exhibits remarkable artistic quality in the generated font images, thereby offering a promising avenue for advancing the realm of typographic design.

To realize the need for a push robot to move on a fixed route in a complex pasture environment, this paper proposes a path-planning method that integrates the improved A* algorithm and DWA. the segmented interpolation method is used to interpolate the path points on the global path planned by the A* algorithm to improve the path fitness and to realize the demand of moving on a fixed operation route. the simulation results show that compared with the traditional DWA and A* algorithm, the improved fusion path fitting distance is reduced by 21.36%, which can not only complete the route operation in the complex environment of the pasture but also realize the obstacle avoidance in time, which is easier to be applied in practice.

Traditional data quality control algorithms can accurately assess the accuracy of changes in meteorological observation data. However, as they rely on boundary values derived from historical data for quality control, the sensitivity of these traditional algorithms is limited. To address these limitations, this paper proposes a novel association rule mining algorithm based on the interest model for meteorological data quality control. Our method not only identifies all rules with strong correlations but also outperforms non-Apriori class algorithms in terms of time performance, as demonstrated by real data validation. Subsequently, the association rule algorithm is utilized to mine historical meteorological data and extract all association item pairs to create a reference library. A meteorological data quality control model is then established based on this library. through testing and verification, the study confirms that the quality control model based on the new association rule algorithm exhibits significantly enhanced detection rate, sensitivity, and performance, making it a highly feasible approach.

How to obtain accurate heading under multiple motion modes of pedestrians is the key difficulty in realizing the dead reckoning technology. Aiming at the problem of inconsistency between the solved heading and the actual direction of pedestrians after switching between different modes, a PDR heading elasticity compensation algorithm based on modal identification is proposed, which corrects the instantaneous heading through fixed heading declination and elastic heading declination to satisfy the navigation needs of cell phones under different usage modes. the experimental results show that the average head angle error of this algorithm is 2.65°, and the average localization error is 1.59m, which has a better heading error constraint effect.

Objective: Both simulation and experimental studies show that human walking is a passive biped walking mode adapting to the gravity environment of the earth, and its energy consumption rate is much lower than that of biped robot[1]. In the earth's gravity environment, when the leg length, leg centroid, inertia parameters, joint position and the mass characteristics of the whole human body are fixed, the gait characteristics (step length and period) are fixed. this article establishes a passive bipedal walking model through computer human body measurement and conducts simulation research on gait differences in gravity environments on Earth, Moon, and Mars. the research results can provide a basis for future astronaut training.

In order to solve the problem of not being able to effectively detect the coal accumulation and clean the coal accumulation area in the traditional mechanical cleaning of coal grates, this paper proposes an improved coal accumulation detection method for coal grates based on YOLOv5s. Firstly, the FasterNet structure is used to replace the CSPDarknet structure to reduce the number of floating-point operations of the network and solve the problem of large arithmetic requirements; secondly, the spatial pyramid module is improved, and the SPPF structure is replaced by the SPPFCSPC structure to improve the detection capability of the network for targets of different sizes; finally, the SIOU loss function is used to accelerate the convergence of the model, and to optimize the training process of the model. the experimental results show that the improved models mAP and Precision are improved by 1.3% and 1.1% respectively compared to the original model.

this paper introduces an enhancement in grid-tied converter technology by incorporating a Model Predictive control (MPC)-based space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) along with an advanced LLCL filter. this approach aims to improve the conversion efficiency in grid-tied applications to three-phase ac, offering better harmonic attenuation than standard LC and LCL filters. the implementation of dual-mode control for dc voltage stabilization and the use of quadratic programming for inverter switching optimization is proposed to reduce switching losses, thereby augmenting system efficiency. Comparative simulations demonstrate a measurable efficiency improvement over traditional linear inverter methods, indicating a notable advancement in grid-tied converter technology, especially in terms of harmonic reduction and overall system performance enhancement. © 2024 IEEE.

Starting permanent synchronous motor(PMSM) is a difficulty of sensor-loss control. When speed is low, common sensor-less control modes are not applicable. I/F mode is implemented. To deal with the problem of susceptible to load torque mutations, an optimized I/F mode is mentioned in this paper. Until the speed rises to a certain value, the sliding mode observer(SMO) manner is implemented, because it is insensitive to motor parameters accuracy. However, the general SMO has chattering phenomenon and poor speed convergence ability. In this case, an optimized SMO mode based on variable exponential approach law and sigmoid function is illustrated. By applying the hybrid control mode, PMSM can start smoothly in the whole speed area and chattering is suppressed. Simulation is carried out according to this control mode.
