Over the past decades the technological development of vehicles has developed rapidly and today almost everything in a vehicle is controlled by electric/electronic systems. In addition the telematics service developed on IT technology. telematics service consist of two part. First part is personal information service, other part is diagnostic service. Currently, Diagnostics and collision prevention telematics services are more important than the personal information telematics services. So In this paper, we propose a very flexible and efficient system for automotive diagnostic and the update of the vehicle's Software using a telematics device between the remote download DM server and the local ECUs within the vehicle. this system will enable the user to inquire and configurate the vehicle status in real-time using a personal computer or PDA via wireless network. Also, the user and auto mechanism engineers can diagnose software failures and upgrade the software modules.

there are defects in the current depiction method of computerized Chinese character glyph, especially on the aspect of feature selection and computation for comparing glyphs, which cause many problems, such as the input of wrongly written characters, variant forms of characters in ancient literatures, and combined-characters and automatic glyph comparing. this research offers an application-oriented depiction method of Chinese character glyph, which possesses the characteristics of suitable granular degree, ambiguity-free, and standardized basic units and which can be applied in the depiction of any possible different glyph skeletons (including wrongly written characters, variant form of a Chinese character, and combined-characters). this research also offers the classifications of basic stokes, compound stokes, algorithms of automatic stoke extraction and structural relation computation based on stroke-segments-mesh depiction of glyphs. the experiment indicates that this method can be applied in the descriptive input of any glyph and computation for comparing either the whole or part of glyphs.

In this paper, an energy efficient adaptive back forwarding method is proposed for spatial range query processing in ubiquitous sensor networks. In order to execute spatial range query efficiently in sensor networks, many rectangle based index methods are researched, such as SPIX method. this kind of method efficient to transmit user queries to the queried is efficinet range, but it defines the sensor nodes' results return path as the opposite path of its query transmit path. As a result, the energy used in query results return path is as same as the queries transmit process. In this paper, query result back forwarding method is proposed by rearranging the query results transmit route to aggregate the result data in queried range adaptively. By using the proposed method the energy cost in the query result transmits process is reduced and the spatial range queries are processed energy efficiently. In the performance evaluation, the proposed method decreased the energy cost efficiently while processingthe different kinds of spatial range queries.

Mobile City and language Guides present examples of theoretical and practical reflections on such links. this paper presents and discusses the first considerations of Mobile City and language Guides in language centres, upper secondary schools and universities. the core concept of Mobile City and language Guides is geotagging. Geographical locations can be geotagged either through GPS or by marking positions directly in, e.g., Google Earth or Google Maps. Students or teachers can add various kinds of information to geotags: Photos, audio, text, movies, links, vocabulary and various language tasks. this allows the student, in self-defined learning contexts, to down- and upload location-based materials with his or her mobile phone, for immediate or later processing. More and more students are able to afford mobile phones with multimedia and broadband Internet. the potentials of user-generated mobile- and web-based content are increasing. Withthe increase in the number of web services and the value they are taking, discovery of services that meet the criteria of users becomes a major challenge. Currently, the discovery process lacks of well-defined semantics, therefore it is difficult to obtain the non explicit meaning of services, such as functionality. In order to provide an accurate solution to the problem described above, in this paper we evaluate two Natural languageprocessing (NLP) techniques to extract semantic information from textual descriptions of web services: linguistic patterns and extraction rules. Both techniques are implemented and compared in order to select the best alternative to our problem. this information will be useful for enhancing semantically the discovery, process of services. We implemented a simulation environment for experimentation, and designed a set of experiments to show the applicability of our solution approach. Results of the tests show that the linguistic patterns are better than extraction rules.

Users demand useful and reliable information from the web in the shortest time possible, but the obstacles to fulfilling this demand are many including language barriers and the so-called "long tail." Especially the web3D VLE can bring us more rich learning experience as well as the information overload and low adaptive for the huge of 3D data. In this paper, we propose prototype of adaptive web3D VLE with interest management supported, named VLE-IM. VLE-IM provides the interest management methodology with correlation analysis, the description of the correlation interest scheme using digraph. System can filter the update message and network traffic using web3D Level-of-Detail(LOD) control based on Xj3D and Java programming language. JXTA technology based architecture can accommodate prototype system with centralized/decentralized mode and high scalability. Incorporated withthese approach, VLE-IM meets the request of adaptive web3D VLE. Besides;some development issues are address in this paper.

Measuring the similarity of short text snippets plays an important role in information retrieval and natural languageprocessing. Measuring the similarity for short text snippets, such as search queries, remains a challenging task. In this paper, we develop a new similarity measure, which can further improve the accuracy of semantic similarity for short text snippets, especially in the case of insufficient content, such as web page snippets. then we introduce our similarity measure combined withinformation entropy to the clustering search engine to automatically find the best clustering numbers. Meanwhile, we rank the clusters with our method and illustrate the results.
