the present time is significantly influenced by the development of information and communication technology, that allows us to access a huge amount of information and widen our possibilities. Using advanced digital technology has become an essential tool of advancement in every branch. Students consider ICT as a commonplace, as an integral part of their lives. the organization of the study is influenced by this fact, for example, consultations are agreed through email correspondence, submitting of assignments also works on an online basis. the biggest focus of Human-computer interaction (HCI) as a multidomain discipline is put on a user interface. the interconnection with IT science world shall be obvious. We even today in times of modern technologies, even better computers and cell phones know, or at least suspect, that there is always something remaining for improving. We aim to mediate the communication between human and computer in such a way, that it would be as most intuitive and natural. Students consider ICT as a commonplace, as an integral part of their lives. the organization of the study is influenced by this fact, for example, consultations are agreed through email correspondence, submitting of assignments also works on an online basis. We tried to explore the current state of the use of multimedia in teaching and learning with research. We focused primarily on what devices students use most frequently. To identify the relationship of students to ICT and to determine students’ views on teaching supported by ICT, we used the method of a questionnaire in such a process. the paper brings a short reference to another grasp of the problematic nature of effectiveness in an educational process. the final part of the paper deals with the possible effectiveness of eLearning which may – under certain circumstances - be a bit higher than the effectiveness of face to face teaching. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2020.

Today social media is an important way of communication between people in the world. As the case of other countries, Moroccan people use several languages in their web communication leaving behind a considerable amount of user-generated text. the latter presents several opportunities for extracting useful information. However, processing this content is very challenging especially when facing the Moroccan Dialectal Arabic content in social media. this is to several factors such as scripts diversity (Arabic and Arabizi), orthographic errors and writing rules lack. In this context, the present work is a first attempt towards addressing the problem of Moroccan Dialectal Arabic spelling inconsistency in social media. We conduct a deep study that uses a systematic approach where we report on a series of experiments performed on Moroccan Dialectal social media text. the most interesting findings that have emerged is the orthographic inconsistency existing in written Moroccan Dialectal Arabic regarding both Arabic and Latin scripts. this phenomenon affects an important amount of texts in social media and proved the need of exploiting available Arabic tools in addition to building a customized spelling correction system.

this paper presents the design of both web and Mobile applications for managing the data of students and teachers of an educational institute using RDF (Resource Description Framework) and FOAF (Friend Of A Friend) based vocabulary. the implementation of an OWL (Ontology web language) as the core of a school administration system shows advantages compared to the standard database structure systems, this also increases the possibilities for smartphones to become the staple tool for classroom management. this project involves two main phases, the first one focused on the creation of the tools for the academic staff and the second being a mobile app for students to use in class. Partial results showed that the use of linked data provides useful information for the teacher to be aware of details of the students like how being close to a specific classmate has a noticeable impact on his/her class performance.

With the rapid development of social networks, recommendation systems, bioinformatics networks and web pages, huge amount of data are modeled as graphs to excavate the inner valuable information. To meet the requirement of processing graph data on hundreds of millions of vertexes, it is necessary to depend on Cloud platform, drawing support from its computing power and mass storage capacity for distributed computing and processing of graph data. In this condition, it has become the focus of current attention on how to analyze and extract the corresponding execution mode according to the features of graph data processing applications, and then guide the efficient allocation of resources in a cloud environment to accelerate the execution speed of large-scale graph data. However, due to logical differences between graph algorithms and the complexity of graph topology, the execution modes of large-scale graph data applications often perform great diversity and dynamicity, which increases the difficulty of resource demand estimation. therefore, this paper carries out a secondary development based on an existing open source large-scale graph data processing system, extracts the execution features which could have impact on the resource demands of graph data applications, then analyses and predicts the execution mode of the given graph data application under the corresponding graph data structure, so that we can dynamically estimate the resource demands of the graph data applications and provide support for highly efficient cloud resource allocation.

Recently, through the availability of open data sources and the existence of advanced techniques of Natural language processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence, several tools have emerged to support the educational learning process of students and lecturers (experts in different knowledge domains). However, there are very few works which propose tools that automate the e-learning course content development process. Hence, experts in the field of educational training have shown great interest in the emergence of applications that ease this type of process. this paper presents MotorIA, a system which uses NLP and Machine Learning techniques as a means to automate online course content generation from different domains (e.g., computer science, biology, mathematic, etc.). MotorIA is supplied with unstructured information extracted from both Wikipedia services and PDF documents. During the e-learning course content generation process, textual information is pre-processed and structured in a knowledge graph, which must satisfy a set of constraints predefined by experts in the field. In a posterior phase, MotorIA was validated by expert users obtaining good evaluation results. © 2020 ACM.

In recent years, researches on sentiment of individual investors are becoming popular, especially using big data technology. Most researches mainly focus on the relationship between the individual sentiment and the market fluctuations. In this work, we aim to testify the time-sensitivity of stock prices against the general sentiment of individual investors and to assess the influence of the evaluation of consulting institutions on stock prices. Firstly, we develop a distributed web spider to fetch the opinions data from social networks like Sina Guba, Eastmoney Guba and Sina Finance, and fmancial data from the RESSET database. then through natural language processing, we build a sentiment index and institution evaluation index. Finally, we use correlation analysis, regression analysis and time series analysis to achieve our targets. the results show that: 1) the fluctuation of stock prices is more sensitively to the intraday sentiment of individuals;2) there is no significant correlation between general sentiment of individual investors and the evaluation of consulting institutions, though the two factors both surely influence the change of stock prices;3) the change of stock prices can be expressed by the public opinion well. Classification for Indonesian language documents was increased. But the application of classification for question and answer system needs is still few. the purpose of this paper is to maximize the classification of Indonesian documents especially the Qur'an translation to support the question and answer system. In the process of creating a question and answer system that is still ongoing, testing the Naïve Bayes algorithm becomes very important besides other algorithms. the Naïve Bayes method is the first choice in this test as it has practicality in calculating. the result of this study is the classification of ITQ documents with 4 categories: Morality, faith, knowledge, and Muamalah. the average accuracy rate of 90.5% indicates that the Naïve Bayes method is still relevant for use. © 2019 IEEE.

A lot of reviews of products have been posted on various web sites and services because of the spread of the Internet, and the estimation of ratings from review texts is actively performed. However, there are few such studies on Japanese review texts without limiting the product genre. In this paper, we propose a neural network model that takes as input a general Japanese product review text and estimates rating for it without limiting the product genre. By using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), which is one of the regression type neural network models that can handle sequential data, we analyze words in sentences considering their order. the rating estimation model is realized mainly by segmentation of texts, conversion to distributed representations, an LSTM layer, and a fully connected layer. In addition, we conduct evaluation experiments of the created model and consider the results.

Words changing their meanings over time reflects various shifts in socio-cultural attitudes and conceptual structures. Understanding semantic change of words over time is important in order to study models of language and cultural evolution. Word embeddings methods such as PPMI, SVD and word2vec have been evaluated in recent years. these kinds of representation methods, sometimes referring as semantic maps of words, are able to facilitate the whole process of language processing. Chinese language is no exception. the development of technology gradually influences people's communication and the language they are using. In the paper, a huge amount of data (300 GB) is provided by Sogou, a Chinese web search engine provider. After pre-processing, the Chinese language corpus is obtained. three different word representation methods are extended to including temporal information. they are trained and tested based on the above dataset. A thorough analysis (both qualitative and quantitative analysis) is conducted with different thresholds to capture different semantic accuracy and alignment quality of the shifted words. A comparison between three methods is provided and possible reasons behind experiment results are discussed.

With the development of artificial intelligence technology, intelligent question answering has become a hot research direction in the field of natural language processing. this paper proposes a question answering method based on Bi-LSTM and self-attention mechanism model. this method uses Bi-LSTM to encode and align the question and answer respectively, then uses self-attention to obtain the relationship between keywords, and finally performs softmax through the fully connected layer to obtain the similarity between the question and answer. Finally, in the experiment, compared with the traditional attention model, the accuracy rate of this model was increased by 1.6%, and the recall rate was increased by 1.5%.
