In this paper we propose a method to analyse contextual perspectives in information search and retrieval process in the Semantic web framework. We start with definitions of context in different computer science applications. We discuss our specific purpose of context-aware information representation and then describe utilising the context confidence factor for ranking the relationships. A confidence factor specifies relevancy degree of an entity to a context in a particular domain. We demonstrate how the uncertainty and Bayesian rule are taken in to account to compute the confidence factor for the results of a query. the main goal is providing a context-aware ranking method which defines degree of relevancy between resources in a set of related information to a particular query.

To improve searching, filtering and processing of information on the web, a common effort is made in the direction of Metadata, defined as "machine understandable information about web resources or other things". In particular, the extensible Markup language (XML) aims at providing a common syntax to emerging Metadata formats. Withthis idea, we propose the Structured Graph Format (SGF), an XML compliant markup language based on structured graphs, for capturing web sites' structure. We also present SGMapper, a client-side tool, which aims to facilitate navigation in large web sites by generating highly interactive site maps using SGF Metadata. the vision of semantic web is to have a web of things instead of web of documents in a form that can be processed by machines. this vision could be achieved on the existing web using semantic annotation based on common and public ontologies. Due to exponential growth and huge size of the web sources, there is a need to have fast and automatic semantic annotation services of web documents. Since Arabic language received less attention in semantic web research as compared to Latin languages especially in the field of semantic annotation. this motivates us in this paper to present semantic web services that support the semantic annotation of Arabic language documents. the services accept documents and ontologies and produce annotations of these documents using different output formats. the proposed services could be used for building semantic web applications and semantic search engines for Arabic language. To evaluate the performance of these services, a set of ontologies were used with pre-annotated documents related to those ontologies. the initial results show a promising performance which will support the research in the semantic web with respect to Arabic language. In this paper, an energy efficient adaptive back forwarding method is proposed for spatial range query processing in ubiquitous sensor networks. In order to execute spatial range query efficiently in sensor networks, many rectangle based index methods are researched, such as SPIX method. this kind of method efficient to transmit user queries to the queried is efficinet range, but it defines the sensor nodes' results return path as the opposite path of its query transmit path. As a result, the energy used in query results return path is as same as the queries transmit process. In this paper, query result back forwarding method is proposed by rearranging the query results transmit route to aggregate the result data in queried range adaptively. By using the proposed method the energy cost in the query result transmits process is reduced and the spatial range queries are processed energy efficiently. In the performance evaluation, the proposed method decreased the energy cost efficiently while processingthe different kinds of spatial range queries.

this study investigates the conditions under which graphical information can support reading comprehension in a second language. this paper presents results of an experimental study in which reading comprehension of foreign students in two different environments was compared: vocabulary learning only vs. vocabulary and grammar plus graphic tasks. the results indicate that tasks decreasing grammatical complexities were more effective than lexical practices.
