In recent years, cloud computing has been an important issue in the field of research. Cloud computing employs distributed storage and distributed computing technology to achieve a large number of stored data, as well as fast data analysis and processing. As the rapid development of Internet technology, digital data showing explosive growth, the face of massive data processing, the traditional text software and relational database technology has been facing a bottleneck, presented the results are not very satisfactory. For this problem, the concept of cloud computing is a more appropriate choice. In this paper, based on the architecture of Hadoop with HDFS (Hadoop Distributed File System) and Hadoop MapReduce software framework and Pig Latin language, we design and implement an enterprise web log analysis system. Experimental results, by analyzing daily web log records, we get Application Server traffic trends, performance of program statistical reports, and performance reports of different intervals and different actions of program by user request. the main purpose of this system is to assist system administrators to quickly capture and analyze data hidden in the massive potential value, thus providing an important basis for business decisions.

Semantic Relatedness is widely used in various domains such as DNA sequence analysis, knowledge representation, natural languageprocessing, data mining, information retrieval, information flow etc... Computing semantic similarity between two entities is a non-trivial task. there are many ways to define semantic similarity. Some measures have been proposed combining both statistical information and lexical similarity. It is difficult for a measure that performs well in a given domain to be applied with accuracy in another domain. A similarity measure may perform better with one languagethan another. Word is supposed to be not only similar to itself but also to some of its synonyms in a given context, and some words with common roots. Our approach is designed to perform query matching and compute semantic relatedness using word occurrences. It performs better than classical measures like TF-IDF, Cosine etc… Although it is not a metric, the proposed similarity measure can be used for a wide range of content analysis tasks based on semantic distance and its efficacy has been demonstrated. the measure is not corpus dependent so it can establish directly the se-mantic relatedness of two entities.

Withthe further development of Internet of things technology, due to the increasing data and poor expansibility of the traditional storage architecture, it will become increasingly complex and lead to high energy consumption. Different from the traditional storage system, the distributed cloud storage system can realize the storage of massive information, the management of files with large scale, and provide high query efficiency. this paper firstly presents the current problems lying in the heterogeneous data processing, then the cloud storage architecture and MapReduce programming model are introduced for the Classify MapReduce algorithm proposition. Finally, considering the processing methods of distributed computing and cloud computing models, advantages and disadvantages of MapReduce programming model, and the characteristics of heterogeneous data in IoT system, this paper proposes a parallel storage algorithm, Classify MapReduce, which is composed of three systemic functions: Classify function, Map function and Reduce function. Our experiment shows that it classifies the original heterogeneous data flow according to the data type to realize parallel processing, which greatly improves the storage and access efficiency.

In the era of big data processingthere is an emerging need for methodologies supporting the management of data-intensive application scenarios. Complex Event processing is an integral part of many fast data application as an underlying technology for event correlation and pattern detection. Increased volume of event streams as well as the demand for more complex real-time analytics require for execution of processing pipelines among heterogeneous event processing engines. In this paper, we propose a semantic model for the management of fast data streams using the concept of Semantic Event processing Pipelines (SEPP). We provide methodology, architecture and language for semantic discovery and binding of real-time processing services from arbitrary stream processing engines. Our approach aims to improve reusability of real-time processing services by providing high-level interfaces to stream processing implementations. By these means this work paves the way for an easier development and management of real-time big data applications.

In a highly competitive global service market, service consumers tend to select a provider from a large pool of functionally equivalent services based on Quality of Service (QoS). To gain competitive advantages, it is desirable for a service provider to adopt service customization, particularly QoS customization, as one of the key strategies to differentiate itself from the competitors. this, however, has raised new challenges in describing and publishing QoS information, identifying users, and adjusting QoS offerings. this research borrows the concept of attribute based access control and presents an attribute based service customization model. the attribute based access control policy language is extended to enable definition of QoS customization rules. An algorithm is proposed to support consumer identification and QoS customization. this paper also discusses a case study to illustrate the proposed approach.
