Countless smartphone devices carrying a lot of sensitive data have emerged as a consequence of the increasing use of smartphone applications and high-speed wireless connectivity globally. Even though well-known smartphone operating systems like Apple's iOS and Android are regularly improving their security mechanism, research indicates that the number of breaches and cyberattacks utilizing smartphone applications is increasing significantly. Researchers utilize methods to identify malicious activity before a harmful installation is complete, while it is running, or by analyzing the metadata of such application. this study initially provides information on various smartphone malware and malware risk types;after that, this study is providing a taxonomy of current approaches for detecting smartphone-based malware. © 2023 IEEE.

Numerous advances and changes have been brought about by digitalization in both our daily lives and the business world. RPA is an all-purpose technology for developing specialized agents, or "bots," that communicate with GUI components to carry out routine, rule-based operations. Anyone can utilize the RPA to automate digital operations. RPA deployment in business processes can help to provide better service and guarantee that processes adhere to more efficiency and accuracy. the objective of this study is to enable human workers to assign their regular generic repetitive tasks to a software bot, freeing them up to concentrate on more challenging and difficult activities. this study presents a methodology for implementing RPA to extract employee information from the XMLpages. © 2023 IEEE.

Improving the data encryption of AES algorithm in the smart medical system is a key technology designed to protect the security and privacy of medical data. the new scheme of AES generation. After analyzing the problems of the existing S box, Based on the construction principle of the S box and the cryptographic properties, By adjusting the number of affine transformations and increasing the complexity of the affine transformation matrix, Further confusion ounding the generated S box, A new S-box is constructed;besides, In the round-key-plus phase, Generate random sequence columns using the squared residual algorithm, Replace the round key in the generation by using the generated random sequence columns, thus generating a new round-key, the comparison of the generated new S box with AES S box and other improvements in nonlinear properties, extenability of the key, confused rows of the key, etc., result display, Improved AES algorithm has better nonlinear properties, extensibility and confounding, Can effectively resist algebraic attacks. © 2024 IEEE.

Cloud servers generate a large amount of monitoring data in real-time, which is often composed of multiple time series monitoring indicators. Accurately predicting cloud load data is significant for capacity forecasting and reasonable resource allocation of cloud platforms. Multidimensional cloud load data has the characteristics of an extended period, low information density, and complex calling relationships between indicators. However, most current time series prediction algorithms perform poorly in cloud load prediction, the specific manifestation lies in the inadequate handling of cloud workload data with long-term dependencies, as well as situations involving multidimensional metrics with complex invocation relationships. this paper proposes the DR-STGNN algorithm for cloud load prediction scenarios. We designed temporal module and spatial module separately to address the challenges of long-term dependency relationships between historical and future data and complex calling relationships between indicators. A bidirectional residual structure was used to connect the modules to avoid the influence of gradient disappearance. We verified the model using the GWA-T-12 rnd trace dataset provided by Bitbrains and compared it with models such as informer, MTGNN, stemGNN, reformer, and TPA-LSTM. MAE and RMSE were used as evaluation indicators, and the results showed that DR-STGNN performed outstandingly in cloud load prediction. © 2023 Owner/Author.

As a new software system, the Intelligent Health Hut software project is characterized by exploration, creativity, and uncertainty. this makes the traditional waterfall development model unapplicable, thus allowing the agile development idea that is lighter, more flexible, and more adaptable to dynamic changes to become the preferred management mode of the project. this paper introduces the application and improvement of the Scrum method based on the agile development idea in software project management from the aspects of team building, requirements management, change management, and iterative process management, along with the characteristics of the Intelligent Health Hut software project. So as to improve the project management efficiency and project quality of Intelligent Health Hut. © 2023 IEEE.

the digital software of transportation infrastructure is the foundation of digital transportation. With the development of information technology, its software technology architecture is also evolving iteratively. Based on the status quo in the field of transportation infrastructure engineering, the core basic capabilities of the software are determined, including data aggregation and storage, data analysis and processing, engineering data delivery, engineering visualization, system integration expansion, application customization development, etc. the characteristics of the existing software architecture are studied, and the logical architecture of the transport infrastructure data software system is designed, including operation support layer, convergence storage layer, data service layer, and application service layer. In addition, the technical reference architecture and operation architecture of digital software for transport infrastructure are emphatically introduced, and the development trend of digital software architecture for transport infrastructure has been prospected. © 2023 IEEE.

the role of medical image detection and segmentation in medical treatment is increasingly prominent. It provides users with timely and accurate diagnostic and therapeutic information, thereby improving the efficiency of medical care. However, the current clinical practice often relies on medical image segmentation methods that require significant human-machine interaction, falling under the category of semi-automatic segmentation. these methods are limited by their dependence on users and face challenges regarding efficiency, accuracy, and *** address these issues, we propose an automated medical image segmentation method using advanced deep learning models. We have developed a plugin that integrates this method into open-source medical image processing software, facilitating its use by industry professionals. the results obtained from testing on medical images of different organs demonstrate the high accuracy of our automated segmentation tool, highlighting its efficiency and precision advantages. © 2024 IEEE.

thermal deformation of the motorized spindle significantly impacts the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools. the thermal expansion coefficient, a critical parameter affecting thermal deformation, is highly nonlinear, making it challenging to determine an accurate coefficient that enhances machining precision. this study proposes a thermal deformation model for the motorized spindle based on an improved Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm, aimed at optimizing the thermal expansion coefficient. Experimental studies were conducted on the motorized spindle at various rotational speeds. the results demonstrate that the thermal expansion coefficient obtained using the improved Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm yields more accurate predictions of thermal deformation, with smaller errors compared to actual measurements, than those obtained using an empirical thermal expansion coefficient. ©2024 IEEE.

the complexity of medical terminologies, variations in professional terms, and the presence of nested entities in the diabetes domain pose challenges for named entity recognition, which has been a focal point of research in intelligent medicine. To address these issues, this study proposes the Lexicon and Syntax Information Enhanced BERT (SLEBERT) model for named entity recognition in the diabetes domain. Building upon the LEBERT model, the SLEBERT model introduces contextual features and syntactic information instances. the SLEBERT model matches the sentence with external medical dictionaries to construct character-word pairs and analyzes syntactic information based on characters. the lexicon-syntax adapter then integrates character information vectors, word information vectors, and syntactic information vectors for feature fusion, which is subsequently incorporated between the initial layers of BERT. Additionally, a diabetes domain corpus dataset is constructed and annotated using the BIOE sequence labeling method. On the self-built DiaNer dataset and the CCKS2019 Chinese electronic medical record dataset, SLEBERT outperforms other comparative models in this study, demonstrating superior entity recognition performance and validating the effectiveness of this approach. © 2024 IEEE.

PWA is the short form of Progressive Web application. It is application software.
