COVID-19 is a global pandemic that has threatened the survival of humans and other living beings. COVID-19 causes illnesses varying from the very mild cold to serious health complications resulting in death. Most information technology based solutions have been implemented to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic while raising awareness in the public. However, there is a limited number of reliable and real-time applications of self-awareness on COVID-19. Currently, the globe is dealing with the COVID-19 epidemic, particularly in pursuit of economic growth in each country. therefore, an accurate, efficient automatic method to raise self-awareness by avoiding risky contacts is useful for human survival. this paper describes the automatic detection of temperature using a wearable device and an automatic alerting mechanism to inform the users of potentially risky contacts with higher temperatures nearby within a considerable time frame. COVID-Tracker produces results with high accuracy and efficiency, this is beneficial to improve self-awareness among users, to visualize potential covid clusters, and also to improve the mental health of self-isolated people. the developed application consists of four main components namely: temperature measuring band, mobile application, prediction model-based visualization dashboard and an AI bot. Based on the results reported here, developed methods can help people to achieve self-awareness of COVID-19 by avoiding risk factors early and accurately. © 2022 IEEE.

the Urban Drinking Water Supply (UDWS) systems play a vital role nowadays to support global city management, especially in the context of the fast growth of urbanization. In Europe, there is a natural conflict between urban population growth and the aging drinking water supply infrastructure. In particular, according to European standards, water should be drinkable from the taps. the requirements from these standards not only bring easement in our modern daily life but also are examining the robustness of the risk warning and control response in the UDWS system. Water quality as the key factor in the urban water supply is by default strictly regulated in the municipality management. Currently, the most common water quality control is relying on periodic tests for various quality indicators. In addition, further processing in the treatment plant, including measures and doses, is relatively fixed and weak to respond to the risk in UDWS. In order to address these problems, we propose a Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) approach for water quality risk control in UDWS systems. First, we build a case-based analysis computational scheme for the risk control in the UDWS system. then we provide our methods in feature selection and similarity evaluation between different cases. Finally, the results of an industrial case study are presented. this case is based on our data collection from the UDWS system in Oslo city in Norway. the discussion and analysis show the feasibility of this approach and practically provide decision support for water treatment actions. © 2021 IEEE.

Electronic forms are designed for different purposes, which involve personal and organizational interest and privacy. We model the content and manipulation of form-makers and form-fillers into data, information, knowledge, wisdom, and purpose (DIKWP) to ensure the fairness and justice embedded in forms among stakeholders. thereafter we use the difference among the DIKWP models to define and measure fairness and justice concerns. through manipulation on the DIKWP models, we design fairness and justice detection, evaluation and adjustment strategies in terms of data, information and knowledge equivalence and completeness, and their essential equivalence and completeness crossing DIKWP statically and dynamically. © 2021 IEEE.

Big data analytics (BDA) is a key technology that is used in a variety of corporate fields, including the welfare medical profession. In the actual world, there is no such thing as a flawless security solution for a certain activity or *** growth has provided a variety of different ways over the years that may aid in the development of unique algorithms and techniques. the potential for cyberthreats and cyberattacks grows as more consumer and organizational information is digitized and collected for data analytics. Security and tactical information are two important areas where big data analytics is anticipated to make a substantial contribution. Current security problem and tracking systems (or SIEM) systems, which typically operate with a small selection of traditional data sources like firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc., in a software system, do not adequately address security analytics in a big data context. the paper addressed the security challenges of big data analytics in social network platform. the paper also looked at the user engagement in different social media platforms. © 2022 IEEE.

Vulnerabilities in database management system (DBMS) can cause serious security problems affecting hundreds of millions of software systems. Fuzzing is an effective vulnerability mining technology, but few studies utilize neural network language model (NNLM) to fuzz DBMS. In this paper, we explore this technical roadmap and use the sequence model to automatically generate test cases to fuzz DBMS. One of the advantages of the method is that it can effectively test the DBMS in a black-box situation. We implemented our tool NNFuzz and evaluated it on SQLite. Experimental results show that NNFuzz can generate valid test cases and achieve higher code coverage than the initial training set. © 2022 IEEE.

As a key element in cloud computing, with the increasing uncertainty and complexity, task scheduling becomes more and more import. How to perform cloud scheduling effectively while safeguarding the data and information meets its bottleneck that prevents cloud computing from moving forward. In order to protect the data under being processed, this essay raises an attribute-based outsourced encryption. which enables users to pass the data on shared equipment while making the data more invisible for hackers. Meanwhile, based on the task scheduling method of deep reinforcement learning (DRL), through intention analysis, consider the user's optimization preferences in task execution, and realize the interaction with the user. reasonable scheduling is performed according to the sensitivity of the data in the task and the credibility of the cloud server. It can be seen from the test results that the algorithm has significant superiority and versatility, can improve the efficiency and security of task scheduling, and has better performance and load balance. © 2021 IEEE.

Energy preservation in wireless sensor network (WSN) is vital for prolonging the network lifetime as sensors have stringent energy constraints. Reducing energy consumption is an uphill task, and process of clustering increases network lifetime to an expected level. In this context, efficient selection of Cluster Heads (CHs) facilitates effective data distribution. In this paper, Adaptive Queuing Model-based Clustering Scheme (AQMCS) is proposed for supporting maximized energy in the network with high-energy reduction in clusters through dynamic selection that mainly explores the energy incurred during the process of data packet transmission. It specifically determines the time at which packets would arrive for the objective of minimizing transmission delay. Moreover, the proposed AQMCS approach outperforms the benchmarked mechanisms by offering 19.32% improved Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR), 17.84% enhanced throughput, 16.54% minimized delay, 15.98% reduced total energy consumption, and 17.62% minimized Packet Loss Ratio (PLR) for varying number of nodes in the network. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

A 2.4GHz class E power amplifier (PA) for new generation Bluetooth Low Energy application is designed and implemented in 22nm silicon on insulator (SOI) CMOS technology. the proposed PA is fully integrated, which has a two-stage differential structure with cascode stacking power transistors to improve the efficiency and prevent the breakdown with almost no increase in die area. S parameter simulation results show that output impedance matching S22 is less than-12.1dB in the frequency range from 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz. the power amplifier achieves a power gain of 15.9dB, output power of 4.9dBm, and a power added efficiency(PAE) of 41.5%. © 2022 IEEE.

Well-test analysis contributes to petroleum reservoir description for field development. the reservoir formation identification is the foremost step in characterizing petroleum reservoirs. this research aims to investigate the performance of evolutionary optimization assisted deep structured classifier to identify the homogeneous and fractured reservoirs. the classifier consists of OSTM-long short-term memory and dense neural networks. the hyper-parameters of the classifier have been fine tuned, using evolutionary optimization. the (GA)genetic algorithm conducts a rigorous problem space search to fine-tune the model. the proposed classifier has attained 95.53% accuracy in classifying the reservoirs and their external boundaries. An optimized classifier automatically detects the reservoir formations minimizing human efforts and costs. © 2022 IEEE.

Attributing to the significance of 21st century education, students require essential skills and competitive competence aiming them to reach thailand 4.0 scheme. the evolution of this technology plays crucial roles for students to adopt the knowledge to solve current problems in the upcoming rapid changed world. Relied on this perspective, this study endeavours to assess the effectiveness of adjusting teaching approach for enhancing knowledge integration skills of the undergraduates' group via their problem-based projects. there were 39 thai students of Mae Fah Luang University located in Chiang Rai, thailand as a sample. Besides, the three courses that students had to study together in same semester were evaluated and adjusted in this experiment. the results revealed that the improvement of teaching approach in the study had enhanced the knowledge integration of students significantly. By using a new teaching methodology, students were able to apply the theatrical contents from each course to their problem-based projects. Moreover, it also improved students' analytical skill based on reliable references and the theoretical principles learned in every course in a balanced and excellent manner. © 2022 IEEE.
