As quality-guaranteed services, such as voice and streaming services, are required over Internet, traffic engineering based on an MPLS technology is being introduced. In MPLS traffic engineering, information related with service's quality requirements is forwarded through routers on a quality-guaranteed path by an MPLS signaling protocol. Routers on the quality-guaranteed path forward traffic for the specific service under the control by its predefined quality requirements. As one of MPLS signaling protocols, RSVP-TE protocol transmits and processes periodic protocol messages for maintaining the soft state of a quality-guaranteed path. Such characteristic gives a heavy processing overhead to routers for maintaining states of large number of paths. In this paper, we implement a scalable and load-efficient RSVP-TE without dramatically increasing processing overhead. And we evaluate the processing overhead on periodic messages by implementing the RSVP-TE protocol and the reduction mechanism of periodic messages

In the semantic Web, metadata and ontology plays important roles for advanced information retrieval systems. A large amount of RDF documents for describing metadata and RDF Schema documents for representing ontology is made available. therefore, many studies to store and query metadata and ontology in RDF and RDF Schema are required. Unlike XML, RDF and RDF Schema express information resources and semantic associations between resources on the Web. And these documents can be represented based on graph model. Robustness testing is a very active research area in protocol testing. this paper starts withthe analysis of RI-Pro of BGP-4, and then builds scenario model to describe the process of route update. the new model studies the RI-Pro from the relationship of scenario units instead of the function of RI-Pro. Based on this model, we give a new specification of RI-Pro by redefining its scenario unit, expression, predicate, interface, action, and behavior. A mutation operator set for RI-Pro of BGP is presented, addressing: scenario unit, expression and interface. through specification mutating, the conflict relationships set which is used for constructing the robustness-testing case can be generated completely. All the above compose the systematic robustness testing approach. Robustness testing experiments on Cisco 7200 indicates that the error handling coverage of the negative test suite generated by this approach is increased by 48 percent, and the error-detecting capability is enhanced by 1.3 times.

iSCSI (Internet Small computer System Interface) is a block oriented storage access protocol that enables a user to recognize a remote storage as their own local block device through general TCP/IP networks. iSCSI is a proposed industry-standard that allows SCSI block I/O protocols (commands, sequences and attributes) to be sent over a network using the popular TCP/IP protocol. iSCSI uses a standard Ethernet switch and router for this kind of access, and also be used to create a storage networking system without any distance restrictions that can equally be applied to a wireless network environment. Accordingly, focusing on this applicability, the current paper presents an alternative approach to overcome the limited storage space of mobile devices based on the iSCSI initiator driver. In the health care industry the ubiquitous computing is the next technology frontier for healthcare providers. Data capture and retrieval using a PDA by physicians, nurses and allied healthcare professionals are enhancing patient care and improving efficiency. Creating a picture of what is the status of the patient relies on the collection, storage, processing and continuous analysis of large amounts of data. However, even the best information about patients is useless if it is not processed and stored. To improve the storage power of the PDA we require a virtual storage system. So our purposed aim for this paper is to provide the alternative solution of the virtual storage system for PDA such that it can become a new revolution in the health care industry.

this paper describes the fast point-based 2-D/3-D registration that will increase the registration speed of intraoperative two-dimensional (2-D) fluoroscopy and preoperative three-dimensional (3-D) CT images using GPU (graphics processing unit)-based DRR's preprocessing. Rigid 2-D/3-D registration of 2-D fluoroscopy images with 3-D CT images can be used for image-guided surgery or intraoperative navigation. X-ray fluoroscopy images provide real-time visualization. However, in general, resolution of fluoroscopy images is limited, these modalities are only 2-D and features in the front of body overlap one. Because of its drawback, three-dimensional imaging modalities such as computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging are broadly used in clinical diagnostics and treatment planning [1], these have the spatial information and high resolution, but at present their use as interventional imaging modalities has been limited. In this paper, to utilize CT information during interventional procedures, a preoperative CT scan is aligned with an intraoperative X-ray fluoroscopy image. In preprocessing procedure we generate CT-derived DRRs using graphic hardware. this method is over 150 times faster than software rendering. And for registration accuracy and speed, we propose point-based 2D-3Dregistration of phantom dataset. And to reduce computation cost, we apply point-based registration technique. Because this method leads the computation time to about one second, the registration speed is enough to apply to intervention.

Recently there have been many information extraction tasks applied to the biomedical domain, some of which contribute to extract protein-protein interactions from biomedical texts. this paper presents a new method for automatic pattern acquisition to extract protein interactions. the system automatically generates patterns by aligning sequences of tags of sentences from unlabeled corpus. To obtain a high tagging accuracy, we propose a morphology-based tagging method with a pro-tagging strategy for Brill's tagger. Our method differs from the previous pattern acquisition algorithms in the ways: First, it does not need to provide any seed word or pattern before the algorithm runs;second, we do not apply any parsing algorithm. Last, our method which is based on dynamic programming is fast.

In this paper, a new method for adaptive channel equalization is presented, which is called Knowledge-Based Adaptive Filter (in short, NBA). through the knowledge of known waveform is combined with adaptive filter technique by this method, slowly varied adaptive channel equalization is realized. Compared to the common adaptive equalizer based on predictive deconvolution, predictive error of output waveform from the equalizer and convergent rate of the adaptive filter are improved because the knowledge of known waveform is joined to NBA (knowledge-based adaptive filter). this paper conforms the validity of NBA method by the theory and the simulative results on computer.
