Software-defined network (SDN) has the advantages of decoupling the data plane and control plane and flexible centralized control. It is considered to introduce SDN technology into satellite networks. In this paper, a satellite network architecture based on SDN is proposed. Aiming at the delay problem of satellite networks, a multi-controller deployment method of improved Marine Predator Algorithm (IMPA) is proposed, which improves the updating strategy in the initial predation stage and introduces a simulated annealing algorithm to further optimize the convergence speed and accuracy of the algorithm. Simulation results show that IMPA can achieve load balancing while reducing network delay compared with MPA and HPSO. © 2022 IEEE.

the objective of Image-based Virtual Try-On (VTO) is to effectively superimpose retail clothing items onto a specific individual, creating a seamless integration between the garments and the person. Despite significant advancements in VTO (Virtual Try-On) technology, numerous techniques struggle to maintain semantic integrity, particularly when faced with difficult inputs like complicated human poses and complex clothing designs. the presence of these discrepancies undermines the overall quality of the final visual outputs, hence reducing both the user experience and the effectiveness of the Virtual Try-On (VTO) system. this study provides an in-depth investigation into the enduring problem by utilizing advanced deep learning techniques. In addition to just recognizing the obstacles, this study emphasizes a thorough comprehension derived from extensive literature reviews and practical code experiments. We aim to tackle the significant issue of preserving semantic detail in VTO applications by implementing cutting-edge techniques. this article adopts a future-oriented approach to not only illuminate current constraints but also provide a trajectory for forthcoming initiatives that seek to enhance the virtual retail domain and fully actualize the capabilities of AI-driven fashion technology. © 2023 IEEE.

there are several benefits of e-commerce websites that include cost effectiveness, convenience, flexibility, fast delivery, increase in income, etc. With these benefits, there is crucial role of e-commerce websites in business and users. However, e-commerce websites produce an overload of data, hence, Recommender Systems (RSs) provides a solution for the data overload problem. the present study, reviews different types of RSs and its pros and cons. then, it does comparative study of different types of RSs. After the review, it's concluded that collaborating filtering technique used more than all other ones in e-commerce websites. there are problems with almost all techniques including the collaborative filtering technique too. However there is a novel model proposed that fixes the collaborative filtering technique of 'cold start' at its best. © 2022 IEEE.

Wireless sensor devices, edge computing, and fog computing can transform education by improving efficiency and empowering institutions. this research paper explores the application of these technologies in educational settings and investigates their benefits, challenges, and potential solutions. Educational institutions can track classroom occupancy, ambient conditions, and student participation using wireless sensor systems. loT edge computing allows data processing and analysis at the network edge for rapid insights and decision-making. Fog computing integrates cloud resources with edge computing to support complicated computations and data storage. Wireless sensor devices, loT edge computing, and fog computing are used to optimize educational processes like resource management, student tracking, personalized learning, and campus security. Data privacy, security, scalability, and interoperability issues are studied and solutions suggested. this research shows how wireless sensor devices, loT edge computing, and fog computing may alter educational systems, helping institutions improve efficiency and empower stakeholders. © 2023 IEEE.

Text-to-SQL, the task of translating the natural language utterance into SQL, has attracted much attention recently. Under the cross-domain setting, the traditional semantic parse model is difficult to adapt to the invisible database schema. the key to being able to better handle cross-domain issues lies in the encoding method for modeling the natural language utterance and the database schema and establishing alignment between them. We propose a Graph Alignment for cross-domain Text-to-SQL (GASQL) to provide a method that unified encodes the natural language utterance and the database schema. Following the unified encoding method, we propose a well-designed graph alignment module to further learn the alignment between the natural language utterance and the database schema. We conducted experiments on the challenging Spider benchmark, and the results proved that our model can align the natural language utterance and database schema well, and achieved good results. © 2022 IEEE.

the problem with the network is one of the most daunting IT failures. Network devices must be monitor at all time. To follow up the status of all network devices are necessary for administrator to handle when things go wrong just in time;nevertheless, each network device has support by network protocol differently. Consequently, the information of the network device with different vendor may not be easily to exchanged and obtained. this work proposed a lightweight framework for retrieve the status of IP device located in local network which compatible with all existing IP devices. the proposed framework detects the status of IP device located in internal network using Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) then send the status to the public network through Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol. © 2022 IEEE.

Conventional monitoring methods for the operation status of Internet of things network equipment mainly use CBM (condition based maintenance) to obtain the early symptom characteristics of equipment, which is vulnerable to the impact of dynamic operation instructions, resulting in abnormal monitoring and early warning. therefore, a video image-based IoT network device operational status monitoring method is designed. that is to say, the video image technology is used to process the monitoring information of equipment operation status. Combined with fuzzy logic, the monitoring framework of equipment operation status of the Internet of things is constructed, and the monitoring algorithm of equipment operation status of the Internet of things is designed, thus realizing the monitoring of equipment operation status of the Internet of things. the experimental results show that the designed method for monitoring the operation status of Internet of things network equipment based on video images has a good monitoring effect, can effectively warn, has reliability, and has certain application value, and has made certain contributions to improving the operation security of Internet of things network equipment. © ICST Institute for computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering 2024.

Deep learning has revolutionized signal and image processing by enabling the creation of complex algorithms with many applications. this study examines deep learning signal and image processing optimization and hardware acceleration strategies. Experimentally evaluating stochastic gradient descent (SGD) and Adam optimization algorithms determines their convergence speed and effectiveness. We also examine how GPUs may accelerate model execution and deep learning inference. Our study reveals that deep learning optimization methodologies and platforms provide several practical challenges and trade-offs. this work may help signal and image processing researchers and practitioners design scalable and efficient solutions. Additionally, their methods illuminate deep learning. © 2024 IEEE.

Deep learning models have achieved state-of-the-art in many challenging domains, whereas it is a data-hungry method. Collecting sensitive and labelled medical data sets is challenging and costly. Recently, federated learning has been used to train a model without sharing the data at a central place for a single task. We propose a novel Multi-task federated learning (MTFL) approach to utilize the data sets of various similar kinds of tasks. We used two binary class X-ray data sets: Pneumonia disease classification and TB disease classification. We compared MTFL with federated learning for a single task and CNN with data in one place. Results show that MTFL has achieved better specificity and accuracy than other models. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.

Memristors have also become one of the most promising research hotspots for solving data storage and computing problems faced in the big data era. As an emerging electronic device, memristor has potentially important applications in information storage and processing. this paper constructs a rod-shaped TiO2-x nanoscale memristor with FTO/TiO2-x/Cu structure, whose reliability is based on the memory behavior and its conversion mechanism. Research progress including materials, preparation methods, resistive switching mechanism and application prospects are described. First, the constituent materials of memristor are introduced, focusing on metal oxides and organic materials such as titanium oxide (TiO2). the choice of these materials is critical to memristor performance and applications. Secondly, the advantages and limitations of the preparation methods are discussed. then the resistance switching mechanism of memristor was studied in depth, focusing on the generation principle and adjustment mechanism of memristor effect. these include important concepts such as charge migration, Schottky barrier formation and oxygen vacancy drift, which help to understand the electrical properties of memristors. In addition, we explore the prospects of memristors in practical applications. Finally, past and current work in this field is summarized, and the prospects and challenges of memristorrelated research are prospected. © 2023 IEEE.
