the development of communication technology enables the rapid integration of traditional industries and the Internet industry. With the impact of the current global epidemic, the online teaching platforms have become increasingly important. In order to achieve the integration of various learning resources, we design a python-based online teaching system, which consists of two modules: front-end and back-end. the former displays the information of each learning resource, and the latter provides a platform for administrators to manage the webpage. Specifically, the system adopts a cross-platform and low-cost B/S architecture, the background code utilizes the Python language, the front-end web structure employs the Django framework, and the entire construction process follows the Html5+CSS+JS standard. In addition, the system uses the PyCharm compiler and MySQL database during programming. Finally, the system passes the black-box test during the design process, demonstrating that the functions of each module can be used normally and the practicability of the system can also be guaranteed. © 2022 IEEE.

With the development of the construction industry, construction work more and more tends to mechanization, automation, and intelligence. the appearance of handling robots greatly improves the handling efficiency and reduces the cost. Even though great efforts have been made on motion pattern recognition for handling robots, the existing methods still have some shortcomings. Previous studies are all used for motion pattern recognition, each input is processed separately, which cuts off the time continuity between the latter data and the former data. To this end, in this paper, we first emphasize the importance of temporal correlation between data in the field of motion pattern recognition and devise an LSTM based method to ease the issue above. Finally, we use Softmax to effectively calculate the classification results of data potential features and temporal information. Compared with traditional machine learning models and popular neural network models, extensive experiments on real-world datasets demonstrate the effect of our framework is superior to the baselines, thus providing novel perspectives to the building automation industry. © 2022 IEEE.

Machine vision is more and more widely used in the field of intelligent transportation. In view of the deficiency of traditional gate sensor recognition system in detecting gate skipping events, an evolutionary neural network based on machine vision is proposed to detect gate skipping behavior(skip the gate to avoid buying tickets). this method extracts four eigenvalues based on the changes of picture pixel values and template matching rate at the gate when the gate skipping event occurs, and then classifies the eigenvalues based on the improved evolutionary neural network by using the global search ability of mind evolutionary algorithm and the strong generalization of BP neural network to determine whether the gate skipping event occurs. the experimental results show that the improved evolutionary neural network algorithm can effectively detect the gate skipping event. It has the advantages of good accuracy, no additional sensors and low cost, and has a good engineering application prospect. © 2022 IEEE.

Generations born in the modern period have an obligation to fully use the potential of the Internet. One of the most widely used aspects of the internet is email. the most essential need is the availability of standard Internet features. Even though there are many screen readers available, those who are blind or visually impaired still have trouble using the internet. therefore, this article's goal is to provide them with a voice to rely on. Voice help is not limited to only email;many commonplaces but essential apps, such as calculators and music players, also provide this feature. this paper describes a systematic literature review of automatic email system for blind peoples using voice commands. the face recognition is the techniques involves for authentication and then voice to text API works for transformation of data. Finally, we demonstrate the challenges of various existing system and scope for future direction with innovative computer vision techniques. © 2023 IEEE.

this paper suggests using Mahalanobis distance to regenerate a new whale position to increase the performance of the whale optimization algorithm. Learning from previous evolutionary searches allows the probability parameters to be self-adapted. the suggested approach was compared to the classical whale optimization algorithm (WOA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), and differential evolution algorithm (DE) on 11 well-known benchmark functions. the results of the experiments showed that the proposed algorithm was effective in solving optimization problems. © 2022 IEEE.

It is important to understand seismicity in West Java, Indonesia, which lies within the Pacific Ring of Fire and is prone to seismic events. We analyze data from earthquakes that occurred between September 2022 and September 2023. We use the K-medoids clustering method to organize the data into clusters with medoids as central representatives. this provides deeper insights into the patterns of seismic activity. As a result, we identified K=15 as the optimal number of clusters through the silhouette and Dunn index. this segmentation provided a very effective solution. In particular, the K-medoids revealed significant seismic clusters in West Java, which has implications for earthquake monitoring and hazard assessment in the region. © 2023 IEEE.

Data in form of images is available everywhere in abundance. these images may always not be seeming to give all the relevant information from the naked eye. Many techniques have developed over time, to improve the quality of images substantially. the results have been hopeful and visually appealing. this paper aims to review the neural network techniques used in image processing to improve the visual quality of the image. the study gives an insight about the existing neural network architectures available especially the GANs architecture, and various performance metrics involved with respect to image quality. this work also discusses the probable future work in the area of image enhancement using Neural Networks and GANs. © 2022 IEEE.

the aim of this study is to design an innovative system that leverages on-chip Internet of things (IoT) and deep learning technologies for the identification of Ayurvedic raw materials. the system employs an ESP32-CAM module that possesses on-chip processing capabilities to immediately capture high-quality photos on the device, therefore addressing crucial concerns regarding the validity and quality of these materials. these photos are analyzed using robust on-chip deep learning algorithms that were trained on a large dataset of 4,500 photos from 15 different classifications. To increase the accuracy of their input material classification, the models use advanced preprocessing approaches to extract important aspects including form, color, and texture. this method ensures the precise identification of resources, which not only encourages sustainable harvesting techniques but also guarantees the quality and safety of Ayurvedic goods. this approach greatly increases the efficacy and dependability of Ayurvedic therapies by fusing innovative technology with conventional medical procedures. this has a huge positive impact on both practitioners and patients. © 2024 IEEE.

Within the theoretical framework of Naive Bayes(NB), Iterative Bayes(IB), as an important variant, was proposed to alleviate the attribute interdependence problem based on output adjustment technique and shows certain performance enhancement. However, like NB, IB also suffers from biased classification and poor robustness against noise on class imbalanced data. To address these problems, cost-sensitive learning is introduced, and by assigning fuzzy-membership values to training data, we propose a class of Fuzzy Weighted Iterative Bayes algorithms (FWIB-CE, FWIB-HE, FWIB-CL-HL) to integrate more prior information from the sample distribution. the experimental results on ten typical imbalanced datasets show our methods have significant outperformance over NB and IB under G-mean evaluation in classification and have higher robustness against noise interference. © 2022 IEEE.
