One of the research topics in machine learning is incremental machine learning. the ever-increasing data size and variety in response to the limited memory and processing power make incremental learning approaches mandatory. In this study, focal changes in the data are determined for incremental classification algorithms by defining the general framework of the incremental machine learning approach. In addition, along with the theoretical definition of incremental machine learning, the existing machine learning algorithms that are suitable for incremental machine learning are defined. It is mentioned that in terms of which features of these algorithms are suitable for incremental learning. this study provides a detailed definition for researchers who will work on incremental machine learning issues, as well as defines the incremental classification characteristics and gives information about the focus changes in the data. © 2022 IEEE.

Multimodal Named Entity Recognition (MNER) is a vision-language task aimed at detecting the scope of entities and determining their types in given text-image pairs. Although existing MNER models have made some progress, they often encounter issues like mismatched feature dimensions and inconsistent feature representations when interacting with text sequences. this makes it difficult to bridge the semantic gap between images and text. therefore, this paper proposes a multimodal named entity recognition method based on multiperspective contrastive learning (MPCL-NER). Initially, the ALBERT pretrained language model and the ViT visual model are used to extract features from text and images, respectively. Based on this, image feature representations are enhanced through multi-perspective contrastive learning, which also promotes the integration of image and text information. Finally, the two types of features are merged through a multi-head adaptive attention mechanism and a gated fusion mechanism. this is followed by entity tagging with a CRF (Conditional Random Field) decoder. Experimental results show that this method outperforms other baseline methods on the public dataset Twitter-2017, achieving an F1 score of 86.11%, demonstrating the effectiveness of this approach. © 2024 IEEE.

In the field of electric power routing inspection, the drone electric power routing inspection method can better break through the limitations of human routing inspection and manned helicopter routing inspection, and can be used for fine routing inspection, fixed-point routing inspection and range routing inspection. the existing drone routing inspection video object recognition has the problem of misjudging the recognition of the same type and the same model of equipment state in different scenes. To address the above problems, this paper proposes a histogram video image feature extraction method based on rotation-invariant HOG (Histogram of Oriented Gradients), and further realizes the accurate recognition of objects in the routing inspection process under deep convolutional neural network. the experiments have shown that the recognition accuracy rate of 14 types of objects such as even pressure ring, anti-vibration hammer, tower end of hanging hammer string, sub conductor spacer bar, damaged part of insulator, insulator string, heavy hammer and attached gold tools commonly found in power routing inspection is not less than 75%, and the recognition accuracy of some objects can reach 97%, which has good practical value. © 2022 IEEE.

Spoken text disfluency detection is an important component of speech computer recognition systems, and its goal is to effectively identify and remove spoken phenomena such as repetition, pauses, corrections and redundancy contained in AI speech recognition text data, thereby making spoken text data more concise and increasing the readability of its text data, and the technology helps to improve the correctness of computer language information processing tasks. However, in computer science or in linguistics, research on computer language disfluency detection techniques for modern Chinese word classes is almost in an academic gap. Based on a qualitative and quantitative analysis of 50, 000 items of Chinese conference corpus, this study defines what is non-sentence elements in modern Chinesen and using the spoken language corpus, established a reference model for computer processing of disfluency detection components. © 2022 SPIE. In addition, the structure of software and linguistic support for the creation of the first Uzbek synonymous program is discussed. the initial successes and shortcomings of the program were noted, and promising ways of its development are discussed. © 2022 IEEE.

Vehicle detection and tracking is a popular research topic in Intelligent Transportation Systems. the goal of this paper is to detect, identify, and track vehicles in surveillance camera footage in order for them to be extracted efficiently and accurately. You Only Look Once version 4 (YOLOv4) algorithm is used in this paper to propose a real-time vehicle detection and tracking system. the suggested system has been evaluated using a variety of measures, including accuracy, precision, and recognition recall. For the experimental data, the system attained an accuracy of 96.30 percent and an overall accuracy of 94.17 percent. the results reveal that the suggested system successfully tracks vehicles in the scene. © 2022 IEEE.

the positive of the Covid-19 pandemic is being a catalyst for the company's digital transformation plan. However, the targets set have not been achieved with the increasing demand for digitizing business processes and not being matched by increased resources. this research is focused on the IT projects that became quick wins for the information technology Division, which experienced delays in the middle of the year, but the target can still be achieved at the end of the year. this research aims to analyze the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) of information technology projects in a National Shipping Company. the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used in this research to determine the ranking of the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) found so that company can set priorities in making decisions and project success can be achieved. Based on the analysis, the top three success factors that become the highest priority are User Involvement, IT Readiness, and Top Management Commitment & Support. In contrast, the bottom three success factors with the lowest priority are Trends, Hardware/Software Selection, and Change Management. © 2022 IEEE.

this paper presents the design and proposal of vehicle identification and classification sensing mechanism using fiber-optic distributed acoustic sensing (DAS). the seismic signatures of strategic-cum-domestic vehicles were made to interact with the embedded optical fibers and the acquired backscattered optical data was processed for feature extraction. the vehicle type was identified through the signal processing using a deep learning approach resulting in a novel and intelligent vehicle identification platform. Data denoising was performed using various time-series mining algorithms with at least 500 epochs to test the model accuracy. this fully automated and end-to-end simulated sensing system used an asymmetric generative adversarial network (GAN) for denoising the time series data resulting in the training and testing accuracy of 73.63% and 69.5% respectively. the model can also be employed to measure the real-time speed and position of the vehicle. © 2022 IEEE.

In the space-air-ground integrated network (SAGIN) based on identifier mapping protocol (IDP), IDP separates user space and network space apart, which is difficult for traditional networks to accomplish. the communication quality and topology between satellites change rapidly in the actual environment, so high-quality satellite communication requires satellite nodes to process data packets with a lower delay. However, the previous software-based implementation scheme is limited by Von Neumann Architecture, which is hard to greatly reduce the processing delay. Not all the content in the IDP stack needs to be processed flexibly, so that FPGA can be used for accelerating the parts with high locality and repetitiveness. To provide lower latency for identifier mapping in future deployment, this paper proposes an FPGA-based identifier mapping module design, which hardwareizes the mapping process and demapping process between IP address and the routing identifier (RID) in the identifier switch router (IDSR) deployed on the satellite. Meanwhile, to further shorten the average processing delay, this design adopts Least-Recently-Used (LRU) algorithm for optimization. this paper describes the framework of the design in detail, and the experiment results in the emulation environment prove that the mapping processing delay of the FPGA-based identifier mapping module design is able to provide a lower delay for IDSR in SAGIN. © 2022 IEEE.
