the World Health Organization has classified COVID-19 as a pandemic virus at this time. the conditions posed significant challenges for every nation on the planet, notably with the preparations made for health care and the lengthy reactions required. Because of the sudden rise in the number of infections due to COVID-19 disease and the limited resources for detecting it has become requisite to develop an artificial intelligence-based system for determining the COVID-19 disease. An increasing number of people throughout the world are testing positive for COVID-19 every day. A rapid and accurate identification of COVID-19 is a time-sensitive prerequisite for preventing and controlling the pandemic by means of appropriate isolation and medical treatment. the significance of the current work lies in its discussion of the overview of the deep learning approaches with diagnostic imaging. this includes topics such as various deep learning models and its impact in efficiently detecting the virus transmitted indications. © 2022 IEEE.

this research work intends to develop a secure voting system, which uses iris recognition and Hough transformation to make sure that the voting process is safe and reliable. the main processes involved in the proposed system are, obtaining iris image as input, recognizing and authenticating the iris, and finally casting a vote. the iris image acquisition module uses a camera to capture a picture of the voter's iris. the iris recognition and authentication module compares the image of the voter's iris to the database to make sure that the voter is who they say they are. the voting module lets a voter who has already been verified vote in a safe way. Hough transformation helps make the system more secure by getting rid of any strange iris images and lowering the risk of fraud. the proposed system was tested on a set of 500 images of iris, and it worked well and was hard to trick. this system could make voting systems safer and more accurate, boost voter confidence in the voting process, and help make sure elections are fair and open. © 2023 IEEE.

there are still instances where an individual fails to correctly use a face mask, giving them a false sense of security. In a pandemic, automated systems for monitoring public health safety are critical. this research aims to develop an embedded system that uses lightweight CNN models to detect the condition of people's face masks. the method works by employing a camera to capture the faces. It will then determine if the recognized faces in the photos are wearing their face masks appropriately or incorrectly, displayed on an LCD monitor. the trained models performed admirably, with MobileNetV2 achieving 97 percent accuracy. the NasNetMobile model fared the lowest, with an overall accuracy of 92 percent. However, it is still higher than 90%. © 2022 IEEE.

Compared to conventional methods of collaborative filtering for recommendations, algorithms that employ matrix factorization are adept at tackling the challenge of sparse data and enhancing the performance of recommendation processes. However, matrix factorization algorithms still have the drawback of not fully utilizing user feature information. To address this, we propose the TransH-MF model. this approach incorporates graph representation learning techniques grounded in matrix factorization. Initially, the TransH graph representation learning algorithm is utilized to project both entities and their relationships into a space, whose vector dimension is lower. Subsequently, the derived vectors are employed to assess the semantic proximity between entities. Ultimately, this proximity data is merged into the process of solving the optimal matrix factorization result. Experiments on the more recent public movielens-latest dataset have proven that the TransH-MF model outperforms the single matrix factorization in regard to both MAE and RMSE metrics. © 2024 SPIE.

As more and more people use various social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter, the amount of data that is available there has been growing daily. these platforms allows users to interact with numerous communities and *** data is collected from twitter. Because Twitter data is so heavily unstructured, it is challenging to evaluate. the major goal of this article is to perform sentiment analysis to calculate different levels of polarity of sentiment like positive, negative and neutral and then topic modelling is performed based on different machine learning techniques like logistic regression, Support vector machines, K-Nearest Neighbors, and Decision trees on digital India. Many evaluation criteria, including Precision, Recall, f-score, and Accuracy were used to evaluate the output from these models. Also, this model performs well when extracting texts from Twitter directly for decision trees and logistic regression with accuracy 95.63%. © 2023 IEEE.

Docker and Kubernetes have recently dominated the whole cloud-native technology ecosystem and speeded up the containerization process of workflows. By optimizing the task scheduling order, workflow scheduling algorithms signifi-cantly improve the execution efficiency of workflows. However, existing works do not support workflow scheduling following the optimized task scheduling order on Kubernetes. How to ensure the consistency of workflow scheduling algorithms and Kubernetes scheduler in task scheduling order is challenging. In this paper, we propose a Containerized Workflow Builder (CWB) for Kubernetes, a framework able to implement con-tainerization of workflows in a two-level scheduling scheme and connect workflow scheduling algorithms to Kubernetes, ensuring the consistency of the task scheduling order. It uses the Informer component to watch the underlying resource events of Kubernetes, providing the event trigger mechanism to respond to event callback in real-time and implement containerization of workflows by the Client-go package. Experimental results show that our proposed CWB ensures the consistency of the workflow scheduling algorithms and Kubernetes scheduler in the task scheduling order. Compared with the state-of-the-art, the CWB achieves better performance in terms of average task pod execution time, average workflow lifecycle, and resource usage rate. © 2021 IEEE.

the modern power system has developed into a cyber-physical system with the incorporation of smart meters, Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs), extensive area monitoring, control systems and substation automation. False Data Injection Attack (FDIA) has gained popularity in Cyber-Physical Power System (CPPS). In particular, there is an increasing need to examine the possible behavior of adversaries to enhance the cybersecurity nature of CPPS but the FDIA model is frequently built on the effects of attacker or the effect of attack. therefore, this study presents an Intelligent False Data Injection Attack Detection using Soft computing (IFDIAD-SD) technique in the CPPS environment. the aim of the IFDIAD-SD technique is the effectual recognition and classification of FDIAs in the CPPS environment. In the IFDIAD-SD method, fuzzy min-max normalization is used to scale the input data. For FDIA detection and classification, convolutional neural network with autoencoder (CNN-AE) method is applied. At final stage, the multiverse optimization (MVO) technique is used to optimally select the parameter values of the CNN-AE model. A series of experiments were implemented for identifying the superior performance of the IFDIAD-SD technique. the comprehensive comparative result analysis revealed the supremacy of the IFDIAD-SD method when compared to other models. © 2023 IEEE.

Internet of things (IoT) has only recently come into existence. Since the inception of IoT, the majority of IoT studies, have been on a strategic level, including planning, architecture, standardization, and the most recent technology. Risk management strategies studies on IoT are still sparse. In this paper, the author covered the difficulties with privacy and security encountered when constructing IoT networks. Security recommendations by various researchers are also emphasized. Over the past many years, healthcare monitoring systems in hospitals and other health facilities have experienced enormous expansion, and wireless healthcare monitoring devices with a variety of technologies have attracted significant interest in many countries across the world. While the Internet of things (IoT) has played a crucial role in the transmission of healthcare data, it also poses security issues to the patient-specific health information needed for remote medical treatment. the majority of currently published security solutions for healthcare data are not concentrated on data flow from IoT sensor devices implanted on a patient's body through network routers to doctor's offices. © 2022 IEEE.

Even though sociolinguistic and psycholinguistic studies demonstrate that the qualities of the speaker and the intended audience have an impact on the message that is transmitted, the majority of NLP models used today assume language as universal. the difficulty of sentiment analysis, often known as opinion mining, in natural language processing (NLP) is one that is currently being faced. It's also challenging for people to share their ideas on websites like Facebook, Twitter, and Yelp since innovation has grown dramatically. Social media's widespread use has resulted in a huge volume of data generation, including evaluations, comments, and opinions. Researchers claim that the phrase, document, aspect, and user levels are the foundations for sentiment analysis. this data requires more time to analyse and is challenging to process. Due to an uptick in bank fraud, improved bank security is now a matter of personal security in today's rapidly developing world. Lockers at banks have traditionally been safe places to keep important papers, jewellery, and other assets, but incidents like robberies have created a security risk, and banks have denied any responsibility for the loss of customer property. Even though the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has mandated new procedures and policies to ensure the security of bank vaults, users will still need to manually operate their lockers with keys. this article proposes a two-tiered bank security system that makes use of an IoT-based controller, with the RBI's plan and the need for locker safety as its primary considerations. Using biometrics and a one-time password, this method prioritizes security. It eliminates the need for keys and passwords. the prototype was developed, and the final system successfully combines a controller, GSM technology, and biometrics to provide two-factor identification for locking the lockers. Two-tiered security systems for bank lockers are the subject of this piece, which details their introduction and execution. © 2023 IEEE.
