Secure authentication is a fundamental problem in any network. the size of networks within homes is rapidly increasing with the number of devices each person is now using. there is a need to develop a secure authentication technique that is versatile to different types of devices. In this paper, we review and analyze authentication techniques using reinforcement learning. three techniques are reviewed in detail. the application area of these techniques is online money transactions. there are some issues with the existing methods, such as a lack of data confidentiality and vulnerability to insider attacks. To tackle these problems, we propose EAARL, Enhanced Adaptive Authentication based on Reinforcement Learning, implement it for an IoT application and provides a novel solution to the abovementioned problems. We use elliptic curve cryptography and reinforcement learning, which makes this solution unique. the implementation of this scheme is performed using Jupyter notebooks and Python 3.7. © 2022 IEEE.

this study presents an Internet of things (IoT) based approach to monitor sound level and air quality at various locations. the proposed system employs a NodeMCU with an integrated Wi-Fi module and requisite sensors to track the sound level and air quality index (AQI) at specific sites. the system is capable of measuring variables such as humidity and temperature, in addition to the AQI and sound level, at the site. LM393 sound sensor is utilized for sound detection, DHT-11 sensor module for temperature and humidity monitoring, and MQ-135 gas sensor for air quality measurement. thingSpeak's cloud platform and cloud technology are employed to store the collected data. the user is promptly notified via SMS when the air quality and sound level exceed a predetermined threshold. Furthermore, the end user is kept informed of environmental factors such as temperature and humidity to enable appropriate action. © 2023 IEEE.

Generations born in the modern period have an obligation to fully use the potential of the Internet. One of the most widely used aspects of the internet is email. the most essential need is the availability of standard Internet features. Even though there are many screen readers available, those who are blind or visually impaired still have trouble using the internet. therefore, this article's goal is to provide them with a voice to rely on. Voice help is not limited to only email;many commonplaces but essential apps, such as calculators and music players, also provide this feature. this paper describes a systematic literature review of automatic email system for blind peoples using voice commands. the face recognition is the techniques involves for authentication and then voice to text API works for transformation of data. Finally, we demonstrate the challenges of various existing system and scope for future direction with innovative computer vision techniques. © 2023 IEEE.

In the modern digital generation, clickstream data analytics is a crucial component of online selling and purchasing platforms. It offers useful information for enhancing user experience, conversion rates, website design, and keeping track of the success of digital marketing efforts. A data warehouse is required to store and analyze clickstream data, which requires a lengthy and complex ETL process. Two of the leading large data processing tools and distributed streaming systems are Spark and Kafka. this paper presents a comprehensive examination of recent research pertaining to clickstream data analytics, real-time data visualization, data lifecycle management utilizing Apache technologies. Based on the review, the paper proposes an architecture that can aid organizations and local merchants in effectively visualizing the performance of their products. this paper provides a valuable resource for researchers and practitioners seeking to explore the latest developments in their future work. © 2023 IEEE.

the goal of this study is to create a facial recognition-based automatic attendance tracking system. We suggested a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method for this system's real-time recognition and identification of many faces. For face embedding and identification, we use the FaceNet model, which has demonstrated outstanding performance in recent research. the suggested method uses a camera to take pictures of people, then extracts face traits and compares them to the database of registered users. the recognition of registered individuals is used to record attendance. the proposed system's accuracy is 75%. For single faces, the accuracy of Facenet and VGG-16 are 99.20% and 51.30% *** system can be used in a number of places, including companies, colleges, and schools, where keeping track of attendance is crucial for administrative reasons. the automated attendance monitoring process of the suggested system can greatly reduce human error and save time. Furthermore, recognizing unwanted visitors helps improve the facility's security and safety. © 2023 IEEE.

With the rapid development of computer network technology, cyberspace security has received more and more attention. As an important means of ensuring cyberspace security, intrusion detection technology has also developed rapidly in recent years. Machine learning is improving the efficiency of the intrusion detection and reducing the false positive. this paper is mainly divided into three parts. the first part briefly introduces the application process and common data sets of machine learning methods in the field of intrusion detection, and conducts an in-depth analysis of the application of traditional machine learning algorithms in intrusion detection. the second part expounds the specific application of deep learning as a subfield of machine learning in intrusion detection. In this part, according to the classification of generative model, recognition models and hybrid models, it is found that the intrusion detection system based on deep learning generally has a higher detection rate, which can make up for the defects of machine learning algorithm. the third part summarizes the full text and makes an outlook on the future development direction of intrusion detection technology. © 2022 IEEE.

this paper describes the problem of predicting the occurrence of West Nile Virus (WNV) in mosquitoes in the city of Chicago. Each year, from late May to early October, mosquito traps are set up across the city, and the mosquitoes collected in the traps are tested for the presence of WNV. the goal of this is to predict where and when different races of mosquitoes will test positive for the WNV based on climate, area, and testing information. A more accurate prediction method could help the city allocate resources more effectively towards preventing transmission of this potentially dangerous infection. this paper includes a literature review of previous studies on the transmission of WNV and the vectorial capacity of mosquitoes. the paper also provides details on the data collection process, including the mosquito trapping, testing, and spray data, as well as the weather data. © 2023 IEEE.

Street Lighting System is a crucial part of society's amenities and environment. Today's systems consume enormous amounts of electrical energy, for the automation of switches on/off of street lights. this results in a huge loss of energy and money at the same time which needs an efficient system to be developed. We propose a Smart Lighting System which replaces the traditional timer and photocell-based street lighting and outdoor lighting control. It is a complete integrated solution consisting of a Zigbee-based Node integrated with every street light fixture or outdoor lighting fixture, and operating software that uses a Master-Slave concept to control every Node (Slave) from the coordinator module (Master). With energy-saving initiatives, putting the latest technologies in use, this system has the potential to save energy as well as be an effective adaptable way of constructing a lighting system. the system will be deployed on a cloud platform through which the application is remotely accessible. © 2023 IEEE.

the abrupt shift in world events has badly harmed many sectors. One of the most important areas of the educational industry is where many educational institutions have selected online learning platforms. It has expanded the distance between teachers and students, the recent polls on student academic engagement, indicates that students are more engaged in classroom instruction than in studying. Even though most teachers are conversant with online educational technology, student and teacher participation in online classrooms has been lacking. In this scenario, the tool is valuable for determining how the student has been listening to the entire class and for assessing the student's conduct and delivering a report based on it. the primary objective of this article is to develop a self-sufficient agent capable of supplying instructors and students with knowledge. the level of student engagement is substantially correlated with critical thinking and subject-specific grades. this study includes the addition of zoom to the current virtual meeting platform. © 2023 IEEE.

In this era, it is a big challenge to classify the data and to extract the knowledge from the large-scale data according to the demand in different fields which is exhaustive in the digital world. Data being created by the internet, health... care, agriculture, financial, marketing, automotive industries, geo-information, and other sources at a very large- scale become big data. To discover the knowledge form the data, we need to use adaptive framework that uses optimal classification or regression machine learning algorithms. Our aim in this paper is to study, and analyze novel approaches of machine learning algorithms that are previously applied, analyzed by different researchers/ authors/ scholars for knowledge discovery. Our purpose is to review and select an efficient classification or regression algorithm so that we can introduce an adaptive framework in our future research. this review paper will be the milestone for new researchers/ scholars in the field of machine learning and knowledge discovery. © 2022 IEEE.
