Currently, the research prospect of deep learning applied to data prefetching in multi-core architectures are very broad. In order to give full play to the performance of parallel computing in multi-core processor systems, based on an in-depth discussion of the research of multi-core cache prefetching neural network model based on deep learning, a new deep learning model is constructed by introducing Convolutional Neural Network (Text CNN) and CBAM (Convolutional Block Attention Module) attention layer and utilizing Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) parallel computing. the model is able to operate efficiently in multi-core architectures and effectively predict data access patterns to improve the accuracy and efficiency of data prefetching, thus optimizing the performance of the overall system. In order to evaluate the performance improvement of the improved model in cache prefetching in a multi-core processor system, multiple sets of experiments were conducted for comparative analysis. Experimental results compared with Voyager, the improved model improves the prefetching page and offset accuracies by 5.5% and 5.3%, respectively, and the overall accuracy is improved by 5.8%, the loss rate is reduced by 1.5%, the coverage rate is improved by 8.4%, and the F1 score value is improved by 0.07, which indicates that the improved model achieves a significant enhancement in cache prefetching effectiveness. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). the construction of new engineering disciplines and the "Double Tops" initiative have put forward new requirements for the training of engineering professionals. Taking the course of C language programming as an example, this paper analyzes the pain points in current course teaching, combines the characteristics of students’ learning situation, takes students as the center, and based on the knowledge graph, an effective tool for organizing resources, carries out a modular teaching practice of C language programming design under the constructivist learning paradigm. Integrating the OBE (Outcomes-Based Education) concept into teaching, it enhances students’ practical ability, cultivates their computational thinking, and highlights the training of students’ ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems and creative thinking. the exploration and practice of this course teaching can provide reference and reference for the teaching design of other programming courses. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

this study focuses on a corpus of 1, 585 journal papers related to physical education from the CNKI database, uses CiteSpace software to perform an in-depth analysis of data associated with physical education research. By constructing a knowledge graph, the study systematically categorizes information on the volume of published papers of physical education research in China, their provincial distribution, and the main journals that publish such studies, presenting a comprehensive overview of the prolific institutions, authors, and collaborations. this approach provides substantial data support for gaining a deeper understanding of the current state of physical education research in China. the findings reveal that the annual number of published journal papers in this field has generally maintained a stable upward trend. the provincial distribution of contributing institutions is dominated by regions such as Jiangsu and Hunan, with the main journals that carry these papers also concentrated in these regions. the most prolific institutions and authors are mainly composed of sports universities and their faculty members. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

the advancement of YOLO and similar computer vision models represents a technological era that could revolutionize numerous aspects of day-to-day life, including traffic management. this study explores the feasibility of utilizing YOLOv8 for pedestrian detection and counting to control traffic light timing sequences at isolated pedestrian crossings. By employing the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B with a camera module, real-time pedestrian video data can be captured and processed through YOLOv8. For the hardware, three LEDs and a Dot Matrix Module replicate conventional traffic light signals and timing, effectively simulating a traffic light system. the capabilities of the custom YOLOv8 model are evaluated through pedestrian detection accuracy, calculated by percentage error across twenty samples. Results reveal an average percent error of 7.33%, indicating 92.67% accuracy in pedestrian detection and counting. these findings underscore the model’s competence for pedestrian-based adaptive traffic light control, highlighting its potential to enhance practicality and safety at pedestrian crossings by dynamically adjusting signal timings based on real-time pedestrian activity. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

With the rapid development of information technology, personalized education recommendation systems have gained widespread attention and rapid development in China’s education sector. these systems provide customized learning resources and course recommendations to meet the individual needs of different students by analyzing their learning behaviors, preferences, and performance. this study comprehensively searched 45, 623 literatures from 2002 to 2022, focusing on the current status, key technologies, and application practices of educational recommendation systems in China. It first investigates the basic deep learning recommendation methods used in current personalized learning recommendation systems, and then summarizes the current status of machine learning techniques applied in personalized learning recommendation systems for higher education in China. Finally, through a comprehensive analysis of the existing literature, we discuss the current challenges and future development direction of China’s educational recommendation systems, and put forward improvement suggestions for domestic educational recommendation systems, aiming to fill the research gaps and promote technological progress and innovation. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

With the proliferation of various mobile smart devices, edge computing and computational offloading technologies have emerged as pivotal support mechanisms, enhancing the service quality of these devices. To facilitate the learning of task offloading strategies across diverse and complex scenarios, this study introduces a federated learning strategy algorithm based on multi-agent deep reinforcement learning. this algorithm aims to aggregate the training strategies of multiple edge computing devices, thereby enabling the synthesis of superior task offloading strategies tailored to a wide array of environments while also providing safeguards against malicious nodes. this paper specifically examines the reward inversion attack, illustrating the algorithm’s capability to identify and counteract such malicious threats effectively. Experimental results validate that the proposed algorithm not only robustly defends against these attacks but also adeptly learns the task offloading strategies pertinent to each node. © the Author(s) 2025.

this review examines the aging mechanisms and performance decline of lithium-ion batteries under various conditions, focusing on temperature effects, charge/discharge efficiency, and operational limits. It covers high-temperature aging and its impact on the solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) layer, as well as thermal runaway risks. Low-temperature aging is also discussed, emphasizing reversible capacity loss, increased resistance, and lithium plating. the review addresses degradation from overcharge/overdischarge scenarios and explores coulombic efficiency (CE) degradation and its link to capacity loss.
