Currently, deploying convolutional neural networks on mobile devices faces challenges such as high computational resource consumption, excessive energy usage, and large model sizes. In response to these issues, this paper proposes a reusable FPGA hardware accelerator architecture based on overlapped data streams for the YOLOv5 target recognition network. Firstly, adjustments and quantization are applied to the network structure and parameters. Secondly, dedicated acceleration units are designed for each operator in the network. In addition, various strategies such as parallel computing, loop tiling, loop restructuring, and hardware-software co-design are also utilized. the results of this experiment were validated on the self-made cattle posture dataset's test set. the findings indicate that this approach achieves a computational performance of 12.24 GFLPS on the ZYNQ7Z030 platform, with a design power consumption of 3.35 W, an efficiency of 3.65 GOPS/W, and an energy efficiency ratio 28 times that of the R7-6800H CPU and 3 times that of the RTX2060 GPU. © 2024 IEEE.

Sentence-Ievel embedding is essential for various tasks that require understanding natural language. Many studies have explored such embeddings for high-resource languages like English. However, low-resource languages like Bengali (a language spoken by almost two hundred and thirty million people) are still under-explored. this work introduces two lightweight sentence transformers for the Bangla language, leveraging a novel cross-lingual knowledge distillation approach. this method distills knowledge from a pre-trained, high-performing English sentence transformer. Proposed models are evaluated across multiple downstream tasks, including paraphrase detection, semantic textual similarity (STS), and Bangla hate speech detection. the new method consistently outperformed existing Bangla sentence transformers. Moreover, the lightweight architecture and shorter inference time make the models highly suitable for deployment in resource-constrained environments, making them valuable for practical NLP applications in low-resource languages. © 2024 IEEE.

Blockchain technology has become a popular technology since the introduction of WWW. With the introduction of Blockchain 2.0 and Blockchain 3.0 the limited applications of Blockchain increased exponentially. the efficient implementation of blockchain requires a lot of energy and computational resources, wherein the backend of the consensus algorithm implementation makes it power hungry. Anomaly detection aims to distinguish abnormal samples from normal ones. In this paper, only a limited number and types of anomaly samples are assumed to be available in the training set while most types of anomaly samples cannot be obtained. To effectively utilize this incomplete anomaly information, we introduce GMMAD. In order to get a good representation of samples, we first extract two different scale feature maps from the pre-trained ResNet, then use the fusion module to fuse the maps. Among the fusion module, the projector aims to project the larger maps into the same size as the smaller ones, then the maps are concatenated and fed into an integrator to produce final representations. the Gaussian Mixture Model is employed to characterize the distribution of normal features, whose parameters are updated according to the negative log-likelihood, and then it is used to guide the fusion module to output distinct features to detect anomalies. through iterative training of the GMM and the fusion module, our approach effectively utilizes incomplete anomaly information to detect anomalies. Experiments on three medical datasets have shown that with only a limited number and types of anomalies, GMMAD outperforms existing methods in detecting anomalies. © 2024 IEEE.

this paper addresses the issue of determining the optimal values for rotational inertia J and damping coefficient D in traditional virtual synchronous generator (VSG) technology, which can lead to poor system dynamic performance. To enhance the transient stability of the system, this paper proposes a VSG control strategy based on adaptive parameters and a droop strategy. Firstly, the paper establishes a mathematical model of the VSG control scheme to analyse the relationship between the active dynamic response characteristics of the system and the J and D. Secondly, the paper combines the adaptive parameter optimisation algorithm with the droop control strategy to optimise the VSG control strategy. Finally, the paper conducts simulation experiments using MATLAB/Simulink to compare the control effects of fixed-parameter VSG control, adaptive VSG control, and the proposed control strategy. the experiments focus on power fluctuation suppression and frequency oscillation recovery in the case of active power perturbation. the results verify the feasibility of the proposed control strategy. © 2024 IEEE.

the Social Area networking Platform (S ANP) is a rapidly developing technology that allows users to meet friends, family, and others, who share their interests and express their personal feelings. the potential privacy threats include, Paedophilia, identity theft, spoofing, data breaches, the Koob face worm, phishing, and evil twin attacks. these attacks are major threat to user privacy information. Many people are not aware of the risks of impersonation. To avoid this, it is necessary to understand social network privacy concerns. this scenario includes a study of social network privacy concerns, as well as hazards and risks from recent events. this study significantly contributes to the classification of dangers and categorization of frauds relevant to social networks. Following the completion of a comprehensive research study of privacy concerns in S ANP, optimized techniques were identified and performance for privacy threats was also evaluated. the proposed system has used Euclidean distance to evaluate the dataset based on privacy threats. It will be useful in establishing trustworthiness on social media. © 2023 IEEE.

Even if solar energy needs to be used it will be a very difficult task to store the energy which will be sufficient for the entire night and during rainy seasons it will become a problem. Using IOT a S mart Management of street light system (SMSLS) has been proposed which helps in conservation of energy and helps in emergency on highways. this system When there is movement in the area, sensors can switch on the lights in advance of a car or pedestrian passing by and turn them off when there is no movement, saving electricity. there is also an emergency which could help the one who are in need. this technology is built with extra features that would really help the present world and adaptable with the present way of living. © 2023 IEEE.

Numerous advances and changes have been brought about by digitalization in both our daily lives and the business world. RPA is an all-purpose technology for developing specialized agents, or "bots," that communicate with GUI components to carry out routine, rule-based operations. Anyone can utilize the RPA to automate digital operations. RPA deployment in business processes can help to provide better service and guarantee that processes adhere to more efficiency and accuracy. the objective of this study is to enable human workers to assign their regular generic repetitive tasks to a software bot, freeing them up to concentrate on more challenging and difficult activities. this study presents a methodology for implementing RPA to extract employee information from the XMLpages. © 2023 IEEE.
