As a key element in cloud computing, with the increasing uncertainty and complexity, task scheduling becomes more and more import. How to perform cloud scheduling effectively while safeguarding the data and information meets its bottleneck that prevents cloud computing from moving forward. In order to protect the data under being processed, this essay raises an attribute-based outsourced encryption. which enables users to pass the data on shared equipment while making the data more invisible for hackers. Meanwhile, based on the task scheduling method of deep reinforcement learning (DRL), through intention analysis, consider the user's optimization preferences in task execution, and realize the interaction with the user. reasonable scheduling is performed according to the sensitivity of the data in the task and the credibility of the cloud server. It can be seen from the test results that the algorithm has significant superiority and versatility, can improve the efficiency and security of task scheduling, and has better performance and load balance. © 2021 IEEE.

One of the fastest and most low-cost means of communication is Email. Most of the people made Email as part of their lifestyle, it changes the way of working. Email can be sent to an individual or group. It is more and more important to protect the transmission of data in the communication network. the existing PGP protocol uses RSA algorithm, it is not user-friendly, more complex in nature, slow encryption and both users need to use the same version of software. the aim of this project is to develop a new hybrid algorithm combining the benefits of AES, RSA and Polybius square cipher algorithms to improve the execution speed, improve security and transfer the secret key in a secured manner. this algorithm uses CFB mode instead of CBC mode for encryption to produce a unique output. the key of AES algorithm is now encrypted using RSA algorithm, but RSA only accepts numeric values. Using Polybius square cipher algorithm, the key value gets converted into numeric value. the key exchange algorithm will help us to prevent the attacks made to disclose the key which is transferred between client and receiver. the combination of hybrid and key exchange algorithm is to ensure the confidential documents are securely transferred. © 2023 IEEE.

Advances in the field of NeuroEvolution (NE) highlighted the potential of applying genetic and evolutionary mechanisms to Machine Learning (ML) problems while simultaneously alleviating the need for manual neural architecture design. the NeuroEvolution of Augmenting Topologies (NEAT) is a prominent NE method shows competitive performance in the field of reinforcement learning while its performance is not as efficient if we apply it to supervised multi-class problems. this may be attributed to the multiple objectives of the problem which hinders the learning process in NEAT. In this study, we introduce a novel method C-NEAT which is developed to address this issue and enhance the performance of NEAT without changing its core implementation. C-NEAT seeks to learn and classify different classes by creating and using a container holds the best genomes i.e. networks where each one of them focuses on learning a specific class label of the problem. Each organism in NEAT which is a unit contains the evolved genome and its fitness value is assigned automatically to a specific class based on its index in the population. During the evolution process, the container will keep updating itself and store the best evolved genomes for these classes. through this, C-NEAT will focus on recognizing each class label and it will preserve the learning progress, thus ensuring higher learning efficiency. © 2024 IEEE.

As computer technology and numerical algorithms rapidly develop, the role of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) in the fields of mechanical and aerospace engineering has become increasingly prominent. However, the outdated hardware level has hindered the application of CFD in both theory and engineering. In this article, we developed a CFD solver based on unstructured grids for compressible hypersonic flow. this solver achieved parallel computing based on GPUs using the CUDA programming model. We optimized the code to cater to the characteristics of CPU/GPU heterogeneous systems. the solver used a second-order finite volume method and an adaptive hybrid Riemann solver to accurately and robustly solve hypersonic flow problems. For grid sizes Up to tens of millions, the solver can achieve two orders of magnitude speedup. © 2023 IEEE.

Plant diseases cause significant global crop losses, making early detection crucial. Traditional deep learning models often neglect global context, reducing accuracy. To address this, we propose a ResNet50-based model with a long-distance feature enhancement module to capture global dependencies and focus on disease texture features. We also use disease patch augmentation to expand the dataset and address sample diversity issues. Transfer learning with pre-trained models boosts early stage performance. Our model achieves 99.58% accuracy on the PlantVillage dataset, outperforming DenseNet, ResNet50, MobileNet, and Inception V3 by 0.58%-4.56%, significantly enhancing plant disease identification accuracy. © 2024 IEEE.

Path planning algorithms have become particularly critical with the increasing demand for mobile robots to perform complex tasks, especially for automated navigation in scenes such as warehousing and logistics. In response to this need, this paper proposes a sampling-based path planning algorithm (Fast-Repair RRT*). the algorithm is designed to achieve path repair during local changes in the environment, and it does not require global path replanning. It is divided into two stages: initial path generation and path repair. First, an improved RRT∗ algorithm is used to generate the initial path. then, a path repair method is introduced when the initial path is infeasible. this method is able to obtain feasible paths in a timely manner, and the path considers factors like path length, smoothness, and memory usage. Compared with other planning algorithms, Fast-Repair RRT∗ is able to generate higher quality initial paths. through simulated experiments conducted in a semi-static environment, and the experiments confirmed the effectiveness and efficiency of the algorithm in path repair in such environments. © 2024 IEEE.

the paper is devoted to the development of classification system for corporate portal user requests using machine learning algorithms. Text corpus preprocessing including irrelevant characters removal, normalization and stop words exception was performed. Two different feature generation methods were tried for vector representation building of words: the TF-IDF method and the FastText vector space model. Data set was split into training, validation and test samples. Experimental search for the optimal value of the feature space dimension using the TF-IDF method was carried out. Four classification algorithms were applied to solve the task: logistic regression, Gaussian naïve Bayesian classifier, k-nearest neighbors classifier and artificial neural network. the classifiers were trained on the training sample. the grid search algorithm was used for the most appropriate hyperparameter detection. the developed system performance was tested using several classification metrics on the validation and test samples. © 2024 IEEE.

Multiphase permanent magnet (PM) synchronous machine features the advantages of high reliability and high fault-tolerant capability, which has great potential in the fields like aviation servo and electric vehicles. In order to meet the design criteria of low moment of inertia and high post-fault torque performance, three different rotor structures are analyzed and compared for a low-inertia fault-tolerant permanent magnet synchronous machine(SLIFT-PMSM) by finite-element method. the influence of winding structure on torque performance is investigated, and the winding structure is optimized to improve the post-fault torque performance. the electromagnetic performance of the improved scheme is evaluated under both the normal and fault conditions. © 2024 IEEE.

the paper presents a graphene-based independently tunable multi-band terahertz perfect absorber with polarization-insensitive and incidence angle-insensitive properties. the absorber consists of graphene structures, the dielectric layer and a metallic base plate. the simulation indicates that all three peaks of absorptances reached 99.9% at 2.09 thz, 3.53 thz and 5.91 thz. And the absorber is polarization insensitive and incidence angle insensitive in the operating frequency band of 1thz-6.5thz. In addition, the application of this absorber as a sensor to detect the concentration of glucose solution is investigated. Finally, the independently tunable function of the absorber is also discussed. the absorber proposed in this paper may be potentially applied, such as thz wave sensing, electromagnetic stealth and modulators. © 2024 IEEE.
