the critical problem of using advanced image analysis techniques to diagnose and classify bone fractures is the main topic of this work. Bone fractures are common and have a significant effect on patient outcomes, hence timely diagnosis is essential for proper treatment. Identification done quickly is essential to reducing issues and maximising general recovery. A dataset of 4906 X-ray images classified as either broken or not is used in the study. One model it uses is a Sequential Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). With 4099 images for training, 401 images for testing, and 406 images for validation, the CNN model classifies fractures with an astounding 98% accuracy. the method shows how deep learning in medical imaging may be used to diagnose fractures accurately and quickly, therefore enhancing healthcare outcomes. © 2024 IEEE.

Text-to-SQL, the task of translating the natural language utterance into SQL, has attracted much attention recently. Under the cross-domain setting, the traditional semantic parse model is difficult to adapt to the invisible database schema. the key to being able to better handle cross-domain issues lies in the encoding method for modeling the natural language utterance and the database schema and establishing alignment between them. We propose a Graph Alignment for cross-domain Text-to-SQL (GASQL) to provide a method that unified encodes the natural language utterance and the database schema. Following the unified encoding method, we propose a well-designed graph alignment module to further learn the alignment between the natural language utterance and the database schema. We conducted experiments on the challenging Spider benchmark, and the results proved that our model can align the natural language utterance and database schema well, and achieved good results. © 2022 IEEE.

For communication between humans and machines, just like a human-to-human interaction, machines should recognize human facial expressions. A lot of research has been carried out on facial expression recognition in the last two decades, but it is still challenging due to variation in face image parameters like pose variation, different illumination, alignment, occlusion, etc. the recognition accuracy of expressions depends on features extracted and the classifier used. Different features extraction methods reflect different features of a face image. the histogram of the Gradients method is presented in this paper to extract features reflecting edge directions. the experiment was performed on the JAFEE database. the features are computed by dividing face images into cells, and it detects the shape and appearance of a local object by computing the local and edge direction. Support Vector Machine and K-Nearest-Neighbour algorithms are applied for the classification of features. the performance of classifiers is compared with the recognition accuracy and processing time required. It is observed that the recognition accuracy of the K-Nearest Neighbour algorithm is more than the Support Vector Machine and the processing time required is less. © 2022, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In an effort to offer compute services to a wide range of individuals, cloud computing is a paradigm that involves integrating high-end technology infrastructure into the backend. Although cloud computing was first intended to be a commercial process, it now significantly affects many different fields, including scientific, technical, academic, and social ones. the rapid growth in population of our country demands a need for a customized solution for e-agriculture. India has a wide variety of crops and soil. therefore a cloud based e-agriculture system would be beneficial for country's growth. Cloud computing provides applications like AgroCloud storage of data such as soil, fertilizers, pesticides can be stored. For easy communication with the farmers, a cloud -based English to native language translation application should be deployed. the proposed paper is helpful for enhancing agricultural productivity and managing agro-product expenses. Cloud computing has had a positive effect on the agricultural field and the services it offers to its customers. © 2022 IEEE.

During the construction of power distribution network, the number of the most basic sensing devices has increased substantially, which brings great pressure to the transmission, storage and computing of power data. Edge computing technology can process more valuable local data, which can save time and energy costs. In this paper, an edge load fore casting method based on k-nearest neighbor mutual information characteristics is proposed, which is suitable for distribution network. this method uses the k-nearest neighbor method to estimate the mutual information between multidimensional input vector and output vector. the feature selection part can simplify the operation and save the edge calculated energy consumption. this paper adopts the mutual information feature selection method based on k-nearest neighbor estimation, which is suitable for the screening of high-dimensional feature variables, and realizes the integral simplification of load pre diction method based on deep recurrent neural network. It can improve the efficiency of some edge computing tasks in the region and propose the edge computing architecture of distribution Internet of things. © 2023 IEEE.

Image dehazing is a significant area of study with many real-world applications. However, only foggy/hazy images can be used with this technology. therefore, to use image dehazing technology, it is necessary to classify images as either hazy/foggy or clear to eliminate computational redundancy. It is not optimal to rely solely on human perception because it is unpredictable and vulnerable to bias. therefore, an appropriate algorithm is necessary for effective image classification. An initial haze-clear classification is re- /sub-classified into more classes. the algorithm presented in this research study classifies images into four categories: clear, dense fog, hazy, or light fog. Tiny Machine Learning Shield and Arduino Nano 33 BLE are used to implement the algorithm. With the aid of Edge Impulse, the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model is trained, examined, and approved. Real-time image capture by the camera is combined with classification by the model. On the serial monitor, the classification results are shown. © 2023 IEEE.

As the Internet of Health (IoH) era has come into being, health services are progressively moving online and have been creating a sizable amount of health-related data related to patients, physicians, medical infrastructure, and other related topics. the effective integration and analysis of this IoH data have good implications for the provision of medical treatment and scientific disaster diagnosis. IoH data, however, are frequently dispersed throughout several departments and only partially protect user privacy. therefore, efficiently integrating or mining the critical IoH data, while maintaining user privacy, is sometimes a difficult issue. thus, this study provides IoH as a solution to this problem, allowing the IoH to submit medications to a specific patient without disclosing patient information and the admin to access the medications upon IoH's approval. Patients can watch physicians and consult them only once admin and the doctor have given their approval. © 2023 IEEE.

the double superposition of fuzziness and randomness makes the mining of uncertain fuzzy item sets more complex. Based on the calculation of item set fuzziness, this paper integrates the randomness of possible world model to solve the problem of mining fuzzy frequent item sets based on probability threshold. Fuzzy theory and uncertainty are based on linguistic information and are extended to deal with partial truth concepts. In the fuzzy probabilistic context, an itemset X is called fuzzy frequent if the fuzzy probability that X occurs in at least minSup transactions is above a given threshold \tau. We designed a dynamic programming-based algorithm to compute the frequent fuzzy probability. Experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed approach. © 2022 IEEE.

In the growing world of technology, various services are being ob-served, affecting society directly and including smart homes, autonomous vehicles, the internet of things, smart traffic, and many more. Among these, the development of vision-based autonomous vehicles is getting popularity, especially for smart city applications. Combining the artificial intelligent technique with smart traffic control is required as the categorization of traffic signs will directly affect autonomous driving behavior. Various traditional image processing approaches and machine learning algorithms have been employed to classify traffic signs. However, the performance has been found effective only in the standard cases and suffers in the heterogeneous test cases. Additionally, most of the recent deep learning-based approaches have complex network structures. In this work, a simple but optimal deep learning-based convolutional neural network has been developed, which not only performs accurate classification but has also been assessed through standard evaluation measures. © 2022, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Home decor plays a crucial role in creating comfortable and aesthetically pleasing living spaces. With the increasing popularity of digital technologies, home decor applications have emerged as valuable tools. this paper focuses on emphasizing the elements of interior designing but allowing customization of products for the user, improving the dimensionality of the AR based applications, and improving the user experience. the application allows users to explore various decor styles, experiment with different furniture items, and preview how different design elements would look in their own spaces through augmented reality (AR) technology. Overall, this research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on the integration of digital technologies in home decor practices and highlights the potential of AR-based applications in enhancing the user experience in interior design. © 2024 IEEE.
