Each app available in the App Store or Play Store has various aspects linked to it such as its version, category, number of installations, genre, etc. which makes it unique, robust & popular. the reviews and ratings given by end users play an important role for both the developers and other users for the performance and survival of the app in the marketplace. Reviews are just a description for justification of the rating given by a user & the rating plays an important role in the first look. In this paper, we have used the Play Store Analysis Dataset to descriptively analyze the various attributes present in it and create models that predict the rating of an app, given its specifications. the models have been compared based on a common accuracy metric based on which their reliability can be judged and used in real-time rating predictions for a new application in the store for which a certain amount of data is available over some period. © 2023 IEEE.

Enhancing agricultural operations through the use of image processing tools has become a potential option. By conducting a thorough analysis of the body of research, developing and implementing image processing algorithms, this study investigates the usefulness of image processing in agriculture. Agricultural fields are the source of spectral and spatial data that are collected by remote sensing technologies as well as by digital cameras. To improve the quality of obtained images, preprocessing procedures such as atmospheric correction, radiometric calibration, and image registration are used. Meanwhile, feature extraction and classification techniques are applied to quantify pertinent crop characteristics and classify land cover classes. the study assesses crop health, phenology, and production using image-derived information, evaluating its accuracy and dependability through field-based validation and comparison analysis. © 2024 IEEE.

Due to the potential of data breaches and the resultant compromise of patient's sensitive data, medical organizations find it difficult to secure the data stored on cloud storage. thus, storing and sharing data on cloud presents numerous security issues related to authentication, identity management, access control, trust management etc. Electronic Health Records (EHR) is of the paramount importance in the domain of research as the researchers use these data/reports to analyze and find new diseases. EHR data stored on cloud contain sensitive information about the patient and cannot be disclosed to unauthorized users. thus, sharing sensitive information is still remains unexplored. therefore, this article proposes a novel framework to store and share the data in a secured manner using Attribute Based Encryption (ABE). Storing and sharing EHR data on the cloud allows the research community to analyze various patient reports, which intern helps pharmacy and other healthcare-companies to expand theirbusiness. © 2023 IEEE.

the Solid Isotropic Material with Penalization (SIMP) method is highly regarded in the field of topology optimization due to its ease of implementation and conceptual clarity. However, in the realm of multi-material topology optimization for electric motors, the non-linear characteristics of soft magnetic materials make the choice of interpolation function crucial, as it significantly impacts the computational results. through analysis, it is revealed that the matching relationship between interpolation methods and magnetic field calculation methods is crucial, specifically, interpolation functions should not be placed in the denominator of the dependent variable for field calculations, as it leads to computational instability. To validate this hypothesis, it was confirmed that the permeability interpolation based on magnetic scalar potential electromagnetic field calculation is also stable. © 2024 IEEE.

Humans express emotions through facial expressions. It's easy for humans to recognize these emotions, but it's a very challenging task for computers. Every face image will be different because of the differences in brightness, contrast, resolution, angle, etc. when taking an image. which is why Out-of-distribution (OoD)Generalizing for facial recognition expression is very difficult. In pursuit of strong OoD generalization, We introduce the principle of Risk Extrapolation (REx) into the field of face recognition. the robustness of affine combination of training environments is enhanced by making each training risk equal. In this paper, we identified seven basic facial expressions and improve their adaptability based on risk extrapolation from multiple datasets. © 2022 IEEE.

Cloud technology has the power to manage computational efficiency. Cloud provides easy access but is also vulnerable to security measures as the internet is open to everyone. Adding cryptography and steganography to the cloud makes it more secure. Steganography, a method for hiding communication has emerged to put data secretly into digital media. the study has steganography tools, text, audio, and video steganography. User-friendly web application is hosted on an AWS server. this platform integrates the efficiency of the cloud with hybrid cryptography along with steganography tools that allow users to use this in sectors where data is sensitive. the Diffie-Hellman algorithm generates a key to keep the information safe, and the AES algorithm is used to encrypt and decrypt the data. In the project by combining cloud technology with security, this project not only addresses the need for data security but also displays the efficiency of the cloud in handling high computational work. © 2024 IEEE.

Epoxy resin is an important component of bridge arm reactors, but the invasion of a large number of water molecules into the epoxy system under a high humidity environment will have a certain effect on its various properties. In this paper, a model of cross-linked epoxy resin and a model of epoxy resin absorbing saturated water molecules are established, and the mechanical properties, dielectric properties and thermal conductivity of the two systems are calculated by molecular dynamics simulation. the mechanical and dielectric properties of the epoxy resin after water absorption were significantly degraded, in which the dielectric constant was enhanced by 23.02% compared with that of the epoxy composite, but the thermal conductivity of the model increased slightly after water absorption. the calculation also reveals the mechanism of water molecule invasion on the various properties of the material, which paves the way for the next step of modification and regulation for high humidity environment. © 2024 IEEE.

In emergency rescue scenarios, path planning for UGVs is a mission-critical task. However, many algorithms based on the Rapidly-exploring Random Trees (RRT) often exhibit instability and inefficiency in such scenarios. therefore, to address the challenge of UGV path planning in emergency rescue scenarios, this paper proposes an improved version of the RRT*-Smart algorithm named TAD-RRT*-Smart. the improvement of the proposed algorithm mainly involves three aspects: First, a target point attraction module is introduced, which integrates APF to make the random tree oriented during expansion, thus accelerating the convergence rate. Second, a dynamic step size adjustment module is introduced, which enhances the adaptability of UGV in different environments. Finally, the tree node expansion process is refined, which enhances the expansion efficiency of the intelligent sampling and the ability to pass through complex areas. the simulation experiments show that the TAD-RRT*-Smart algorithm exhibits outstanding optimal path quality and stability in various environments, as well as superior initial path generation capability. thus, it can provide a reliable answer for UGV path planning in emergency rescue scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.

this paper introduces a paradigm that might transform the Internet of things. Blockchain technology makes this system workable. Five approaches comprise the framework. Each is crucial for a powerful, automated, and scalable Internet of things ecosystem. the framework has five techniques. Making a permanent record is the first step. this record is unchangeable. the second program handles steps. the third way secures messages. the fourth program prioritizes customer privacy. the fifth technique addresses expansion and interoperability. Comparison testing and graphic presentations reveal that the technique outperforms all key qualities. the reason is: Since reviews are detailed, the technology is supposed to transform data management and security in the fast-growing Internet of things. this modification will likely be major. © 2024 IEEE.

To protect motorcycle riders, it is now required to detect license plates while they are not wearing helmets. this research uses the real-time object detector YOLOv10 to demonstrate the real time detection of License plate for helmetless motorcyclists. And, a single convolutional neural network was used in the suggested method to automatically identify a non- helmeted motorcyclist's License Plate from the video stream. Moreover, the false positive caused by the helmeted rider leaving the video frames was removed using the centroid tracking approach and a horizontal reference line. 98.52% of all License Plate were detected overall. © 2024 IEEE.
