Communication plays a vital role in day-to-day life but consider a scenario in which two people are unable to communicate with one another because one of them does not comprehend what the other person is attempting to say. Most of the deaf-mute community encounter this when conversing with ordinary folks. As sign language is used by persons with impairments, normal people don't know or lacks understanding of it. this communication gap must be bridged. therefore, a model has been developed to assist normal people and enable deaf-mute individuals to communicate with one another. One such model is the sign language detection system, which uses a deep learning strategy to identify American Sign Language (AS L) gestures and output the corresponding alphabet in text format. A CNN model and YOLOv5 model were built and compared against each other. YOLO model has produced an accuracy of 84.96%, whereas CNN model has produced an accuracy of 80.59%. © 2023 IEEE.

Single data source, isolated data islands and low information utilization in intelligent transportation lead to the poor inversion of the cyber space to the physical space including Incomplete data integration, high interdependency of systems and poor anti-control ability. In this paper the data-driven method is adopted to optimize the W parameter in Webster method to reduce the waiting time of vehicles to realize the traffic congestion. In particular, a multi-source heterogeneous data processing method and a unified modeling of the multi-dimensional and multi-layer networks have been introduced. By data-driven engine, we have implemented both massive storage and fast processing system. We have also build a service system which can rapidly realize data integration and services delivery as well as be directly called by researchers from the database through network requests to reduce the data reprocessing. this paper also produces the data interaction process of the data engine framework in traffic management and control, and proposes a solution for the use of massive city data. © 2021 IEEE.

To provide effective power flow management from various input sources, a multi-input transformer coupled DC/AC converter (MITC) system is proposed. the proposed converter has the ability to simultaneously and independently supply power to the load from two different dc sources using phase-shifted pulse width-modulation (PWM) control. Renewable nature of the sources (PV-Wind) opens up a lot of potential for supplying the world's energy needs in the future. It will become much more dependable and independent by the addition of a battery array. By lowering the losses, the suggested converter offers a practical and efficient control strategy for the system. Additionally, it helps to make system more stable. the proposed converter's operating theory has undergone a thorough analysis. MITC with Grid Connected system allows for the regulation of output voltage and control of power flow. Utilizing MATLAB Simulink, the Circuit is simulated. © 2023 IEEE.

Adaptive smoothing, selective filtering, multiscale fusion, and compression are all good ways to improve picture quality and get around this problem. Adaptive smoothing changes how much the picture is smoothed based on its local properties. this keeps important features and reduces noise. Sobel and bidirectional filters are examples of selective filtering. It improves features while keeping lines. the MultiScale Fusion and Compression (MSFC) method stores and mixes data better by combining wavelet transform-based fusion with JPEG compression. the suggested method works better than tried-and-true methods like wavelet fusion, JPEG compression, and HEVC. Results from the study show that this method is a good mix of compression, selected feature enhancement, and freedom, which makes it a good choice for many image-improving tasks. © 2024 IEEE.

Recaptured Image detection is a field of security forensics that deals with detecting the originally captured image from its reimaged counterpart. the different algorithms that have been proposed to differentiate the original and recaptured images work with great accuracy on a large dataset and high-definition images. But the challenge remains for small-scale and small- size images as the existing algorithms required customized hand engineering whilst dealing with different datasets. Our proposed system is a dual learning model, which takes into account the enormous research for computer vision and applies concept of transfer learning for recaptured images detection. the ensemble of 6 pre-trained networks, namely AlexNet, Res Net, InceptionNet, GoogleNet, SqueezeNet, and MobileNet, has been compared on same dataset. It will allow institutional level detection of image spoofing and the recaptured image forgery for small-scale images with considerable accuracy without requiring specialized preprocessing on their end. We have achieved the highest accuracy of 90 percent through our model containing Transfer Learned MobileNet and SVM classifier. As per the latest resources, this is the first instance of applying transfer learning for recaptured image detection. © 2023 IEEE.

Saliency prediction on RGB-D images is an underexplored and challenging task in computer vision. We propose a channel-wise attention and contextual interaction asymmetric network for RGB-D saliency prediction. In the proposed network, a common feature extractor provides cross-modal complementarity between the RGB image and the corresponding depth map. In addition, we introduce a four-stream feature-interaction module that fully leverages multiscale and cross-modal features for extracting contextual information. Moreover, we propose a channel-wise attention module to highlight the feature representation of salient regions. Finally, we refine coarse maps through a corresponding refinement block. Experimental results show that the proposed network achieves performance comparable with state-of-the-art saliency prediction methods on two representative datasets. © 2021 IEEE.

As the applications of IoT continue to expand, the need for practical security measures becomes increasingly vital. In previous studies, supervised machine learning models have been proposed to classify attack and benign network traffic. However, they relied on a complete dataset consisting of enough labeled samples. In this study we have proposed a round-based network intrusion detection system using deep auto-encoder neural networks that is trained with a few benign traffic samples initially and subsequently retrained in the next rounds with the self-classified traffic samples, allowing the model to evolve. this solution could address the challenge of insufficient datasets generated in an IoT-Edge network. We also implemented the Federated Learning (FL) method to establish a global detection model at the cloud layer across the edge devices. Our experiments on the N-BaIoT dataset showed that a round-based approach significantly outperforms one-time learning, with an average Fl-Score improvement of 21.39% due to the presence of overlapping patterns of benign and attack samples observed in the N-BaIoT dataset. © 2023 IEEE.

A method known as Machine Translation (MT) is computer software to transform texts from the source language into the target language, with the source language serving as the input and the target language as the output. MT plays an important role in the advancement of communication technologies. After the discovery of the MT, communication technology has been improved. Communication became easy across the world. Early on in the development of the MT, research progressed slowly. Initially, Rule-based and Corpus-based MT technology was employed;however, as time went on, technology transfer took place, and Neural MT's popularity grew. there has been a lot of research in this area, however, most of the models created are for top-level languages, those spoken by many people, whereas research for low-level languages, those spoken by fewer people, is scarce. In this paper, different approaches to MT are discussed. Below is a discussion of various MT models, along with their techniques and limitations, for the future of MT. © 2022 IEEE.

It is often observed that most of the commonly captured pictures are acquired using the mobile cameras or the CCTV surveillance cameras. these mobile cameras capture the video footages of the activities of people who are stationary or in motion. these footages are often used as the evidence for different criminal cases which need to be restored for the proper information acquisition. Towards this deep research is happening to overcome the various issues influencing the quality of the video frames. We propose to eliminate blur and restore blurred images that are captured by different camera devices using GAN network. In this work we proposed a novel architecture and the performance is compared with pre-existing GAN models to overcome the issues of blurness in the captured video frames. the proposed solution promises to perform better for the restoration of the various types of video frames namely facial, scenaries, crowded areas, etc. from various noises. © 2023 IEEE.
