the measurement and control communication system of unmanned platform usually needs to carry multiple links to ensure the reliability of wireless communication. Multilink management method is the basis to improve the effectiveness of multilink communication. In order to overcome the shortcomings of manual switching delay and automatic switching serial port design rate limit used in multi-link measurement and control communication of unmanned platform, this paper presents a design of multi-link adaptive management system. the system can analyze the quality of integrated link and select the communication link adaptively according to the link history and link amplitude quality information. It also provides interface for manual switching, which improves the effectiveness and reliability of multilink management by combining automatic switching with manual switching. © 2022 IEEE.

the Internet of Vehicles is one compelling idea that has changed the auto business (IoV). Intelligent and self-driving vehicles need the Internet of Vehicles (IoV). Drivers can better communicate inside and outside their cars by choosing from several Wi-Fi connections. these links let the car talk to other cars and its environment. IoV and networked cars will enable autonomous driving, a promising automotive service. Big data technology, which refers to vast, networked data storage, would aid autonomous vehicle research and the IOV concept. the IoV allows two-way vehicle-environment connection. this article describes an Internet of things (IoT)-based communication system for autonomous electric vehicles (IBCS-AEV) and testbeds for use cases including automated charging management and taxi services. Early results show that IBCS-AEV use cases were successfully deployed. this work proposes an internet-connected autonomous car planning technique. this research study describes the in-car gateway's role in the hardware and software architecture, including communication flows, data sharing, and essential functionality for autonomous driving. © 2023 IEEE.

In convolutional neural networks (CNNs), con-volution is one of the core computations, with most of the network's time spent on convolution calculations. therefore, optimizing the efficiency of convolution computations is partic-ularly important in resource-constrained environments. CPUs are widely used across various devices, including cloud servers, edge devices, and mobile platforms. these devices do not always have access to dedicated GPUs, so efficient CPU-based convolutions enable the implementation of complex algorithms for low-latency, real-time inference on low-power platforms. In this paper, we propose an improved img2col+GEMM(General Matrix Multiply) convolutional optimization method based on the open-source library OpenBLAS. By leveraging In-tel AVX512 vectorization instructions and assembly-level in-struction reordering, we present a high-performance micro-kernel to optimize the GEMM operator. Additionally, we implement data reordering and memory alignment operations in the img2col process based on the aforementioned micro-kernel parameters, directly placing them into the buff of the GEMM process to save memory usage and access operations. Combining our micro-kernel with the OpenBLAS library, we achieve 98% of the performance of Intel's MKL on Intel CPUs, with a 10% to 15% performance improvement over OpenBLAS. the improved img2col method shows approximately a 16% enhancement in convolution speed compared to the standard img2col+GEMM approach. © 2024 IEEE.

the size and shape of lesion area of persimmon diseases will vary with the occurrence period and degree. CNN has fixed receptive field when extracting persimmon disease features, which can not adapt to the geometric changes of disease spots, resulting in incomplete disease feature extraction and reducing the segmentation accuracy of persimmon disease images. Deformable convolution can dynamically adjust the size of the receptive field according to the input features, and automatically adapt to the geometric deformation of the lesion. this paper proposes a UNet based on self-attention mechanism and deformable convolution for image segmentation of persimmon leaf disease. With UNet as the basic network, the standard convolution in the down-sampling stage of UNet is replaced by deformable convolution to extract more abundant features, and the self-attention mechanism is used to learn the relationship between the various features to obtain more spatial information and context information. the experimental results show that the mPA and the mIoU of the proposed algorithm are 89.18 % and 83.58 %, its segmentation effect is better than UNet. © 2022 IEEE.

the optimal site of wind farms is determined using an updated genetic algorithm approach, which maximizes output capacity while reducing the amount of turbines built and the area used by each farm. In particular, two examples are examined: One kind of wind is a homogeneous wind that blows in just one direction, while the other two are also possible. In the first scenario (a), 599 individuals were first split into 25 subpopulations and then evolved three thousand times. the evolution of case (b) takes place over three thousand generations, beginning with 600 individuals distributed over 19 subpopulations. Every design's fitness, overall power generation, power output efficiency, and ideal configurations are all part of the findings. the results show that the modified genetic algorithm provides much better results compared to the conventional Genetic Algorithm method. © 2024 IEEE.

Target detection in the UAV aerial images is a challenging task in computer vision. Compared with traditional images, UAV images have the characteristics of small and dense targets and complex scenes, which have been a difficult task for target detection. In this paper, an improved algorithm based on cascade R-CNN is proposed to add superclass detection on top of the original one, and then fuse the regression confidence and modify the loss function to enhance the detection capability of targets. Experiments are conducted on Visdrone dataset, and the experimental results show that our designed algorithm is simple and has good performance, which can effectively improve the detection accuracy of aerial photography targets while ensuring real-time. © 2022 IEEE.

the smart helmet is a kind of protection gear that improves the rider's safety while operating a bike. the primary motive is to keep the motorcyclist safe. the attributes including alcohol detection, global positioning system, accelerometer, and fall detection can be employed to achieve this. As a consequence, it acts as a smart helmet. the first condition needs to be fulfilled for the bike to ignite, is that the person should have not consumed alcohol, followed by that the eye blink sensor detects the motion of eyeballs and if the driver falls is tired and closes eye for a period of time, then the sensor alerts the driver and when the accelerometer detects the change in motion, it alerts the GPS and GSM and it posts message to their nearby hospital and relatives. the advancement in our projects includes the temperature sensor which alerts during long hours of wearing helmet. Smart helmets can also help prevent head injuries. Some smart helmets can provide real-time information about the force, frequency and severity of head impacts. © 2024 IEEE.

Data augmentation is one of the most important ways to improve object detection performance. In this paper, we propose a new offline data augmentation method, this method obtains multiple new anchors and new labels by fixed-point clipping in the original anchor box, by retaining important semantic information, the detection performance of the occlusion object is improved. At the same time, we produced a marine fish dataset with 11 kinds of marine creatures, and we verify the effectiveness of the proposed method in this dataset. Experiments confirmed the effectiveness of this method on the marine fish dataset, in the total dataset, the mAP@0.5 of this method is 10% higher than the Baseline. In the Tuna class that is seriously occluded in the obstruction problem, the mAP@0.5 of this method is 0.25 higher than baseline, which is increased by 46%. It indicates that this method can not only perform well in normal object detection but also maintain the advantage in complex scenes. © 2022 IEEE.

With the continuous promotion of the green transportation concept, supercapacitors have gained popularity for their excellent charging and discharging characteristics. However, the unreasonable management of supercapacitor will lead to poor safety and reliability of the supercapacitor system. Aiming at this problem, a supercapacitor cloud management system based on the digital twin is proposed in this paper, which improves the computing power and data storage capacity through cloud computing for the whole life cycle state monitoring of supercapacitors. Firstly, the mathematical modeling of the supercapacitor system is carried out, and the state parameters during the charging and discharging of the supercapacitor are obtained in real-time at the physical layer and uploaded to the data interaction network. Secondly, in the network layer, all data related to the supercapacitor are measured and transmitted to the cloud through IoT, and a digital twin cloud model of the supercapacitor management system is established to evaluate the usage status of the supercapacitor by using the real-time data in the data interaction network. Finally, the supercapacitor charging and discharging control strategy is adjusted in real-time based on the state evaluation results at the control layer and given a visualization window visible to users. the application of the supercapacitor system in the digital twin is explored by developing a parameter estimation algorithm suitable for cloud computing. the experimental results verify the feasibility and practicality of the proposed supercapacitor cloud management system. © 2021 IEEE.

the phrase 'public transit' describes various shared passenger transportation methods, including trolleybuses, railroads, and buses. Passengers run into a lot of challenges when using public transit. the primary problem is the cost of using public transit. In this research, a system has been created that enables visitors to keep track of the fair based on the distance they have covered. Passengers should place their finger inside the fingerprint sensor when they enter the vehicle and also again when they leave. When the user enrolls the finger when exiting the vehicle, the system's display unit shows the overall distance travelled and the fare that will be charged depending on that distance. Regarding the fare, passengers should stay with the bus company. the system can also improve this idea by including an online payment method. the server will continuously and automatically update every record. Distributing tickets when there are more travelers than usual is also simple. A based website keeps track of the bus's route, status, passenger count, and distance statistics. It fixes every issue with the IoT-based web page monitor system in buses. © 2023 IEEE.
