Cancer is an undesirable cell with odd characteristic varies from normal cell of the breast tissue. this will develop swiftly and infiltrate surrounding tissue and forms as tumor which happens in both men and women. After lung cancer, breast cancer has become the largest cause of malignancies in women which raise the mortality rate. In this article, Sensor enabled wearable device framework to detect breast temperature abnormalities is suggested. Early work on wearable sensors supported to monitor breast temperature is presented. the concept of a wearable garment with sensor-enabled patches is also considered. Detailed architecture of the proposed framework is explained, and implementation specifics are examined. Later the statistical highlights help to process the sensor-generated breast temperature data are explained. the performance of the proposed framework is examined by taking abnormal and normal patient temperature dataset and the findings are described using attractive figure representations. © 2023 IEEE.

Most of the emotion analysis models based on attention mechanism and neural network adopt single-layer attention mechanism, and the feature expression is relatively single, which can not be applied to various types of sentences. Based on the existing attention mechanism and neural network model, this paper proposes a method to fuse emotional information and combine multi head attention mechanism and Tree LSTM's emotion analysis model. aims to enable the model to obtain more levels of information about sentences in different representation spaces, dynamically adjust the feature weight through the multi head self attention mechanism, and introduce emotional information on the basis of existing network input to further obtain more text syntax information and improve the feature expression ability of the model. Finally, the emotion category is obtained by softmax classifier. the experimental results of coae2014 microblog data set show that compared with Bi LSTM, CNN LSTM, Self-attention BILSTM, Self attention Tree BiLSTM model, which further improves the performance of emotion classification. © 2022 IEEE.

With the world going digital and people from all walks of life-different race, colors, ethnicity, geography, literacy, and socio-economic status have come closer. the time to respond to a comment or an expression on the internet, the identity masks leveraged by the social media sites, and lack of moderation, have given way to cyberbullying. Cyberbullying figures are alarming and the concern is grave with the world moving forward with an overlap of the digital and real world. Swearing, use of foul language, expressions of strong disagreement, access, and use of inappropriate content has become more widespread in digital spaces and are considered uncivil and inappropriate in different intensities by different people. the present article investigates the diffusion of cyberbully in one of the popular social media sites, Twitter. It explores how the emotions present in such content drive its diffusion. the outcomes reveal that tweets containing anger, disgust, fear, and guilt as emotions tend to achieve faster and broader diffusion. with anger, hope, and bittersweet being less shared. the findings will aid to build approaches that intend to minimize the diffusion of cyberbully information and thereby protect the emotional and mental health of social media users. © 2022 IEEE.

Empowering Women's Safety with a Raspberry Pi-based Device is an innovative project aimed at combating violence against women by providing a wearable, multi-functional safety device. the device utilizes a Raspberry Pi Camera Rev 1.3, GPS, push button, buzzer, and camera module to capture multiple images and send emails to the nearest police station in case of an emergency. the device is designed to be embedded in women's clothing, making it easy to carry and use in case of danger. the software code is specifically designed to provide a one-click protocol, enabling quick and efficient activation of the device. the project's main objective is to provide women with an effective tool to enhance their safety, especially in situations where they might feel threatened or unsafe. the project paper provides a detailed description of the design, development, and implementation of the device, along with the results of testing and evaluation. the paper also discusses the potential impact of the device on women's safety and highlights the importance of such technological innovations in addressing societal issues like violence against women. © 2023 IEEE.

this paper investigates the doubly iterative turbo equalization of signals with high-order modulation for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) communication network, where the communication channel can be seen as a frequency-selective fading. In practice, the optimal detection is intractable for high-order modulations. Linear Minimum Mean Square Error (LMMSE) scheme is considered to be an efficient and low-cost alternative. Based on the turbo LMMSE equalization, expectation propagation (EP) algorithm is utilized to improve the gain by doubly iterative structure, called Block-EP (BEP). then, considering the increasing decoding delay, an improved BEP (IBEP) algorithm in the inner loops is developed based on early termination of iteration. Moreover, hard decision aided (HDA) stopping criterion is utilized in the outer iteration. the simulation results demonstrate that the combination of IBEP and HDA stopping criterion effectively reduces the average iteration number and improve the real-time performance of double iteration, comparing conventional scheme. © 2022 IEEE.

the study of Nanorobots has gained attention lately. It is utilized in focused drug administration, operations, illness examination, and medical treatments, it offers enormous promise for use in healthcare. the proposed tiny nanorobots can travel unassisted, making it feasible to transport drugs to locations that are difficult to access. this method is contrary to conventional medicine delivery, which relies on blood flow to reach the intended location. Exogenous power (magnetic fields, light energy, audio fields, electric fields, etc.) or endogenous power (chemical reaction energy) were used to power nanorobots. To confirm the effects of nanorobots in vivo drug delivery, more biological experiments are needed. the primary topics of this study are the state of different technology behind, obstacles, and prospects for nanorobot development for drug delivery systems. © 2024 IEEE.

With the development of network society, individuals and enterprises generate massive data every day. However, the traditional relational MySQL database has poor performance in storing and processing massive data. In the case of huge amount of data, MySQL may even crash, which obviously cannot meet the needs of massive data storage. Obviously, with more and more emphasis on user-friendliness, the storage and processing application of massive data determine the future development of enterprises. this paper discusses the storage engine, high concurrency, architecture and distributed cluster of HBase, and then compares the performance differences between MySQL and HBase optimized with Bloom filter(Bloom HBase) on Linux platform. © 2021 IEEE.

With the development of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), the number of Web services on the Internet is also growing rapidly. Classifying Web services accurately and efficiently is helpful to improve the quality of services discovery and promote the efficiency of service composition. However, existing deep learning-based Web services classification methods, such as graph convolutional networks (GCNs), are incapable of adaptively learning the correlation between service topology structure and service node features concurrently, resulting in unsatisfactory classification performance. To address this problem, this paper proposes an adaptive multi-channel GCN-enhanced Web services classification method. In this method, we first extract specific and shared embedding, in the Web API node isomorphic network, from the node features, topology, and combination of Web service nodes. then, an attention mechanism is used to learn the importance weight of each embedding. By doing this, we adaptively integrate these weights to ensure the consistency and difference of each learned embedding. Finally, experimental results on real datasets from Programmable Web show that compared with LINE, Node2vec, Deep-walk, GCN, and GAT, the method proposed in this paper has an average improvement in accuracy of 19.81%, 19.35%, 19.16%, 11.56%, and 7.75% respectively. © 2021 IEEE.

this paper introduces a novel widely linear beamforming via interpolated difference-sum co-array (WLB-IDSCA) method in satellite communications. We leverage the augmented covariance matrix of coprime array non-circular signals to generate the difference-sum co-array (DSCA). A novel IDSCA is presented to fully exploit the information within DSCA. A problem of minimizing atomic norm is formed, providing a solution to recover the non-circular signals of IDSCA. Interestingly, the covariance matrix of IDSCA non-circular signals has Toeplitz structure so that we can localize them from the peaks of spatial spectrum. A new joint covariance and pseudo covariance matrices optimization problem is formulated to acquire the powers of noncircular signals. By reconstructing the augmented interference-plus-noise covariance matrix, the augmented weight vector can be computed. Numerical experiments verify that the proposed WLB-IDSCA method can be applicable to coprime array noncircular signals. © 2024 IEEE.

this study investigates the effectiveness of the DenseNet169 deep learning model for the automatic classification of solar panel defects. We used a comprehensive dataset of over 11,000 validated images encompassing six defect categories: bird droppings, dust, electrical damage, physical damage, snow cover, and pristine panels. the model achieves a high training accuracy, demonstrating its ability to learn defect patterns. Validation and test accuracy scores reveal the model's potential for real-world applications. However, further exploration is warranted to refine the model and address subtle visual similarities between certain defect types, such as physical and electrical damage. this research paves the way for enhanced solar panel inspection techniques, promoting efficient maintenance and optimal energy production. © 2024 IEEE.
