Power equipment knowledge base is an important part of the digital transformation of power grid equipment management, but the structure of power equipment knowledge is complex, and its operation and maintenance involves equipment technical standards, general systems, product information, equipment encyclopedia and so on. In order to improve the utilization rate of data and mine the related information between devices, it needs to be processed and stored uniformly. In view of the above content, this paper introduces a construction and query method of power equipment knowledge map based on graph database. With the help of knowledge map technology, the text data of power equipment is processed, and the query method of power equipment knowledge is specified to complete the construction and query of power device knowledge map based on graph database. It realizes the standardized storage of power equipment knowledge, greatly improves the operation performance of complex associated data, and realizes the rapid query of power equipment technical standards, general systems, product information, equipment encyclopedia and other information. Experiments show that the model has a better recognition effect for entities with more times and stronger regularity, and achieves a more efficient and convenient effect in practical application. © 2023 SPIE. In order to achieve the construction of an intangible cultural heritage resource database, the author proposes a solution based on big data technology. Firstly, we propose a novel data collection and preprocessing method to effectively integrate and classify intangible cultural heritage resources. Next, we utilize advanced machine learning and natural language processing technologies to deeply process and analyze these data, in order to uncover the intrinsic value and interrelationships of intangible cultural heritage resources. Finally, we designed and implemented a fully functional database of intangible cultural heritage resources, which has functions such as data retrieval, visualization, update, and maintenance. And a fuzzy evaluation was conducted on the database, and the experimental results showed that the target layer evaluation vector of the database was 0.523. through empirical validation, our approach has proven to significantly enhance the efficiency of managing and leveraging intangible cultural heritage resources. the emergence of revolutionary Industry 4.0 in manufacturing businesses has become a significant area of interest. this research paper examines the current state of knowledge and advancements in the field of Industry 4.0. To achieve this, the authors utilized the PRISMA method to analyze and identify published research studies from the Scopus database. the study found a total of 14,435 documents published on this topic between 2011 and 2021. Articles were found to be the most common type of publication, with Engineering being the predominant subject theme. the most influential source of publications in this area was the conference proceedings, specifically Procedia Computer Science by Elsevier. Additionally, Erwin Rauch, affiliated with the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano in Italy, emerged as the most influential researcher. the analysis also revealed that Germany, Italy, India, and the United States were the countries with the most prolific authors in this field. In conclusion, the research indicates that Industry 4.0 has undergone substantial scientific development and significantly impacted the global manufacturing industry by improving industrial processes. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

IoT cloud platforms integrate streaming data generated by heterogeneous devices and also profoundly affected in many application domains. However, public clouds still be concerned about the data security of their databases handled by database management systems In this paper, we propose two versions of an IoT cloud platform named ENG-KPS cloud. they were launched for several research and service projects in the university and collaborative communities. fVSS further enhances a traditional database to be a secure distributed database that guarantees data privacy, data availability, and data integrity during storing, computing and transferring. Our experiments show the efficiency o f f VSS a nd E NG-KPS c loud platforms. Moreover, ENG-KPS cloud platforms are practical and stable platforms guaranteed by long term services. © 2022 IEEE.

this article seeks to anticipate AirBnB prices using advanced regression approaches. Extensive data analysis was done on different databases spanning diverse variables such as location, property type, facility, and user level. the database is constructed utilizing robust approaches such as feature augmentation, outlier reduction, and value loss. A number of complex regression models, such as linear regression, decision tree, random forest, gradient regression, are generated on the pre-developed database. the model is improved through hyperparameter adjustment to increase prediction accuracy. A cross-validation approach was employed to examine the performance and resilience of the model. In addition, a feature significance study was undertaken to discover the most significant elements impacting Airbnb prices. the experimental findings suggest that the improved regression approach delivers greater prediction accuracy than the standard model. the results of this study add to Airbnb’s pricing system and can promote improved decision-making for hosts and visitors searching for competitive pricing. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

In relational databases, when the amount of data in a single table is too large, the retrieval performance of the data table will drop sharply. In this regard, this paper proposes a retrieval optimization strategy of relational databases based on the change data capture mechanism. Log-based data capture mechanism to capture the addition, deletion, and modification of relational databases in real time, and synchronize the changes of specified fields in the relational database to the non-relational database Elasticsearch in near real time. Elasticsearch stores all search conditions. Using Elasticsearch's advantages in the field of massive data retrieval, it effectively solves the retrieval problem of data tables with excessive data in a single table. At the same time, through the change data capture mechanism, unnecessary indexes in relational databases are reduced, and database data writing is improved. Performance. Applying the retrieval strategy proposed in this article to an industrial Internet situational awareness system proves that the strategy can effectively improve the data retrieval ability and performs well. © 2022 IEEE.

Vocabulary, as the foundation of the English learning process, plays an important role in listening, speaking and writing English. the study utilizes corpus retrieval, data-driven learning and statistical methods to design a corpus-based vocabulary teaching model and compare and test it with the traditional vocabulary teaching model, using two classes of students in a high school for the experimental design and test comparison. the experimental results yielded more obvious changes in the quantity and quality of vocabulary output in the experimental class, whose results on vocabulary density, complexity and variability were 1.27, 2.47 and 5.35, respectively, while the results on vocabulary density, complexity and variability in the control class were 0.95, 0.28 and 2.22, respectively, thus demonstrating the superiority of the corpus-based vocabulary teaching model, and providing a future technical references for the classroom approach to English language teaching. © the Institution of Engineering & technology 2023.

Almost all modern software systems from small mobile applications to large enterprise suites are using databases and database management systems to store and manage data collections and ensure their persistence and security. However, dominating Agile software development methodologies do not assume engineers focus only on database design or any other specific field. In Agile projects, database design usually belongs to the scope of software developers responsible for server-side programming. Hence, a lack of specialized skills and experience may lead to database design shortcomings or even errors causing time and money expenses at the later stages of software development projects. When software requirements are elicited, database entities and relations are captured in business rules – brief and precise descriptions of a considered domain. therefore, in this paper, we propose a computational technology and a software tool for the translation of business rules into database creation scripts to reduce time and cost expenses at the development or maintenance stages of software engineering projects. In this study we use the finite-state machine based approach to parse business rules, association rules learning, and naming conventions to detect data types using attribute names, and the most widely-used database management systems to perform experiments. © 2022 Copyright for this paper by its authors.
