Designing and implementing a multirotor imposes some challenges: limited flight time and take-off mass, motor/propeller matching and unsteady dynamics. In this paper, these challenges are addressed by multi-objective optimization of a multirotor's operational parameters like flight velocity, flight altitude and motor/propeller rpm, and physical parameters like motor, battery and propeller geometry. New contributions are establishing a functional dependence of rotor thrust and power coefficients on design parameters, and incorporating aerodynamic effects within the optimization environment. Additionally, the rationality of optimization is enhanced by modeling physical parameters as discrete variables. the numerical results indicate that Genetic Algorithm reliably finds an optimum design, and improves flight time and maximum take-off mass by 35%.

the invention of video games has been transferred the meaning of ancient games into digitalized software games. the period of games leading to the definition of video games. Nowadays, this kind of digitalized games can be played on any device. that is evolving games can be an uncreative business. To up keeping the industry of games development, much unique original equipment manufacturer (OEM) openly distribute their software development kit (SDK) and application programming interface (API) to inspire individuals to develop "indie developer". the game is a kind of software with the goal to provide entertainment. However, during the real game development practice, simply adopting the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is not enough, as the developers face several challenges during its life cycle. To address the problem, game development uses a kind of specific approach called game development life cycle (GDLC) to direct the game development. However, none of the existing DLC clearly address how to successfully deliver a good quality game. this research presents a hybrid game development model and guidelines to successfully deliver a good quality game. Several quality standards as are clearly considered at each phase (Jain, S (2017)).

Creating a happy environment among the employees of organizations is important including those working with the higher educational institutions. However, developing the right model and instrument to measure happiness is critical as they must be relevant to the context and setting of the study. Reviewing the existing work on the happiness index in higher educational institutions, most studies have adapted the PERMA model that was developed by Martin Seligman in 2011. the model comprises positive emotions that refer to hedonic feelings of happiness (e.g. feeling joyful, content, and cheerful), engagement that refers to psychological connection to activities or organizations (e.g. feeling absorbed, interested, and engaged in life), positive relationships that include feeling socially integrated, cared about and supported by others, and satisfied with one’s social connections, meaning that refers to believing that one’s life is valuable and feeling connected to something greater than oneself, and accomplishment that involves making progress toward goals, feeling capable to do daily activities, and having a sense of achievement. the results of the focus group study that was conducted indicate two additional dimensions of happiness emerged that include infrastructure that refers to the perception of staff on the maintenance and availability of the facilities in the organization and gratitude that refers to the levels of gratitude of staff on overall facilities and services offered of the organization. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2018.

Hand gesture recognition system is employed to provide interface between computer and human using hand gesture. this paper presents a technique for human computer interface through common hand gesture that is efficient to commemorate 25 aspersion gestures from the American sign language hand alphabet. the prospect of this paper is to develop up an algorithm for hand gesture recognition with reasonable accuracy. this work uses a domain independent learning methodology to automatically stir low-level spatiotemporal descriptors for high-level cross recognition by Correlated variance programming. Feature extraction is the most important orientation for gesture recognition and is indeed important in terms of giving input to a classifier. In this work Canny edge detector algorithm is used to find edge of the segmented and morphological filtered image which yields boundary of hand gesture in the image then Correlated variance mean based programming applied for recognition of gesture. Experimental results very precisely indicate that the developed method outperforms the existing state of the art.

Cloud computing offers a customer the possibility of the availability of large computational resources, while paying only for the resources used. However, because of uncertainty in the customers future demand and the future market price for the computational resources, obtaining these resources in a cost-effective and robust way is a difficult problem. the variety of pricing plans is a further complication. In this paper we solve this problem using two-stage stochastic programming, for the first time considering all three available pricing plans, i.e. on-demand, reservation, and spot pricing. through our experimental implementation, we find that our model can lower the total operational cost by up to 1.5 percent compared to other solutions.

Sentiment Analysis has been a keen research area for past few years. though much of the exploration that has been done supports English language only. this paper proposes a method using which one can analyze different languages to find sentiments in them and perform sentiment analysis. the method leverages different techniques of machine learning to analyze the text. Machine translation is used in the system to provide with the feature of dealing with different languages. After the machine translation, text is processed for finding the sentiments in the text. With the advent of blogs, forums and online reviews there is substantial text present on internet that can be used to analyze the sentiment about a particular subject or an object. Hence to reduce the processing it is beneficial to extract the important text present in it. So the system proposed uses text summarization process to extract important parts of text and then uses it to analyze the sentiments about the particular subject and its aspects.

this paper proposes hybrid Genetic Algorithm (GA) - Interval Linear programming (ILP) approach to optimal relay coordination problem for microgrids. Relay coordination in microgrids is complex because of varied and bidirectional fault currents because of the existence of Distributed Generation (DG). Overcurrent relays are the feasible and economic choice of protection for meshed distribution systems. the coordinated relay settings must account for various possible fault scenarios in both grid connected and isolated microgrid modes of operation. Inadequate fault current levels from grid connected to the isolated mode are the major cause of protection miscoordination. this paper systematically formulates the relay coordination problem for microgrids as a linear interval optimization problem and introduces a new method of solution using hybrid GA ILP method. the challenge in using GA to find the optimum in less number of iterations and the feasibility of ILP method to include various fault scenarios as "uncertain but bounded" intervals are combined to find the optimal overcurrent relay settings. the results show the effectiveness of proposed method. the programming

In the study, the current teaching situation of Visual Basic program design in higher vocational colleges is analyzed, task-based teaching method is adopted for loop structure for statement, the question of "hundred qian buy hundred chicken" is explained and the solving program is designed. And several kinds of programming are designed according to the question. the operation time of the several kinds of programming is compared and the reason which influences the efficiency of the program execution is analyzed to improve students' learning interest and efficiency which provides references and ideas for VB teaching.

this study proposes a new inverse optimal control (IOC) framework for the optimal modelling of human arm motion. the proposed IOC is based on parameterized Lagrangians and is applied to a 3D arm motion. For the investigated arm motion, we suppose that the control strategy employed by the human motor control is to minimize a weighted sum of objective functions. In this context, we propose to recover from experimental data the weights of eight kinematics and dynamics biomechanical objective functions gathered into a basis of objective functions. Moreover, we extend the basis from 8 to 28 objective functions and assign their weight values by making use of the proposed IOC technique. the exhibited results for both bases are consistent with the literature and are obtained in only a couple of minutes and not hours as reported in the literature. Finally, this study gives clues on which basis of objective functions can be relevant for analyzing a human arm motion and/or can be extended to the use of more complex models with more degrees-of-freedom.

Power system low frequency oscillations' monitoring is a critical issue in operation of modern interconnected power system. the main reason behind it is that the poorly damped low frequency oscillations can occur under stressed conditions and can lead to system break-up or blackout. the modern utilities employ real-time wide area based monitoring using Phasor Measurement Units (PMU). So, the optimal PMU placement is the most pertinent aspect to be taken care of keeping an eye on purpose of deployment and system characteristics. this paper addresses this problem keeping in mind both the system's topological aspects and its behaviour. A multi-criteria contingency constrained approach is proposed for optimal PMU placement for real-time wide area low frequency oscillation monitoring. the buses critical to oscillation point of view are obtained using different criteria and then included in an Integer Linear programming approach. the proposed approach takes care of complete system observability and considers single line outage and PMU loss. the proposed method is applied on IEEE-39 bus system and findings are shown. the proposed scheme, however, is not limited to present application and any number of practical criteria can be used in this generalized approach to evaluate PMU locations for different applications.
