In next generation for wireless communication, mobile terminals face mass data service. thus, succinct signal processing in mobile terminal is needed to economize power, while high spectrum efficiency and wireless data networks reliability should be guaranteed. In this paper, we present a dynamic detection for uplink of multiple input multiple output (MIMO) orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system in wireless communication. this scheme is based on succinct space-time coded with some special random interleavers on transmitter in mobile terminal, while let receiver in base station solve a dynamic programming to detect transmitted modulated symbols. Simulation results show the superiority of the proposed ST detector over the conventional STC detector.

Recently there have been many information extraction tasks applied to the biomedical domain, some of which contribute to extract protein-protein interactions from biomedical texts. this paper presents a new method for automatic pattern acquisition to extract protein interactions. the system automatically generates patterns by aligning sequences of tags of sentences from unlabeled corpus. To obtain a high tagging accuracy, we propose a morphology-based tagging method with a pre-tagging strategy for Brill's tagger. Our method differs from the previous pattern acquisition algorithms in the ways: first, it does not need to provide any seed word or pattern before the algorithm runs; second, we do not apply any parsing algorithm. Lastly, our method, which is based on dynamic programming, is fast.

Support vector machines are currently the state-of the-art models for many classification problems but they suffer from the complexity of their training algorithm that is at least quadratic with respect to the number of examples. Hence, it is hard to try to solve real-life problems having more than a few hundreds of thousands examples with SVM. the present paper proposes a new method based on the fuzzy entropy that can be used to preprocess original training data and the SVM is trained on a small subset (boundary subset) of the whole dataset. Comparing to other similar methods, the merit of our method is that there are no parameters for determining the border of subset. Preliminary experimental results indicate the benefits of our approach.

A new cross-point, nonvolatile, phase-change memory is investigated. this new memory exploits the properties of the newly discovered controllable threshold voltage for chalcogenide material (Chen et al., 2003). Using this unique property, the device is itself both an access element and a memory element and no access transistor is needed in the memory cell. FIR filters are useful in many fields since the filter can easily obtain a linear phase property. In this paper, we consider the design problems of linear phase FIR filter with signed power of two (SP'2) coefficients. When the total number of non zero SP2 terms is given for the design problem, we have to determine the number of non zero SP2 terms allocated to each filter coefficient respectively while keeping the total number. However, it is considered that this problem is one of NP-hard problems. Hence, several heuristic methods have been developed for this allocation problem. this paper presents the characteristics of programmed SONOS *** CHE and CHISEL programming mechanisms are analyzed and the effects of programming bias to the program speed and saturated V under different program methods are *** shows that compared with CHE operation,CHISEL program has a lower voltage bias for the same program speed,and better threshold self-convergent character. the distribution of trapped charges in the Silicon Nitride layer after CHE or CHISEL program is also investigated. the research shows that the different charge distributions have different impacts to the I-V and erase characteristics.
