To repair distribution networks damaged by hurricanes, mobile energy storage systems (MESSs), wind energy, and repair collaborates (RCs) are typically arranged. But still, hurricanes can continue to cause damage during restoration, leading to new faults and interruptions in wind power. To address these issues, this paper introduces a two-stage rolling dispatch method across two timescales, taking into account the different response speeds of vehicle scheduling and system operations. Over an extended period, the scheduling of MESSs and RCs vehicles is optimized by the use of rolling optimization framework in the first-stage model to handle following faults, and projected wind speeds and load needs. Distributed generators (DGs) and MESS output decisions are made with real-time value on a short timescale. To make solving the nonlinear wind power cut-off model easier, it is also converted into a mixed-integer linear programming form. the approach is validated using the modified IEEE-69 distribution network. Results show that this approach effectively coordinates resources, reduces load loss, and improves system resilience to wind power cut-offs and faults during hurricanes.

We study a hub location problem with multiple functions based on a real-world regional logistics network. A hub-and-spoke network is designed to serve the demand between origins and destinations. the decision maker is to determine the functions of the candidate hubs, and a function is represented by its connections with different types of nodes, such as warehouse, station and external hub. We present an MIP model that can be solved by mathematical programming solvers for small-scale instances. A construction heuristic and two customized metaheuristics methods are proposed to solve large-scale instances, namely a construction heuristic, a variable neighborhood search and a greedy randomized adaptive search procedure. the computation results show the effectiveness of our methods to solve practical instances. © 2021 ACM.

In order to improve the logical ability of all youths, the governments of different countries have set the code programming curriculum in high school as one of their education policies. Hence, some programming aid software are developed for student trying to learn how to program, taking exams on the system, and evaluating the students according to the codes of students. However, it is hard to know the enthusiasm from learning of the students which directly impact the following learning status of students. Hence, observing the enthusiasm from learning of the students is important for teachers. In our previous work, we used the Fuzzy Logic to evaluate the enthusiasm of the students from the log files in the DICE system. However, it only observes the login frequency and during time. In this paper, we provide a novel way to improve the evaluating the enthusiasm of the students. First, we analyze the all the information from the log files. And then, we store all behaviors with time stamp of one student into one special tensor. After all tensors of all students ready, we send input them to the Convolution Neural Network (CNN) to classify the students to three categories 'passion', 'normal' and 'apathetic.' We used log files with the number of over 206. We separate the dataset into training and testing datasets 20 times randomly. the accuracy of training dataset is 100%, and the accuracy of average testing dataset is 93.01%. the experimental results show that we can separate the students into the three categories. Hence, for our new method can significantly measure the learning enthusiasm of the students. © 2021 IEEE.

To improve the operating economy and decrease the unsafe operation problems caused by the uncertainty of photovoltaic (PV) output and load, this paper investigates the second-order cone programming (SOCP) technique and the two-stage robust optimization (TSRO) theory to study the optimal power flow (OPF) under multiple uncertainties. Firstly, this paper establishes the OPF model based on the SOCP and incorporates the OPF model into the two-stage robust optimization model. In the first stage, the objective function is to minimize the cost of energy storage charging and discharging, responding to the worst load forecasting and PV output. the output of PV and load demand is depicted by a novel uncertainty set. Taking the output power of the thermal power unit on operation day as the optimization goal, the recourse problem is proposed in the second stage. this TSRO model is solved by column and constraint generation (C&CG) algorithm. We validate the method in the improved IEEE-33 bus system. Simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of TSRO applied to optimal power flow.

Structural, electronic and optical properties of double perovskite BaMgLaBiO6 are theoretically investigated with density functional theory (DFT) implemented in WIEN2k code. the structure is optimized to achieve minimum energy at the ground state and optimized lattice parameters and bulk moduli are obtained. the formation energy is also calculated which confirms the possibility to synthesize the studied compound. Generalized gradient approximation (GGA) and modified Becke-Johnson (mBJ) exchange potentials are used to calculate the physical properties. A semiconductor behavior is observed with respective potentials. A band-gap of 2.7 eV and 3.8 eV is calculated with GGA and mBJ potentials respectively. the electron density plots show the both covalent and ionic bonding between the atoms in the compound. Total density of states is also calculated which shows a good agreement with the band structure. the optical parameters such as real and imaginary parts of dielectric function, refractive index, extinction coefficient, optical conductivity, absorption coefficient, and energy loss function are also calculated. A good optical conductivity is achieved in the selected energy range. On the basis of calculated properties, this compound is recommended as a potential candidate in LED’s, lasers, and power switching applications. © 2022, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In today's environment, a reliable and effective technique for identifying spam reviews is essential if you want to purchase things online without being taken advantage of. there are possibilities for publishing reviews in many internet locations, which opens the door for sponsored or deceptive fake reviews. these fabricated evaluations may mislead the general audience and leave them unsure of whether or not to believe them. the issue of spam review finding has been solved by the introduction of prominent deep literacy methods. the focus of recent research has been on supervised literacy practices that contain labelled data, which is inadequate for online review. this initiative aims to expose any dishonest textbook reviews. To do this, we've used both labelled and unlabeled data and suggested deep learning techniques for spam review detection, including Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), and a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) variation of Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN). We also used standard machine learning classifiers to identify spam reviews, including Naive Bayes (NB), K Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM). Finally, we compared the effectiveness of traditional and deep literacy classifiers. We'll use deep literacy classifiers to boost the finesse and efficiency.

Several vulnerabilities in software are growing daily. It is essential to take appropriate steps to neutralize all these vulnerabilities as quickly as possible. However, it is impossible to resolve them simultaneously. therefore, there needs to be a prioritization mechanism to determine the order for resolving these vulnerabilities to optimize the remediation process. Many techniques for prioritization have been suggested till now. this paper has discussed different ways to approach the prioritization process and some popular techniques for prioritizing vulnerabilities. We explain the scoring system of three quantitative techniques, namely VRSS, WIVSS, and the industry-standard CVSS. We extracted vulnerabilities from NVD with known exploit codes on Exploit-DB and applied the discussed scoring techniques on our dataset to analyze how these similar techniques fare against each other. We found out that CVSS identifies the threat with an accuracy of 91.8%, while VRSS and WIVSS perform with an accuracy of 45% and 75%, respectively. We have also discussed some emerging vulnerability prioritization techniques. © 2022, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Digital transformation and maturity models are being used by organizations, consulting providers, and academia. the objectives that maturity models pursue are optimizing and using technological functionalities and measuring the degree of maturity in defining an implementation path. these models allow the identification of dimensions that an organization needs to follow toward greater digital maturity. this paper presents the most relevant features that consider several maturity models developed from different sources and have been applied in the last ten years. Also, it is focused on reporting studies indexed in Scopus that consider case studies related to research performed around the world. therefore, this study’s primary goal is to provide a tool to guide information technology personnel during digital transformation processes. Moreover, surveys have been applied in several local companies to evaluate their involvement and assess the models’ dimensions during a transformation process. this document enables communication between the Siemens PLC (Programmable Logic Control) TIA portal and Lab VIEW. TIA Portal and Lab VIEW may talk to one another via OPC Server. OPC is a business standard that provides genuine plug-and-play software for factory automation and process control. It was created with the aid of NI OPC SERVERS. Combining software and hardware from several vendors is made simple via OPC. By incorporating cutting-edge analysis and control functionality into any PLC using the new NI OPC servers with NI Lab VIEW software and DSC (Data Logging and Supervisory Control) module and its use in real-time control, the problem of automation in industrial applications throughout the manufacturing enterprise can be resolved. the facility must be automated using traditional SCADA software, which must be acquired and set up. this study needs to use Lab VIEW in order to build a low-cost SCADA platform because SCADA software is so expensive. the development of SCADA by utilizing the Lab VIEW DSC module to monitor and control the process by creating connection between PLC and NI-Lab VIEW is the main focus of this study. Once the SCADA solution has been created, it may be provided to the client by using the license-free Lab VIEWruntime environment.

this paper investigates an integral reinforcement learning (IRL)based optimal control scheme to solve nonzero-sum games of multiplayer input-constrained nonlinear systems with unknown drift dynamics. the IRL method is introduced to obviate the identification procedure of the unknown drift dynamics. In order to achieve Nash equilibrium for each player, the simplified optimal control policy for each player is obtained by solving the coupled Hamilton-Jacobi equation with the critic neural network only. thus, the computational resource is saved and the control structure is easy to realize. the closed-loop system is guaranteed to be uniformly ultimately bounded based on the Lyapunov stability analysis. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the developed control scheme.
