In the process of action recognition, due to the difference of channel state information (CSD collected by different experimenters, the identification method can not be Personnel independent. To address this issue, activity recognition method for combining convolutional neural network(CNN) and generative adversarial network(GAN) is put forward. the CSI data of yoga movements are collected, and the CSI data are preprocessed by second-order Butterworth and principal component analysis (PCA) at first. the high-level motion features which are personnel-independent are extracted by the fusion method, and then these motions are classified and recognized At the same time, whether the action is standardis judged. the experimental results show that this method can identify yoga movements successfully and it has nothing to do with people, which is of great significance for family sports guidance and sports experience. © 2021 IEEE.

A black box specification of a deterministic software or hardware component refers to the function mapping input histories to output histories. An important refinement step amounts to designing a state transition machine which correctly implements the specified behaviour We present a formal method for implementing stream transformers by Moore state transition machines. First we construct a canonical Moore state transition machine whose state space is based on input histories. then we identify output equivalent states for achieving a reduced Moore state transition machine. We illustrate the formal method with various applications.

component-based development promotes a software development process that focuses on component reuse. How to describe a desired component before searching in the repository? How to find an existing component that fulfills the required functionalities? How to capture the system personalization based on its constitutive components' customization? To answer these questions, this paper claims that components should be described using three different forms at three development stages: architecture specification, configuration and assembly. However, no architecture description language proposes such a detailed description for components that supports such a three step component-based development. this paper proposes a three-level Adl, named Dedal, that enables the explicit and separate definitions of component roles, component classes, and component instances. Program generators are most naturally specified using a quote/antiquote facility;the programmer writes programs with holes which are filled in, at program generation time, by other program fragments. If the programs are generated at compile-time, analysis and compilation follow generation, and no changes in the compiler are needed. However, if program generation is done at run time, compilation and analysis need to be optimized so that they will not overwhelm overall execution time. In this paper, we give a compositional framework for defining program analyses which leads directly to a method of staging these analyses. the staging allows the analysis of incomplete programs to be started at compile time;the residual work to be done at run time may be much less costly than the full analysis. We give frameworks for forward and backward analyses, present several examples of specific analyses, and give timing results showing significant speed-ups for the run-time portion of the analysis relative to the full analysis. Mapping problem-space features into solution-space features is a fundamental configuration problem in software product line engineering. A configuration problem is defined as generating the most optimal combination of software features given a requirements specification and given a set of configuration rules. Current approaches however provide little support for expressing complex configuration rules between problem and solution space that support incomplete requirements specifications. In this paper, we propose an approach to model complex configuration rules based on a generalization of the concept of problem-solution feature interactions. these are interactions between solution-space features that only arise in specific problem contexts. the use of an existing tool to support our approach is also discussed: we use the DLV answer set solver to express a particular configuration problem as a logic program whose answer set corresponds to the optimal combinations of solution-space features. We motivate and illustrate our approach with a case study in the field of managing dynamic adaptations in distributed software, where the goal is to generate an optimal protocol for accommodating a given adaptation.

User interfaces for modern applications must support a rich set of interactive features. It is commonplace to find applications with dependencies between values manipulated by user interface elements, conditionally enabled controls, and script record-ability and playback against different documents. A significant fraction of the application programming effort is devoted to implementing such functionality, and the resulting code is typically not reusable. this paper extends our "property models" approach to programming user interfaces. Property models allow a large part of the functionality of a user interface to be implemented in reusable libraries, reducing application specific code to a set of declarative rules. We describe how, as a by-product of computations that maintain the values of user interface elements, property models obtain accurate information of the currently active dependencies among those elements. this information enables further expanding the class of user interface functionality that we can encode as generic algorithms. In particular, we describe automating the decisions for the enablement of user interface widgets and activation of command widgets. Failing to disable or deactivate widgets correctly is a common source of user-interface defects, which our approach largely removes. We report on the increased reuse, reduced defect rates, and improved user interface design turnarounds in a commercial software development effort as a result of adopting our approach.

Runtime reflection facilities, as present in Java and .NET, are powerful mechanisms for inspecting existing code and metadata, as well as generating new code and metadata on the fly. Such power does come at a high price though. the runtime reflection support in Java and .NET imposes a cost on all programs, whether they use reflection or not, simply by the necessity of keeping all metadata around and the inability to optimize code because of future possible code changes. A second - -often overlooked - -cost is the difficulty of writing correct reflection code to inspect or emit new metadata and code and the risk that the emitted code is not *** this paper we examine a subclass of problems that can be addressed using a simpler mechanism than runtime reflection, which we call compile-time reflection. We argue for a high-level construct called a transform that allows programmers to write inspection and generation code in a pattern matching and template style, avoiding at the same time the complexities of reflection APIs and providing the benefits of staged compilation in that the generated code and metadata is known to be well-formed and type safe ahead of time. the optimizations in modern compilers are constructed for a predetermined set of primitive types. As a result, programmers are unable to exploit optimizations for user-defined types where these optimizations would be correct and beneficial. Moreover, because the set of optimizations is also fixed, programmers are unable to incorporate new optimizations into the compiler. To address these limitations, we apply the reuse methodologies from generic programming to compiler analyses and optimizations. To enable compilers to apply optimizations to classes of types rather than particular types, we define optimizations in terms of generic interface descriptions (similar to C++ concepts or Haskell type classes). By extending these interface descriptions to include associated program analysis and transformation fragments, we enable compilers to incorporate user-defined transformations and analyses. Since these transformations are explicitly associated with interface descriptions, they can be applied in generic fashion by the compiler. We demonstrate that classical compiler optimizations, when generalized using this framework, can apply to a broad range of types, both built-in and user-defined. Finally, we present an initial implementation, the principles of which are generalizable to other compilers.

Software is a communication system. the usual topic of communication is program behavior, as encoded by programs. Domain-specific libraries are codebooks, domain-specific languages are coding schemes, and so forth. To turn metaphor into method, we adapt tools from information theory - the study of efficient communication - to probe the efficiency with which languages and libraries let us communicate programs. In previous work we developed an information-theoretic analysis of software reuse in problem domains. this new paper uses information theory to analyze tradeoffs in the design of components, generators, and metalanguages. We seek answers to two questions: (1) How can we judge whether a component is over- or under-generalized? Drawing on minimum description length principles, we propose that the best component yields the most succinct representation of the use cases. (2) If we view a programming language as an assemblage of metalanguages, each providing a complementary style of abstraction, how can these metalanguages aid or hinder us in efficiently describing software? We describe a complex triangle of interactions between the power of an abstraction mechanism, the amount of reuse it enables, and the cognitive difficulty of its use. Copyright © 2007 ACM.

One of the themes in building reusable and maintainable software is identifying similarities and designing generic solutions to unify similarity patterns. In this paper, we analyze capabilities of J2EE to effectively unify similarity patterns found in Web Portals (WP). Our experimentation involved a family of WPs to support information sharing and team collaboration, built by our industry partner. While J2EE provides useful mechanisms for reuse of common services across components, we found its limitations in systematic across-the-board reuse in application domain-specific areas. To solve these problems, we applied a generative programming (GP) technique of XVCL on top of ME By unifying similarity patterns, we increased,the clarity of portal's conceptual structure as perceived by developers, reducing also the size of the original J2EE WP by 61%. Our solution enhanced traceability of information that mattered during changes. Based on that we hypothesized that XVCL-enhanced J2EE WP would be easier to maintain than the original J2EE WP. In the paper, we describe our solution and evaluate its engineering merits in both quantitative and qualitative ways.
