An important class of problems used widely in both the embedded systems and scientific domains perform memory intensive computations on large data sets. these data sets get to be typically stored in main memory, which means that the compiler needs to generate the address of a memory location in order to store these data elements and generate the same address again when they are subsequently retrieved. this memory address computation is quite expensive, and if it is not performed efficiently, the performance degrades significantly. In this paper, we have developed a new compiler approach for optimizing the memory performance of subscripted or array variables and their address generation in stencil problems that are common in embedded image processing and other applications. Our approach makes use of the observation that in all these stencils, most of the elements accessed are stored close to one other in memory. We try to optimize the stencil codes with a view of reducing both the arithmetic and the address computation overhead. the regularity of the access pattern and the reuse of data elements between successive iterations of the loop body means that there is a common sub-expression between any two successive iterations; these common sub-expressions are difficult to detect using state-of-the-art compiler technology. If we were to store the value of the common sub-expression in a scalar, then for the next iteration, the value in this scalar could be used instead of performing the computation all over again. this greatly reduces the arithmetic overhead. Since we store only one scalar in a register, there is almost no register pressure. Also all array accesses are now replaced by pointer dereferences, where the pointers are incremented after each iteration. this reduces the address computation overhead. A contactor is a low-voltage switchgear device widely used in the power system. this study provides a method for the calculation and implementation of the dynamic characteristics of contactors through self-developed manual programming. the computation is divided into two calculations: the current and the motion. In the current calculation, the input parameters include the voltage waveform and other necessary parameters of the main circuit. the program then calculates and outputs the magnitude of the current at each time point; the motion calculation program is used to determine the position of the contactor's moving iron core at each time step by iterating the position and velocity. Combining the current results, the electromagnetic force acting on the moving iron core is calculated, and displacement and velocity are determined and outputted. through experimental measurements, the start-up time and closing time of the moving iron core in both experimental and simulated scenarios differed by less than 5%, which falls within an acceptable range. therefore, employing our method as a general numerical computation method for analyzing the dynamic characteristics of contactors is feasible.

Our project introduces an "Intelligent Chatbot for Educational Institutions". Responding to the dynamic landscape of educational technology, we unveil an advanced full-stack chatbot initiative Designed to overhaul academic administration and student information access. Our chatbot leverages sophisticated rule based systems and traditional programming paradigms to ensure optimal efficiency. this chatbot excels at processing natural language queries and furnishing real-time updates on students’ academic progress and accomplishments. A notable application of its capabilities lies in swiftly identifying and presenting information about the top performing student in a given academic year, such as the college valedictorian of 2022. this functionality is made possible by a meticulously designed algorithm that systematically analyses academic records, discerns query context, and extracts pertinent data to deliver precise and valuable insights to users, including educators, students, and parents. With a user-friendly interface, the chatbot ensures accessibility for users of all technical proficiencies. Our approach places a premium on accuracy in information retrieval and continuous refinement through iterative enhancements, enabling the chatbot to adapt seamlessly to the evolving educational landscape. this initiative aims to establish a new standard in educational technology by providing an innovative solution that streamlines information dissemination and enriches the academic journey for stakeholders in the educational realm, all achieved with reliance on ML and DL technologies.

the collaborative simulation for complex products needs seamless integration of multi-discipline tool software on collaborative simulation platform. However, many kinds of tool software do not provide Application programming Interface (API), which is vital for collaborative simulation. Under the technical framework of complex products' collaborative simulation platform, the paper proposes three methods to realize tool software packaging when the tool software does not provide API. they are the method of calling solver directly, the method of tool interface module and that of secondary integration. the method of calling solver directly realizes interaction between tool software and platform by seeking a way to call solver from background directly;the method of tool interface module adds user defined module to the model of tool software as a way for the interaction between tool software and the outside. the two methods are all dedicated to constructing a user defined uniform tool engine interface for the platform to call. the method of secondary integration realizes integration indirectly by using tool software which has been integrated to the platform. the paper also presents the process of realization of the three methods by giving an example of integrating MSC EASY5 tool software. By doing so, we prove their correctness and analyze their pros and cons.

In the low-carbon optimization scheduling of the grid-connected integrated energy system (IES), elucidating the carbon reduction responsibility of electricity consumers involves considering the electricity indirect carbon emissions resulting from grid electricity purchases. Nevertheless, based on the carbon emission flow theory, determining the electricity indirect carbon emission intensity at different power system nodes relies on real-time active power flow in the grid, posing challenges for accurate advance predictions. In order to achieve day-ahead robust low-carbon optimization, modeling the electricity indirect carbon emission intensity with budget uncertainty set requires obtaining the predicted values, predicted intervals, and uncertainty budgets. As an artificially defined virtual physical quantity, the modeling process of electricity indirect carbon emission intensity is different from that of the source-load parameters of real physical quantities, so a comparison of the methods for obtaining uncertain parameters for both is necessary. Firstly, the paper analyzes how to obtain the predicted values of electricity indirect carbon emission intensity. Subsequently, an analysis of the variation trend in electricity indirect carbon emission intensity under source-load changes is conducted to determine the prediction methods for the predicted interval. Following that, an analysis of the selection of uncertain budgets is conducted. Finally, conclusions are drawn, clarifying the similarities and differences in the methods of obtaining carbon uncertainty parameters and source-load uncertainty parameters.

Deep learning (DL), a relatively recent AI technique, has been successfully applied to the problem of automated modulation categorization (AMC), with promising results. An essential part of developing the spectrum-sensing capabilities needed by software-defined radio is carrying out radio signal classification jobs, which we did in this research by introducing a better deep neural architecture. Different detection techniques were utilized in the literature; however, DL neural networks are recently utilized in this field. Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) which is one variation of the RNN network, and other techniques are some of the employed DL architectures in the field of AMC. In this paper, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model has been built to automatically classify ten-modulation formats correctly. the suggested CNN network is constructed mainly of six-Convolutional layers. the overall number of trainable parameters in the proposed network is 1,757,962. thus, the network accuracy, which was achieved during the training reached more than 90%. Python programming packages have been used to implement the suggested approach using *** platform, which provides wide-range of facilities.

Automated Production Systems are highly complex mechatronic systems. the increasing complexity of automation software is a main challenge for companies to remain competitive. Added functionality entails software changes, which may cause side effects. Static code analysis and change impact analysis are key methods in computer science for assessing software regarding side effects. However, the requirements of real-time capability, reliability, and mixing different Programmable Logic Controller programming languages in the automation software lead to new requirements for code analysis and change management. this paper introduces a set of change categories designed to provide understandable and comprehensive classifications of changes in automation software. Mutable (i.e., changed or modified between versions) software artifacts serve to differentiate change categories. Aiming for unambiguousness and completeness, this set of categories supports the further work of the change analysis, such as automatic change detection and visualization. the change categories are evaluated through an industrial software project programmed in Siemens TIA Portal comprising 262 program organization units in the health sector.

To realize in vivo,real-time,non-invasive and in-situ detection analysis on the dynamic changes of ion flows in plant tissues,organs,cells and others under natural conditions,this paper designed three-dimensional electronic control motion platform of high-accuracy so as to realize the highlyaccurate motion control in micron order and enable glass microelectrode to measure the plant tissues,organs and cells in its best *** apparatus requires the portable design,so this paper chose the ion flow detection device with small size and high accuracy and micro integrative drive control *** graphical programming software Lab VIEW was utilized to send serial port commands so as to realize the accurate and reciprocating motion of glass microelectrode at different positions and further accurately detect the plant microscopic dynamic ion flow *** test showed that this control software could realize highly-accurate positioning of 0.6371μm/step in threedimensional space and the software system could operate steadily,which provides strong supports for the plant microscopic ion flow detection.

Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS) is a severe complication of monochorionic twin pregnancies. Fetoscopy laser photocoagulation is a widely adopted procedure for treating TTTS. In the process of fetoscopic laser photocoagulation of placental anastomoses, the limited field of vision of fetoscopy and low visibility in amniotic fluid environment will lead to inaccurate recognition of placental vessels, hinder photocoagulation, and prolong the surgery time. In this paper, we propose a novel transformer for placental vessels segmentation to help doctors quickly and accurately identify abnormal vascular anastomoses and monitor ablation status. the proposed model combines convolutional neural network (CNN) and transformer to capture long-distance information and local detail information. Compared with other methods on FetReg challenge Dataset, the segmentation performance of the proposed model reaches the state-of-the-art level. In addition, the model we designed has great application value due to its efficiency, lightweight and convenient deployment.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an important medical diagnosis technique in clinical diagnosis, while the quality of MR images is always damaged by the noise which is caused in the image acquisition process. In the classic image denoising methods, how to design an excellent regularizer with the prior knowledge of image is the key to solve the denoising problem. In this work, we introduce the deep neural regularizer for the MRI denoising tasks, the deep neural regularizer is made up of neural network structure and objective function, similar to the classic regularizer, both of these two parts are designed with the prior knowledge of image. the proposed neural network has three main parts: encoder network, decoder network and skip connections, the encoder network which consists of five down-sampling blocks is enforced to deeply extract low-resolution or highly-abstract MR image features, similar to the encoder network architecture, the decoder network is made up of five up-sampling blocks and is enforced to restore high-resolution MR image features. To generate more finer image features, we also use skip connections to transmit the abstract information from encoder to decoder directly. the objective function consists of data fidelity term and image quality penalty term, specifically, to enforce the capability of data fidelity term, we add the self-designed image structural consistency calculation to data fidelity term besides only calculating the image consistency over image pixels with mean squared error. Meanwhile, to guide the network generate more clearer image and reduce noise information, with the prior knowledge of image sharpness, an image quality penalty term which calculates the MR image sharpness is also added to the objective function. Experimental results over the simulated MRI data and real clinical data demonstrate the proposed network can achieve superior performance compared with other methods in terms of peak signal to noise ratio, structure simi
